Copy the missing DLLs in Redist folder from your earlier builds.
I didn't port the new xip.. can you post me your rom folder or tell me how to extract a xip from your 00_OS.nb.payload (already extracted the nbh)

use erviuskitchen for xip porting.. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=469420
unzip the erviuskitchen to c:\erviuskitchen
copy os.nb.payload c:\erviuskitchen\ROM folder (create ROM folder)
run erviuskitchen
select XIP porting
select extract XIP from payload.
will post my SYS & ROM folder soon.. (facing some internet connection issue)

ultimo is the full one with the stock application
lean cut is those with most of the stock program removed.
can get the CABs to install again

I guarantee that it is almost the same as my R4, so i believe it is good - you decide. I am with it right now and my device work just fine.If ot has hidden problem my device will burn first and i will tell you (i seriously doubt that)
It is that simple because of Bepes hard work for creating this type of kitchen for hermes, my work was porting it to blueangel
BuildOS options are based on xml files which simplyfies the whole operation
Also i forgot to mention that the old OEM packages for the old kitchen will work with this one too

After download I get unexpected end of archive from WinRAR. I downloaded it twice. Am I doing something wrong?

when i try to open the archive it give me an error "unexpected end of archive " , if i ignore this and extract i have again the error and there is no Guide.pdf
just a moment to download it and i will see if there is a problem

For me manila dont work good in wm6.5.
If you try know what i said. goto start and tap lock!!! Maybe you need flash rom again!!!

In the diamond-2-videos you can see that TouchFlo work greate on wimo 6.5... I can suggest that it is a very hard job... but a full tweaked 6.5-rom with the complete rhodium-stuff (like dutty's xtrem 2.4) would be the best I can suggest at the moment

Miri got TF3D working great in WM6.5.
But you can start out without including TF3D so people have to use Titanium from WM6.5.
Also please remember to include Titanium Weather that can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=496758
But really just try to keep it as close to v2.2 as possible.
Same apps from HTC as in v2.2 and so on but with/without TF3D.
Adding a ton of extra applications is bad and will make it slow. People can install all that extra stuff later.
One of the reasons why your v2.2 rom is so popular is because it is fast and light. If you keep doing that with your WM6.5 roms they will be very popular as well

Its better to use SPL41 for OEM driver 2.32.** especially radio, so that all hardware will run smoothly..
For SPL 1.71.** ( Except radio all oem drivers are from 2.32.** )

Shouldn't be an issue, just rename it with extension .7z

Wifi.. its by HTC
If u flash ROM designed for SPLV41 on SPLV30 then ur phone module will not work and may be other hardwares..

There is a clash between HTC phone slider and WM6.5 Lock Screen.. So i removed the HTC Phone slider..
May be u try the attached HTC Dialer Skin..
i prefer the HTC phone slider than the WM6.5 Lock Screen..btw..is it posibble to include default Manilla skin or set it as deault skin for Wm6.1?

there willl be some pop up message, just click ok.
then here it is
click on Dump then choose the nbh file(latest ship rom of jade)
when it is finished close the program
here is the folder structure finished dump of shipped rom
then download the file megapackeges ported for jade
then put the extracted file in
-C:/Kitchenname/EXT/Jade/23060/mega_External_Packages
here it is
just follow the folder structure
note: put the inititflashfiles.dat here:
OEM\Jade\0409\OEM_Lang_0409\initflashfiles.dat
then download the XIP and SYS Files
then put it in the
-C:/Kitchenname/ROM/Jade/23060/OEMXipKernel
then the other one at
-C:/Kitchenname/ROM/Shared/23060/MSXIPKernel
Next is the SYS files
the SYS files is consist of
-DPI_96
-DPI_96_resh_240_resv_320
-SHARED
-put the file in the archive that you download in
-C:/Kitchenname/23060/DPI_96
-C:/Kitchenname/23060/DPI_96_resh_240_resv_320
-C:/Kitchenname/23060/SHARED
you dont have to edit anything or put the file in their appropriate folder coz i already put it
you just have to copy paste the file
Now Start Cooking with XIP and SYS 23060

hi
just one question do i have to put all in Cdrive
as i have partitioned my comp to C & D and i use C only for OS
so can i do all the saving and cooking in the D drive of my comp as i see that u have mentioned to put all in the C drive on ur tut
and hey buddy great effort thanks a million for this kind effort of urs im sure this will make many more cooks for us and help in giving us jade users many more Roms to use

i never try to put the kitchen to other drive, much better if you put it on drive C: and make a back up of your kitchen on your drive D:
and another thing is to avoid using long name of your kitchen to avoid path length errors.

Problem
Okay i have do all what you have written but when i make a nbh file over than i flash to my Phone there comes Preparing your device bla bla bla but then comes nothing the Pone Hang Up!!!
somebody has an idea what is going wrong!?

then put initflashfiles.dat

with the megapackes that i have but not this with initflashfiles.dat okay i copy that than i made a new nbh and in 10 Minutes Know more!!! I hope that going good!!! Sorry for my bad english

what is the size of the nbh file you make? and do you remove anything in the packages? or add something?

No i didnt have add or remove a Package or other!!! Filesize of NBH:
125 MB (131.464.194 Bytes)

Okay i have deakt. some Packes but same Problem i have tested Some packages From Mega 1.5.3 and this one is going!!! I Think there are any Probs over the Packes or other Prob!? Can you tell me what Packes i needed for this rom and Packes can i disable!? Thanks i hope anybody can Help me!!!!

The Steps are simple:
1 / Download Kitchen, unpacked into a folder.
2 / Open and run Erviuskitchen.exe (remember on your computer must be installed NetCF)
- Click on the Device box, select Blackstone, you will see the following display

You can turn hit other cells: Language, Device ID, ROM DPI, ... to the most complete display module. Check and check all the boxes that I have the red dot type.
3 / To select Pagepool , please click the Other, will be the image appears and you select the number of PP in the box I have checked:
4 / In the bottom you can choose to include the OEM ROM or not, such as the following:
5 / After you've finished and then choose Edit, please click "Create ROM and ROM build process will proceed (very simple and fast):
6 / After a few minutes to complete the process, you will see images appear as follows:
Complete the process, you let off and go to TOOLS folder RELEASE_BLACKSTONE, the result that you appear. Bring it Up for your computer, everything will be good.

p.s. Build the new changes are simple, you just change:

Is there a way to replace manila 2.1 with 2.5 ??
If I dumped my stock rom and want to add manila 2.1, what are the files that I have to include (dependancies) so that It does work correctly.
and where do I type the name of the Rom so it shows when I am flashing?

LOL, I am really stupid today. I am going strictly literal.
Yup Worked. So all of you are using your names as password, I shold have guessed.
I have used the kitchen to Rip My stock Rom Win6.1 20757.
I Only added your Manila package to the Build and it worked fine but whenever I Access The Manila Contacts Tab or The Weather it restarts manila.
Are their Any dependencies that I should have included in the build.
