Can any expert told me how tio discover the ROM Password ?
I got a ROM for Blue Angel, But I don't know how to find out the password,

Use the xda3nbftool...
open a cmd session, type:
xda3nbftool.exe -t radio_nbf >passwd.txt
you get in the folder where is located the xdatool a tct file called passwd.

can the person who uploaded the c500 tools as a zip file on the ftp server, either post the password for the files, or PM me them.

If the file is meant for you, then you can ask the creator of the file for the password
Otherwise, there are programs available that tries out passwords for you until it gets it (brute force). But this can take a long time (seriously, we're talking days and months, not hours) depending on the complexity and length of the password.

just try google for "filename password".
If your lucky you may find it.

You can use Notepad to crack the file.
Follow the procedure below
To do so, you just need to type several commands in notepad and run it, you would probably find RAR password. Now do the following:
Double-click bat file and launch a command prompt window.
Input RAR file name and press Enter to type RAR file path. Go to RAR file properties and remember its name and path. Then type this information in the appropriate location in the opening window.
Next, type commands in new notepad and save it as rar-password.bat. Hit Enter button to find specified RAR file password.

I've always thought that it is impossible. Where were you previously?
I'm hoping someone can help me extract the files from the custdb archive in the OperatorPkg folder. I have tried to hex edit the autover.exe and use what looks like a password from there, but with no luck.

Tested > downloaded and Unzipped .
NO PASSWORD REQUIRED .
However inside that zip is the apk in another zip that
DOES REQUIRE A PASSWORD .
As per instructions inside zip .
