at last i install a new rom from HTC Support.
the rom is 1.56 French.
the rom is not good for my HD, i cant connect to my service communiction (Orange), the phone always stuck.
how can i replace the new rom ?

hi! everyone i just got my htc diamond from bell mobility .my rom version is 1.13 and rom date 10/02/08.as I was going through the forum i found out most of the guys have upgraded to or have higher version .so i tried downloading new version for the rom but htc site says "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device." .and there is one more thing even after installing microsoft .net 3.5 i'm not able to use light saber it shows some error. kindly help me out .
is your diamond tied to someone operator? If so have they no update to the just released, but apparently concluded after you have such a ROM old. You can always install some ROM from this page, read the guide how you will take to install HARDSPL, it's just to read you should see that it goes the way. also had problems with it with Netcf 3.5 but in the majority of ROM's are in from the start. good luck

Installing a ROM to cook, to complete the installation shuts down the device to update, the point is not turned over. opal not my turn ...

Hye HTC community. I have a little problem concerning a update of my Touch HD. According to a post concerning à new ROM on the official website of HTC (http://www.htc.com/fr/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=179&cat=2&dl_id=533), I try to download the new ROM, but when i enter my S/N, it say that "sorry, this dowload is not compatible with your device".
My HTC is working with "RUU_BlackStone_HTC_FRA_1.14.406.3_Radio_52.49a.25.26_1.09.25.14_Ship".
The dowload give this ROM "RUU_BlackStone_HTC_FRA_1.56.406.1_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship"? Because I try it and I have some problem with the display of the screen (10 colors (pink) when i powered my phone).
Anyone to help me?

hello i've tried to dl this rom from the officcial HTC website and encoutered the same error message. I didn't understand. Did anyone could tell me where can i find this official rom.

my question is HOW can i Now if the ROM that i want to install is supported with my SPL/RADIO ?
I'm using WM6.1 and i want to install WM6.5( this one )

as per ur info i can see that u have done HSPL
so u can flash any cooked or stock rom u want and yes the one u have mentioned too but id say try this one it is more recent than the one u have given Link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=858412
and if u want to go back to the original rom look in the rom link base thread u have all req original stock rom links in the same thread or just got to shippedroms.com and u can find all original stock roms for all HTC phones

Hi all, I got HTC Touch Diamond2 from my uncle, but it came with German ROM, now I guess that I need some stock English ROM, but i'm totally new to Windows device (I own HTC Wildfire). I don't know anything about rooting and changing ROM on Win devices. So I need my Touch Diamond2 on English stock ROM....
Also every information about rooting and stuff on win phone is helpful.
(I found some tutorials for Touch Diamond(1) but not for TD2)
Can anyone post nice step-by-step tutorial with links?
