i just rooted my g1 and am wanting to instal the sapphhire port dream . first i am wanting to know if that is recomended , second do i need to delete the other file that says update.zip before i put this one there and i guess thats it? any thoughts anyone?

the first way it seems to install but wont run the second way doesnt do anything.

I am trying to install ROM 2.2 on my HTC Floy Hero.
After installing and root recovery, turning on the terminal in the form of support, (Home + Power) terminal screen I get black and red triangle.
In other forums I read so did they.
Someone has solved? How?

Isn't Orange a cell provider in the UK? They would be GSM, right? IF so, you posted the in the CDMA hero section, and it should be in the GSM hero section...

You'll need to flash from bootloader but I don't think you can with yours

start by telling us your radio/spl
power phone on while holding the camera button
write down everything that appears on this screen

don't need flashrec or anything
Be warned though that it does wipe everything

hey guys whenever i flash my g1 , its physical keyboard reverts to QWERTZ & every time i have to push qwerty files through ADB in order to fix it... can anyone please explain the reason ?? & i will be greatly obliged if some1 can give me a permanent fix for this.. thanks in advance..
