I have searched for a HTC Diamond Relocker, and every link i find is either the right one , but dead. Or for the touch pro and the links live, but i need a DIAMOND relocker. i am returning to sprint
I know it's a bit old but no one replied to this post. This came up when I searched "Diamond Relocker" and in case someone else is having trouble finding one, over at PPCGeeks they have a thread that has an active download found HERE

Alright, I am INCREDIBLY confused.
I have an HTC Droid Incredible 2 on Verizon in the USA.
(Not yet rooted, in a few days I will)
I have read conflicting answers, and wish to settle this once and for all.
Do posts regarding the Incredible 2 (not "S", the twin brother) belong in the original HTC Incredible sub-forum or in the Incredible S sub-forum?
While the two devices, Incredible 2 and the European/Asian twin, Incredible S, are almost identical, there are some minor differences such as CDMA and another partition on the Incredible 2. Therefore, (from what I understand) development, such as ROMs, cannot be used for the twin device. There seems to be tons of development on the Incredible S...but not on the Incredible 2
Off topic, but if you know of a complete, fully functioning Sense 3.0 ROM for Incredible 2, please let me know.
Also, if someone is willing to take the time to make sure that I am doing the whole procedure (S-OFF with AlphaRevX Open Public Beta, and root, flash ClockworkMod, recovery, etc) correctly, PM me. Yes, I know there are dozens of guides, but it would help with my confidence in rooting. I am not a complete noob, I know how to use a computer, and once I get it I should be fine....

I've had lots of HTC phones: as far as I remember
- HTC Elfin (built the first Android ROM for this WM device)
- HTC Diamond (built some WM roms)
- HTC Hero
- Nexus One
- HTC HD2 (two or more probably, can't tell)
- HTC HD7
- HTC Flyer
- HTC Evo 3D (two times, one was bricked)
- HTC One (silver and red one)
I think i'm pretty knoweledged about HTCs, from older WM phones to newer Android; I have a blog where I share what I find out (about the One, I recently published an unbricking guide that may be useful to someone, i hope).
I'd like to get an invitation mostly to test new software and join an official HTC fan community. I'd really like to get involved.

I'd like an ivite too. Really love HTC phones. My history with HTC - three Desire's, Wildfire S, Evo 3d ( the best of the lot), two M7's and One X, all rooted except one of the two M7's which will get it's share of sweet unlocking in next few days ?

Does anyone know a way to flash Windows Phone 8.1.1 onto the original HTC One M8?
Also, why isn't it possible to just download an image of Windows Phone? The OS is free now.
