I'm happy about this Themes section and that the mods give us our themes back.
Now I tried something to change.
I made a theme, that is almost original with light changes
- I've changed the Icons colours in the statusbar
- the pressed button animation
- the highlighting
- little more features (very little)
- bootscreen taken from Kendong2 under permission

At the moment my time is a little bit critical, because of work (Opel launches the new Astra in Germany...theres many to do for me)
If you can wait a bit, I can try it out.
It's not so difficult, to apply changes on this files, I think.

i have MCR 2.9 i send the zip in to sdcard then went to apply any zip file in sdcardafter it finish and restart the hero nothing changed can u tell what the problem this is the 1st time for me tring to change or install theme
i went to recovery mode and select nandroid back up before i did all this too

You put that zip file to your sd card.
Now you boot your Hero to recovery mode. Now select "update from any zip".
Select this theme and press the trackball.
Now read the question: "Do you want to install xxx, Press Home"
You press home and wait.
If it's ready, just reboot your phone.
Thats it.

This is another vintage type theme done by me,i did a lot of work but i still have a bunch of things i will be doing with this theme.
Instructions:
1.First install a fresh copy of V1.41 RC30 (NO WIPE) if you want to wipe do it before installing V1.41 RC30.
2.Next copy the theme renamed update to your S.D.
3.Now turn the phone off and hold Home+Power until the boot comes up.
4.Last install the theme by pressing Alt+S and once its done press Home+Back to restart
5.The theme should be installed and looking good.

Love the theme. I used the other one before the jf update with no problems. I'm getting stuck on the loop when I reboot. I was able to flash other themes but for some reason this one won't work for me. Do you think I need to do a wipe before i flash? Sorry if I missed any special intructions for this theme

I have played with fonts but how i did it was i edited JF V1.31 and added my theme as default and a font but i am not to sure how to add them to themes.
Hey i just posted a tweak version where i changed the call log phones they where pink and blue and bothering my life so i changed them. The V1.1 final is coming tonight it wont be to much different but it will have a few key parts.

Cool, great work as always man! btw the reason i couldnt put vintage war theme on g1 without getting past boot is i had too much stuff installed. Wiped browser and market cache and uninstalled a bunch of apps and it worked great!

This theme was originally posted by RandumAccess, knowing that he is in a new job and spending time with Family, I decided to take it upon myself (with RA's approval) I updated the theme for use with RC33.
I made a few modifications to the them, namely the clock, the dial pad buttons and a few of the Icon's.
I also copied all of the original wallpaper files on the phone with the Basic Grey wallpaper to keep the size of the file down and added the original wallpapers designs into the theme so that the wallpaper gallery works as well as the functional wallpapers.
If you have any issues with this theme, please let me know and I will correct any problems that arise as quickly as possible.

It will make it look a little cleaner. Plus why do you need a thumb scanner to aceess your apps and everything. You already 'logged' onto the phone during the boot process.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this theme. It's been my main one, however I got tired of the thumb scanner.

Yeah, I will work on that tomorrow when I get in to work and get it uploaded during the day tomorrow. It's just a matter of changing a couple files which should take about 15 minutes

Make sure you have RC33. This is designed for RC33, the developer took lots of time to do it.
Also, where is the original wallpaper in the wallpaper gallery. I switched it to a different one, now can't switch it back. I love the original that comes with the phone and it doesn't appear to be on there. Any way you can put it up?
perfect theme with icons but it has just a little too much red, maybe if it could change it could be better, more of a neutral color maybe white or black

i wish i could check this out, but i'm currently on wesgamers version of cm's rom. most themes aren't compatible with his. so in reference to that, would you be able to make a separate advanced launcher flashable update. it would totally complete the theme. I truly wish i could check your theme out, but then i'd have to revert back to original cm's rom. unless you modify it for metamorph compatibility

Why do people make so many troubles? Don't forget he made this theme for himself because he prefers these other icons, and he decide to share, for free, just in case somebody wants to use it too.
We should be thankful when people share, or next time he make something he won't share because, don't forget, he doesn't need to

i finally flashed the theme on my G1 and i seriously LAUGHED when i saw the boot screen. i love the "beta" one. HELLA funny. you should make this into a Metamorph and set up different boot images for this theme. i seriously want to keep this one lol but you know, want to keep up with the updates at the same time.

id wait and see what happens. im sure Cyanogen is going to swoop, or at least catch up with his next release. and if not, support both roms? or just switch to the one that fits you best, and make everyone deal with it haha

How to install my theme:
1. Download
2. Copy to Root of SDcard(as in NOT IN A FOLDER!!!)
3. Shut down phone
4. Go into Recovery(Press Home + Power)
5. Scroll to Flash zip file and then scroll to my theme and flash
7. Now just restart your phone by pressing Home + Back
8. Wait for 5-10 minutes...

.....Nah, you got the white part right, and you got the correct side of the color spectrum with the selection colors, but she's a ginger which means it should have been more red

The text for current calls[incoming/outgoing] in the notification bar appear to be black. All the other text so far appears to be white, as it should be. This is all I got for now. Will keep you posted on other bugs, if I see any.
awsome theme, but im not able to flash it for some reason. its stuck on G1 logo. other themes work like enoch, etc. i have try everything , help
Ok, first things first. This is my first Android theme, so if you're installing it, you're along with the ride with me.

Copp3r is a orange headed step child of Sense and AOSP. I wanted to take make Sense a little more visually pleasing to the people who prefer AOSP. The skin portion of the theme is based off the Slate skin, but everything else was ripped from AOSP or made by myself.

This should go without saying, but make a backup before flashing. So, without any further delays, here's the links

Flash this in recovery. The first bootup will take longer than normal. Once rebooted, just select the copp3r theme.
This theme work with Das BAMF. It should with any other Sense theme, but I haven't tried it.

The clock color in the Notification bar needs to be changed
There's still some blue lurking around from the skin
The HTC Widgets need to be skinned
Remove more of the Sense glossyness
Add power control widgets

Big V3 update. Lots of little stuff fixed. I'm going to tackle the pulldown widgets tomorrow or the next day. I've been glued to the computer for almost three weeks making, remaking, and reremaking this theme, so now I'm going to rest a bit.
