HOW TO RUNNING THIS THINGS :
1. Turn On wifi in WinMo (it's a must or you will never got online)
2. run haret from SDCARD\ubuntu\haret.exe
3. done
HOW TO GET WIFI WORKING :
1. click ubuntu logo on the upper left
2. select network -> Wicd Network Manager
3. click refresh to get your active Access Point

This is great.
Please make first thing on todo list to be touchscreen calibration

i cant see the ram disk size, wish i could attached the screenshot of the memory screen. If this was what you askd for.

Sounds Notifications work OK, if you copy a new Ring tone to \My Documents\My Ringtones and set it as ring tone.

I'm afraid GPRS doesn't seem to be working for me either. I'd love to hear if anyone has got it to work as it's a great build other than that!

1. Can't add picture on my contacts
2. no ramdisk
3. applications seems not quite fast with executed
4. some minor bugs when installing apps
5. it would be good if the new keyboard SIP of wm6.5.3 has been added to this rom, still the old keyboard sip is inlcuded

The battery was down for less hour, a problem with illumination, it is always on

Issues feedback:
- button light and somekind of screen illumination on while on stand-by,
hence great battery drain (20% in 30 min) - only actuaully used the phone for 10 min
- keys are mapped differently than in Fatsal's Xperoid (for instance, the end key is sfor standby and screenlock, OK button for back)

- touchscreen and buttons are not working properly, the next button is in the middle of the top of the screen, while it should be in the right bottom.
In my X1 WiFi don't work it says 'Nie można uruchomić WiFi' (It isn't possible to start WiFi)

It works very well for me, try to copy all files once again
'au' button seems to work as 'blue rectangle' key...not like in WM :/
I like when slider is open then display keyboard didn't appear and can't activate it, when close slider, then everything works

dont work on my blackstone. after install, there pop up a message for restart device. and then nothing more. i restart manually but no SPB Home screen and none of the SPB program links work. i did every step in the instructions (three times or more). does anybody know whats wrong?
for better understand heres what i did:
1. on my touch hd (with clean rom 6.5) remove SPB 3.5.5
2. download ALIENGUISE from www mobilecustom fr.
3. download Mortscript 4.2 (from developers site)
4. reinstall SPB 3.5.5
5. install Mortscript
6. install inst.script fom ALIENGUISE zip package
7. wait long time for nothing, manually restart device.
8. only win mobile home screen appears, nothing else - thats it.

You must have Ext2/Ext3 and linux swap Partition in your SD Card Min Class 4, if you don't have that, your legend will boot loop.

Error ind download..
I have now 3 times tried to download the file..
everytime it sees the file as an 110 mb file.. which is okay..
First time.. Down was said to be complete after 5,50 Mb.. ???
Second time .. It told me complete after 54 mb.....
3. time.. after 27 Mb..
Would it be possible to use another hosting service since I have not much trust in 4shared anymore... :/
BTW: I can only download with app. 20kb/sec which is taking over 2 hours to download a 110 mbit file.. Should take me nothing more than 1-2 minutes... (Is on a 15 Mbit line)

Thanks to you, I learnt how to partition my sd. But we cant get class 4 here locally.
How important is it to shift the dalvic cache ? would this affect future rom installation ? Is it a reversible process?

I don't think so. Rooted ROM and official are different, the OTA update only can use in official, but if it only minor update, like fix the bug, rooted rom still can do it.
Just try it, Make a nandroid backup first, you will know it later, if it ok, no error notificarion will happend.

Today 22/05/2012 -> ARCHOS had updated kernel source cod !
This Rom includes archos ics firmware 4.0.6 Test4 !
This Rom work for all Archos device gen9, is rooted and also include busybox .
Applications updated : Books-Play, Market-Play, Google+, Street, Maps, Music2, Gmail .
These are the files you need to install the Update :
- archos.ext4.update -> in archive "archos.ext4.test4.zip" => https://rapidshare.com/files/2848331935/archos.ext4.test4.zip => https://hotfile.com/dl/156703134/3c58cb4/archos.ext4.test4.zip.html

Installation :
- copy archos.ext4.update into Internal Storage ( /mnt/storage )
- reboot into SDE menu and under Developer Edition Menu , Flash Kernel and Initramfs : copy zImage and initramfs.cpio.lzo on the new driver that appears... ;
- ok ! and wait for reboot your devices : after reboot you can see Android update system for a while .....be patient !

this test release seems to be more flui. the gpu seems to be more reactive and i didnt have any freeze yet. the wifi catches all my AP instantly. i have to do some more tests but at the moment, seems to be most stable and fluid fw.

hi, small test in my quick lunch break at home. The first thing I noticed with this new rom, now I have much more free memory available!!! With "go launcher ex" first I had about 90mb of free memory at start, now about 165mb free! Nice! did they have removed some useless service in background? And yes is all much mouch smoother. ciao
