Currently have my G Tablet flashed with TnT Lite 3.0 but this happened before the update. Anyway, I think it has to do with the time setting but I'm not 100% sure. Prior to this error, I was able to log on to the following Twitter apps:
1. Seesmic
2. Dolphin Tweet (twitter add-on to Dolphin HD browser)
3. TweetDeck
Now I can only log onto TweetDeck. For Seesmic and Dolphin Tweet, it tells me that my password is incorrect.
My assumption regarding the time is due to having Toutier installed before. It logged on fine and now it's saying that my password is incorrect and to check my time. ???
Anyone else having this problem or would like to test it?
I also can not sign in to the Twitter app. Stock unit.

i'm using tael's rom w/pre installed palringo 2.3, currently all IM is working except for facebook.. it only shows "logging in"..

Hey, I had a problem similar to this a while ago, using one of energy's roms. It would take forever to go through connecting, then it would fail. Then when I logged on facebook from my computer, it would show that someone from England or something was attempting to access my facebook. Didn't grasp it at first, so I denied. Eventually, I allowed and palringo worked.
Well what you can do is make sure your logging in with the same password and then try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. if it preloaded then you wood have to download it first.. But had the same problem but none of my accounts wood log in at all.. So I tried that and then everyone logged in fine for me after that... Hope this helps you out with your problem.... And I'm using Energy Rom.

I just found a solution for this problem in the Palringo support forum:
email=facebook login email
next field=whatever is after the facebook.com/ (i.e. no @mail.com) -for instance: facebook.com/psmith - where psmith would be this field.
password=your password for facebook
It took a while to perform the login, because I had to go to Facebook in order to grant Palringo access to my Facebook account since FB at first denied the connection to it, saying there was some suspicious activity in UK. After admitting that everything just worked fine
Ever since i updated to official JPM i cant login to facebook anymore from the browser. When i type in my username and password and hit login, it just goes back to the same login page again.
It does not matter if i do this from touch.facebook.com or the full site. If i try to login from the full site it just goes back to the touch version.
I tried deleting all cache and cookies but it doesnt help! And yes, i can login from any PC just fine. And no, it does not give any errors at all.
Any clues on this? Or is this just another of the endless list of annoying bugs on this phone?
I have a similar problem, can't login to the web site on phone using stock browser, only noticed this because when I use the Facebook app and try to view posts, It automatically opens the browser and asks for a login.... sometime is will open the mobile version and that seams to be ok, but more often than not, it wil load the Full site and thus not let me login?

Same problem here though i cant login from the mobile version either.
I got the same problem on my htc tp2...but just since they updated the website to the touch version last week. was working just fine before.
Can't use facebook on my phone now.

I have an issue with my Motorola Milestone. I can't authenticate with any kind of applications to the Facebook. I have problems with the following apps:
SyncMyPix
Full Caller ID
JustPictures!
These applications can't authenticate to the Facebook. When I try in every case just got the browser, or the webkit (maybe) window, and just loading and loading...
Please help me out. I use the original 2.1-update1 firmware. I can't root, or mod this phone, because this is a company phone.

me too... With Pulse news reader and with beejive. When I try to add the facebook account to beejive, for example, the browser opens automatically and open my facebook profile, but don´t ask me for the permissions for the application and I can't add the facebook account chat in the beejive...
almost the same problem with de pulse news reader... when I try to publish some news in my facebook wall trough PULSE, it doesn´t ask me for the permissions to publish in my wall and directly open my facebook profle in a browser!!!

Wondering for those who use Opera Mini were you able to log in and sync to your bookmarks (and use other settings)? After accepting terms I can't find a way to login.
Also, anyone have any success in using Twitter client? Have been able to login but app seems to crash periodically. Better suggestion? Like Twitter for push notifications.

I have the same problem with twitter, after a few seconds running it crashed and went back to desktop. Tweetdeck is my twitter app of choice. I've even told one of the root devs about it, and he though it was weird.
I've never synced bookmarks with opera, so I can't help with that.
A few days ago, I noticed that my Facebook app was acting strange: everything was some sort of low-res copy of the usual Facebook. I've tried logging in to facebook in Dolphin Browser as well and I had the same issue. Here's some screenshots; they describe the issue better than me:
I'm currently running ICS Dark Knight 4, with default Devil Kernel 1.1.6b
By now, I've come to the following conclusions:
- I've tried clearing FB data, reinstalling FB and reflashing my firmware. The problem persists.
- This problem seems to be appear only when using the mobile version of FB in a browser (or the FB app). I've tried using the full version on Chrome Beta and it worked fine.
- Only my account seems to be suffering from this problem. I had my girlfriend log-in to her FB account in Dolphin Browser on my phone, and the mobile version worked just fine.
Has anybody else had this issue? Any other tips to try out?
