[Q] size vs nook - A7 Accessories

Is it safe to assume that the A7 is the same size as the nook? Nook size is:
NOOK is about the same size and weight as a paperback book.
Height:
Width:
Depth:
Weight:
7.7 inches
4.9 inches
0.5 inches
A7 size is: 8.2" (W) x 4.8" (H) x .5" (D)
Does this mean nook cases will be to small?

Amphibx Waterproof Armband

Anyone try that, will that fit?

Bumped; and will the stereo headset work? (Believe they are iPhone 4-pole type.)

I don't have it, but I doubt that the HD2 will fit. From that pic it looks like the iPod barely fits and that's smaller than the HD2.
Get the tape measure out
Amphibx Waterproof Armband (Large)
Physical Size - 18.5" x 7" x 1.2"
Weight of Armband - 7.5 oz.
Part No. - WA1-5A1
Max Device Dimensions
Width: 2.76"
Height: 4.72"
Depth: .86"
That looks like an awesome accessory. Would be worried as hell using this for first time though!
HD2 dimensions from the HTC Europe website: 120.5mm (4.74") x 67mm (2.64") x 11mm (0.43") ... so pretty damn close.

Got some spam in my email but it gave me an idea about cases [until some custom cases arrive.]

just checked
streak:
150 x 79 x 19 (ish)
in my mind the XL case would be too big surely
Another case idea .. the phone is almost the exact same size as my check book .. Maybe some zippered wallets would hold it ..

so close for the DSLi ... the original .. The streak is just 11mm too tall to be perfect.
If you want cheap then there may be some camera cases that fit,
if you do find a cheap case but it's slightly too big then a strip of the sticky backed foam they fit along door edges may work to pad it out.

Are HD2 and HD7 the same size?

Not sure weather I should have put this in General or Accessories but I guess it's more of a General Question.
I'm looking for a bike holder, I don't like the idea of my phone being in my pocket when I'm on my bike especially how the Screen Protector came with the warning "Do not apply excessive pressure to the screen. Take the phone out of your jeans pocket when sitting down".
There aren't many accessories for the HD7 yet but I found this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HTC-HD2-Bike-...Software_ET&hash=item27b5726f63#ht_4857wt_905
Anyone know if the HD2 and HD7 are the same size (thus the HD7 would fit in that)? I know the screens are the same size but I don't know about the actual phones themselves.
Hmm, Not sure, but here's the actual size for each device, maybe you can figure it from there??
HTC HD7 = 122 x 68 x 11.2 (All in mm)
HTC HD2 = 120.5 x 67 x 11 (All in mm)
Really depends on how much play and adjustable grip the mount has.

[Q] Any Case/Holster for Otterbox?

Is there anything that can hold the powerful Droid 3, with the Otterbox shell on it? I've looked through multiple stores locally, and nothing fits!
I had an older one before (held the Droid Eris, Droid 1, and Droid 2 previously lol) but the size increased with the protective shell, and I can't use my old case any more
From otterbox, the size is:
5.13 in x 2.83 in x 0.68 in
130.3 mm x 71.7 mm x 17.3 mm
not that i have seen.

TUXEDO CASE for Amazon Kindle Fire - could it work?

http://www.case-mate.com/Amazon-Kindle-Fire-Cases/Case-Mate-Amazon-Kindle-Fire-Tuxedo-Cases.asp
I like the slim profile of this case. I'm thinking it could be a good alternative since it uses an adhesive backing to attach to the tablet. Has anyone seen this case in action on a Fire? I certainly have concerns about the adhesive's longevity and residue when spending $40.
Here's a link to the video showing how it works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7yYt1K0CsE&feature=player_embedded
Looks like it can if the adhesive back can stick to the dimpled back of the N7. On the KF, the back is soft but is flat. So it possibly won't stick. I don't think I would spring 40 bux on something that may not work.
Could be a nice case, especially if the magnets are in the correct place to work with the nexus.
Fire = 190 mm x 120 mm x 11.4 mm
Nexus 7 = 198.5 x 120 x 10.45
So Nexus is just a little bit taller.
I would expect a flood of Nexus cases to start coming out.
