Oh, you must've read my mind! Only thing I missed from the vanilla was the LG dialer and memowidget. I'm so forgetful, that I must have it.
When did you DL it? Or did you bake yourself? The SQL fix wasn't in the prebaked to begin with. And is vanilla, vanilla? Like, do I get that grey theme instead of the LG black?

It's basically the Fr8 from Paul, but with some changes including those two...
It includes the SQlite fix, yes. And it's the "grey" vanilla...
Baked it
Gonna work on getting the power control on notification bar in AOSP style

Do you know already if it's draining battery or we can use it normally?

I've not had any "big" drain the time I've used it, but I'm not completly sure yet.
It's brought as a option, and have to be activated manually inside this ROM
If I find it to be unfriendly to the battery, it's excluded...

Thnaks for the Rom - How do you get the statusbar in that color you have in the picture ? Wich launcher do u use ?
//Ekkis

The launcher bar color is the vanilla color on the rom...
I'm using launcher pro

Works fine!

Working fine for me too... thanx.
What clock widget are you running there?

Good to hear!
The clock widget is beautiful widgets from market
Working on a new ROM now with the OC/UV kernel and Pimp my CPU included... Don't know yet if I'm going back to the LG framework (for the toggles), or if I should invest more time to try getting the toggles in notification bar in AOSP.
/edit
OC-version added...

what kind of OC did u insert? 1200 or 1400?

It's the "universal"... The latest OC kernel with up to 1400MHz. It's 1000MHz by default, and changes must be set in Pimp my CPU

Is there any issue with flash player?

Works with the browser here, but I see it's actually just 10.1. Will include 10.2 in next build...
For now just update through market

[ROM] BlazingDragon v2.3a - Fast and Furious

About
This ROM is based on MCR with a few tweaks and mods of my own. It's meant to be light and fast and yet stable as possible. The changelog might show newer versions but it might not be out yet. Usually i will update the changelog to let people know what to expect in the next release. v2.3 will convert to EXT4 automatically for you. It's not recommended to use PP or any tweakpacks because it might interfere with the tweaks currently in the rom.

But I will try this, because this one is available now
All downloads failed for me, have to wait 15min again to get another chance to download :s
Can't you use multiupload.com?
I like the ROM with Ginger skin and the speed. For the moment it's ok.
yes the ginger skin is nice.
We will see how batterylife will be tomorrow.
any screenshot and bench?
Like it thanks

Mind sharing a screenshot and just a flashable ZIP with the theme?
I got a couple of Force Closes so far, the Quadrant results are "normal", around 3000 points. The theme is standard Gingerbread.
I really wish those controls on the notification window. I don't know why removing them is considered a good idea. Also the LG stock music player seems very good compared to the standard Android.
Anyway, it seems to be a great rom. Thanks.
LE: the Eternity Project kernel 1.5b works without problems with this rom.
With 1.5b kernel, i have 3700 quadrant and 4900 Antutu bench score. All working. Thx

I also just flashed your build. And so far it feels nice and runs well. Welcome to Nexus S, looking forward to follow your work here. We sure as hell need it

very smooth rom. no issues so far.
* one minor annoyance, nothing to do with the rom, but with the ud launcher:
the first button on the 4 button dock won't allow to change to phone. *
rAv rom paired with go launcher and it's a solid daily driver.
great job! thank you!
It still runs nice , no issues. But if we could have the battery icon in the same green as wifi and network icons. It looks a little out of place. Once again great work
GREAT

Good Job Iaio , etoy theme is awesome !!!
thanks guys!
If status bar it's not visible, reboot in recovery and fix permission then reboot !!!
I know, but to do before i decided to edit in zip folder, the statusbar, for not have fc!
I really like the design of the ROM.. no bugs?
>>> I can't read notifications in the status bar..
The ROM is pretty ok, but:
-Launcher2 - long holding the app over the bin does not show up the Uninstall option
-Google Talk - has GoogleMessagingServices hardcoded into Google Services and i wasn't able to uninstall it
-the launcher is rigid and uncustomizeable (there are better versions of ADW)
-lost Wi-Fi once for no apparent reason
Otherwise, i liked the theme, ICS keyboard and font and the fact that you integrated a good kernel.

The one of my sim card... as if i had just rebooted the phone instead it was already on and i was scrolling the application list.
-----------------
Mi ha richiesto il codice pin (della mia scheda 3) come se avessi riavviato il telefono, invece stavo solo sfogliando la lista delle applicazioni...
you can disable pin code by another device?

Sorry, i dont understand why i should do it, i mean... i always have pin code on... and it's normal to insert it just once (when i boot the phone) while it's strange that it asks for it again while the mobile phone is already on and i already wrote it when i booted it... I just wanted to tell you that i noticed this "problem" so that maybe you could have fixed it.
Update:
I solved it by installing the back up version i did with titanium back up (version 2.1.1.219805)
My friend. That problem is called radio dump.

How come the battery icon at increments of 5 don't have numbers on them? Every other one does.
Big thanks! I thought anything like this wasn't ready until January 2012?
Gonna give it a try...

You have to add the Roboto font. It isn't ICS without it
