Yes, sure.
1.) Don't ask questions in development boards.
2.) Use the appropriate board for your device.

Did you check up PowerOff.apk ? If you know how to open it and modify apk files, try to explore poweroff.apk.
Someone says shutdown images are in that file.
It's in /system/app/PowerOff.apk
but I`m not sure other types of O2X have same apk and modyfing method.
I recently succeeded modifying shutdown animation. As I wrote, Changing images and xml will be needed in PowerOff.apk
I hope it helps you

Data issues. Same that cm9 has. Except none of the current patches work to fix it. IIRC hash said that the framework.jar would need to be modified for the patch to work.

I only try the gsm patch, and he work.
droid 3 xt860
hello fellas, iv downloaded the files but in with some doubts:
I have a droid 3 latin, already rooted but with stock rom. I dunno if this 894 patch would be necessary to my device, or if its not about the model number please forgive me.
cant wait to get rid from the motoblur stuff... it messes too much with my contatcs.
Whats the difference between these links and the CM4D3-nightly-20111116-1445.zip from Hashcode's old blog?

And the XT860?
The GSM patch should work with the XT860 (AKA Milestone 3), like the Brazilian retail?
Are there know bugs/limitations?

GSM patch for CM9 was addressed to M3 (XT860) , so I believe it should work.
Just install it on safe mod and check for yourself, and don't forget to let us know!

Let me know how it goes. IIRC cm7 never worked on xt860

I agree, and apparently it's on Hashcode's list of things to do. The Droid 3 isn't quite dead yet!
