Awesome Consolle! - Defy Accessories

Hi i'll share with you my pleasure in the knowing thi phone it's an awesome consolle
Right now i'm playng Crash Bandicoot 3 on FPSe (a PSX emulator for android) with my PS3 controller, it runs smootly and fine!
Now with my Defy and a PS3 Joystick (and a cheap app for connect it) i can play all consolle's games, from the NES right to the PSX... i think IT'S AWESOME!!!
There's some (crappy) pics

at first watching the images i thought that green one is something attached to defy, but i think its a LEGO block for support , can you post some more details on the app which you are using to connect your ps3 controller..>?

Robo Defense is now HD

Just thought I would let everyone know that the newest version of Robo Defense now supports larger screens and much better graphics. This is my favorite game on my Evo but never fit the screen on the Gtab until now. I use Dropbox to copy my robodefense.bak file between devices to keep my achievements synced.
That is great to hear I love RoboDefense! Now only if Hex Defense would start to work.
Zoom
It is nice that they added a zoom function on the top of the screen too!
It's been awhile since I've played this game, looks awesome on the tablet. Thanks!
Yes, the beautiful game!

Controller Compatible Games

I haven't seem to have found a thread that offers a list of games that you can use with a control pad. If I havent looked far enough then please can someone point me in the right direction. If there isnt a dedicated thread then happy to start here.
I use a Sony Dualshock 3 via bluetooth + SNES / PSX emulators.
My games
With an Xbox 360 wired controller and micro-usb adapter, I have played:
Dead Trigger (WAY better than the touch controls!)
Ripetide GP (great controls, good analog sensetivity)
Bards Tale (again great controls)
Onlive
Mupen64 Plus (no analog from sticks? all or nothing)
Using an SNES controller with a Super NES adaptor and a micro-usb adapter (the Xbox 360 controller also works, but the SNES d-pad is WAY better):
Sonic CD
SuperGNES
MAME4droid
I've used Grand Theft Auto III and SNESDroid emulator. The Nvidia Tegra Zone app shows which games are compatible with controllers.

Ok, so maybe if I update my post with games that are compatible. I was aware of the nvidia app but just wondered if it would be worthwhile making a list

Need help with in choosing bluetooth controller

I tried with my PS3 thrustmaster wireless usb game pad but otg didnt work. There is no power to reciever when connected to phone. Similar to HTC One X.
This is horrible whats the use of tegra 3 cpu when we cant use tegra supported features where we have many tegra games which supports usb controller.
So we are left with Bluetooth controllers only - i feel for casual gaming any will do but still for hardcore best option will be Sony PS3 controller.
Anyway orignal sony is pretty expensive so need help with following 2 gamepads:
1. Amigo Dual Shock ( http://www.ebay.in/itm/Amigo-Blueto..._203&hash=item3a7dfb1bfd&_uhb=1#ht_1893wt_898 ) 2. Red Gear Bluetooth PS3 controller
Anyone with any experience with any of these are they Dual Shock 3?

no one helped me
Anyway I have made my choice and going for original ps3 bluetooth controller.
i liked wii too for motion controller but its not possible with all games so not choosing that.
Hope six axis motion controll is also possible for motion sensor games, it will be added fun

ive used the ps3 controller on mine for a while and its been great to use, the only thing that i struggled with at first was pairing the pad with my phone using sixaxis software, but eventully done it
If you can try getting an original Sony ps3 controller. Perhaps you can find some your cheap online. I use an original+ the sixaxis tool app from the play store and it's awesome! I can play ps1, and n64 games with fully working controls!
same here im using the original ps3 controller which i bought new(silly price £40 or 46.41 euros) and still worth it, im sure you could easily find cheaper ones new or used on ebay and makes for a greater gaming experience
Thanks all for sharing your experience
Also can anyone tell me if PS3 original Bluetooth controller can work with Nvidia Tegra Zone controller supported games (Like Shadowgun, Dead Trigger...etc) directly without the help of SixAxis app? I read those games support X-Box wireless controller(Not bluetooth) but nothing written about bluetooth controllers? If anyone check and share the experience
I already have similar USB wireless controller for PS3(Thrustmaster) but since our device dont support USB devices so cant use them also even if I am able to make it work (with external power source) its not worth it because HDMI is through USB only so until I am playing games on my TV its dumb to play with controller.
I have decided to go for double priced original PS3 controller because of lots of users review for Original controller and absolutely no hands-on review of half priced (Red-Gear/Amigo) replacement PS3 controllers.
Its going to be one of my B'day gift so I can confirm myself latest by 22nd Feb
It works nicely
i tried it with many games and played on my 50inch tv for ~4hrs..its really good
i find little issue when using with dead trigger/sg deadzone when pressing many buttons simultaneously...fire stops and i had to press fire button again. These games support gamepad by default, i'll try sixaxis with both games...

[Q][APPS] Reqs 4 Nook HD+ Video Games/Emulators: Diablo, SNES, RPG, etc.

ETA: I have DL'd a few free video apps I found and now can play the videos I have already downloaded, so that makes me happy!
(Thanks for the commented requests!)
I also am using this tablet for Graphic Novels/Magazines/Comics/etc with lots of pictures in mostly pdf and sometimes those strange comic formats I am so far unfamiliar with, Web browsing and Facebook and Email, and possibly for the first time trying out some cool games!
I am more focused on finding the BEST video/PC game EMULATORS I can find, and if they do cost a little bit, that's ok, I am willing to shell out a few bucks if it will get me a really good Android tablet copy of these games:
-Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest (SNES)
-Diablo Original (PC)
-Super Mario (SNES)
-Super Mario Kart (N64)
-Any real decent RPG fantasy games (Skyrim), and some that resemble the 'Mystic Quest' and 'Legend of Zelda' older 8-bit game interface.
-Any good quality Zombie or Apocalypse FPS type games, particularly resembling 'The Last of Us' and similar.
-Steampunk style games (Bioshock Infinite), and would love some of those simple graphic, mystery-based games like the old 'Myst' first-person view style...
It would be like Christmas to get these on my tablet!!
So thanks in advance for suggestions and help! You guys are awesome!
I would recommend the Archos Media player (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.archos.mediacenter.videofree) it does a great job in scanning the files for covers and meta. You may find some of your files don't play properly. You could buy a codec pack from them, or just use this instead (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.m4rk3t.libcopy2)

another vote for MX.
It plays everything I've ever tried. also allows fast forwarding, rewind and volume
controls merely by touching side to side or up or down.
also does zooming and cropping very nicely.

Nvidia Shield Tablet Dungeon Defenders Eternity

If anyone is interested to see how well Dungeon Defenders Eternity runs on the Nvidia Shield Tablet in console mode through HDMI.
Looks really great on the K1!! I've been playing this on my Shield Portable and I'm loving it. I just wish more games like this were ported to the handheld.

I really wish they would've allowed Single Player though, I rarely have WiFi when I am playing games on my Shield Portable
Wow I may have to get this for my portable but I'm definitely getting it when I get my shield tablet
Is this game choppy when playing on the TV?
I found many games to be choppy/dropping fps making the game stutter for 0.025 sec without a reason when playing on the built in screen...games like Dead Trigger 2, Horn, Walking Dead.
Trine 2 also feels choppy at some points (especially the intro video).
Are all the controls mapped or did you have to set up anything using the mapper? I tried Order and Chaos on my Shield portable and it was a pain. This looks pretty fun though.
Is this the same as the old one our like the new one on PC?

It depends on the map and how hectic it gets. It is generally smooth and a very enjoyable experience. I actually prefer playing on the TV through my tablet than on my PC. Just make sure it is on console mode and not mirror mode.
There are resolution sliders and performance tweaks you can turn on and off to get the experience you want. I ended up lowering the resolution and turning off shadows to get better framerates on bigger maps. I'll actually make a newer video to show the difference (I actually can't notice any difference while playing).

Controllers works without having to remap anything. There are options in-game to remap buttons if needed.

I have a question, anyone know if it's possible to use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to play this game on my shield tablet?
Not as awesome as I remember. Game is very laggy.

The game defaults to controller use with no way to set up a keyboard/mouse.
I refunded this game after playing a few matches, it lagged and it was not because of system lag it was server lag because of their stupid always online drm. I have really fast internet too 60/10 so that is pretty lame.

You only uploaded/recorded the gameplay in 720p though and not 1080 (what it is capable of over HDMI). I do appreciate the upload but for those looking to see how it looks, it will actually look even better than what's displayed in the video.
