Status bar toggles and brightness slider.. - Nexus S Themes and Apps

How can I implement this to any rom I want? It was included in Pete's latest and I fell in love with it. Brightness slider ftw!!!
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using xda premium

You can look the features up on CyanogenMod's github to see how they're implemented into the rom

They aren't. As far as I know Pete's bugless is the only rom with it as far as I know.

Aokp has both the toggles and the brightness slider. The toggles are a bit different in style

This too, and i believe codename has it as well...If the bugless rom has a github look in it.
Otherwise you can see here - add toggle for statusbar brightness control
Is one implementation into the AOKP rom.
And besides that commit, search through the packages_apps_ROMControl branch. For all the other rom options that are in there.

"implementing these statusbar widgets" very difficult. cuz each rom has the different framework

Try talking to mandaman2K, I believe the credit for the toggles in buglessbeast goes to him. The toggles were originally part of his modified version of BB, Pete liked them and consequently put it in his rom.

Anyone interested in toggles like this? Made this using widgetsoid (an app from the market, free!) without having to flash/kang anything.

No, I didn't make it.
And no, creating a launcher based off of a leaked picture of an unreleased version of Android (which isn't very close to what ICS will look like) isn't a bad thing at all.

1) Mushroom_Lord's awesome Metamorph file (mainly the graphics files) found here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1219691

2) ZduneX25's graphics files from his flashable lockscreen file that is based on MIUI - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1298568
...and yes, the wallpaper is also attached

What Is Black Exodus?
Black Exodus is a theme that aims to bring the darkest and most minimal UI experience for your ICS/Jellybean ROM. After porting the Black Android Theme over to the SGS2 nearly a year ago I decided that I would like to create a new theme for myself with only 1 aim which was to make it minimal looking and also dark. As most of you know this also saves a little battery. The theme became quite successful when I release it for ICS so I figured why wait until the CM10 theme chooser? Lets get back to flashable ZIPs!
What do I need to run this theme?
-Legolas93's CM Build 6 (will work on JellyBro once gearheadcustoms release it)
-At least 1 brain cell to use CWM/TWRP or whatever
-Manners (They cost nothing)
So far what's themed?
21/7/2012
-Launcher2
-Notification Widgets
20/7/2012
-Intial Release
-Framework-res
-SystemUI
-Calculator
-MMS
-BootAnimation

-Download the theme.zip from the downloads section below
-Put it on your SD Card (You only have one)
-Reboot into recovery (Do I really need to explain it further?)
-Go to 'Install from SD Card'
-Select the theme.zip
-Bazinga! (That means done)

I have your them installed, but the one from the beta 5 build - and I think its perfect.
My criticisms are for the pictures in the OP. I don't like that the pull down toggles are themed. The reason is that every other icon on the phone has sharp edges, but now that theyre themed they are inconsistent.
Also icons shouldn't be themed. The reason for this is that you will never be able to theme every icon. Inevitably everyone will use one app with a non back icon and again, there will be inconsistencies.
My advice (and what I would do if I had anywhere near the ability you do) is stick to stock whenever possible. Take it or leave it

My first impression is whoa! I'm very impressed. I'm not a fan of blue themes but this is tastefully done and not overbearing blue. I like the use of gradients and miui inspired notifications. Dialer screen is nice too. I'm using and evo lte which is xdpi and on paranoid android an aosp Rom. Some minor things might need attention but I'll post screen shots and more details when i have spent more time with this theme.

There are supposed to be some quick settings in the JB 4.2 notification bar, which the Atrix HD is rumored to be getting some day... though JB 4.2 seems to be fraught with problems.
4.2 Troubles?
If 4.2 is so buggy, I'd rather stick with my 4.1.1 Build or get a custom rom...
Just maybe, the custom rom could have better toggles, or something.

I lost track of my original sources but these reports are easy to find. JB 4.2 apparently had some bad problems that were missed before release including a significant regression in battery life, missing the entire month of December in the People app, and random reboots, slow charging and bluetooth connectivity issues - all widely reported. Good golly! That said, there have been a couple of updates to it since then but...

While its not the same, you can use Xposed to change the SystemUI to tablet/phablet and that Notification Drawer does have some power toggles like Wifi, bluetooth, gps. Its what I do . I'd post screenshots, but I'm checking all the Cheesecake Servers updated in 2013.
What sucks is Homescreen doesn't scale right at all when you change its DPI or Layout -- all it does is make the app area\icon area smaller with what's basically an unusable boarder around it...Using the Launcher from the Xoom2 (tablet launcher) works just fine, as does Holo Launcher. It really sucks because I really like the Circles Widget. Anyone know of a Motorola Tablet Launcher that's similar to Homescreen?
//Nothing on the servers if anyone is curious.
