[Q] Issue with Proximity Sensor on CM10 - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hi,
I have a problem with the proximity sensor on my Xperia T. I flashed the new CM10 nightly ROM today. When I want to finish a phone call, it happens very often that the screen remains black. If the other phone hangs up, screen returns after 2-3 seconds. The proximity sensor is working perfectly if I test it at the beginning of a phone call (when it rings on the other phone). It's also working with the stock firmware from Sony, so I don't think that's a hardware failure.

help me please, i have a trouble with my proximity sensor

the proximity sensor not working right for me
when i take a call if i put my phone into my face the screen is off (this is ok) and if i put my phone away from my face the screen should goes back on but it is not. the screen is off for a long time until the people i call with is hang up the screen just on. some time the screen is off for a short time.
Has anyone had any issues with the proximity sensor on the Nexus doing the same thing?
please help me what should i do, now i can't hang up my phone or pick up my waiting call or adding the number etc. because the screen is off while i having a call
i have try to wipe my phone and flash my phone many times but it still the same
Strange. Try checking to see if the proximity infrared led is still flashing after it goes off. Check by starting a call and looking at your phone through a webcam. You should see the proximity light flashing. Then hold it up to your face so it goes off, then check it in the webcam again to see if the proximity light is still flashing.
There could be a hardware problem with the light not coming back on, or not being bright enough or something...
Thank you very much
so what did you do?how did you fix this becouse i have the same problem?

[Q] Call Issues

Hello. I've had this device for awhile now and it's probably the best phone I've ever had.. except I started to have problems with regards to calls just recently. I actually rooted the device about 2 months ago and am currently using the Rombie mod v2 (JPC), if that helps. Anyway, the problem happens in the middle of a conversation, where the proximity sensor somehow disappears and the speaker mode is activated on its own (or maybe it gets in contact to my skin, I'm not sure, since the screen is supposed to remain blank). After that, the device becomes unresponsive: the touch sensitive menu and back keys don't work, and neither does the screen itself..but the hard key home button works and I could still hear the other caller via loudspeaker. I force a reset and everything goes back to normal (I mean this call issue doesn't happen all the time). I don't have any screen protector to affect the performance of the sensor. Anyone can help me out with this? Thanks!

Proximity sensor - help pls

Hi all. I own a i9000 running aokp milestone 6 but decided to buy a faulty i9000 on ebay just for a bit of fun really.
The problem is when making a call the screen stays black or freezes and won't respond. The call stays connected so no way to hang up.
I installed "Proximity sensor finder" on my own i9000 which worked great. (0cm when sensor is on, 5cm when off). Tried this on the damaged phone and it stays at 5cm but still shows "proximity sensor: available". I have replaced the proximity sensor with a new one but didn't do anything. Also tried it on stock rom and AOKP milestone6.
Any ideas folks? Would really like to get this working.

[Q] Proximity Sensor Fail

Hellooo:
First of all sorry for my english.
I have a problem with my new Optimus Black. When I make a call sometimes the screen gets black and sometimes it gets black when I put it in my ear (in this case the functionallity is normal). In the first situation I can't get screen on again. I think that is a proximity sensor problem but maybe a software problem. Maybe it needs a recalibration. I search for calibration tools but not luck. What can I do?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Nexus turns screen off when receiving a call CM12.1

Hi Everyone,
Whenever I'm on my phone, my screen turns off the moment before its starts vibrating for a phone call, and it takes approximately 6-7 seconds for it to turn back on. This did not happen on stock software, but has been happening since CM12 and still occurs on CM12.1. I don't think its my proximity sensor as this does not happen during a call, only when receiving a call.

I am having the exact same problem. I thought it was the proximity sensor due to the fact that I recently had my broken screen replaced. I can use the volume key mod to end a call but cannot pick up a call. Very discouraging..
Yes, can confirm on nightly 01052015, but apparently it's a stock issue as well: htt ps://product forums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/nexus/nexus-6/mIRwBP4Hx_Y%5B1-25%5D
Do you have a screen protector on your screen as well? I found out that for me tapping on the proximity sensor wakes up the screen with a bit of luck.

I do have a screen protector on but its no where close to the sensors/camera. This issue only occurs when I'm in CM12/12.1. I have the double tap screen wake feature turned off. I gotta press the power button twice and wait for a few seconds for it to work.
