I tried ironkernel but it came with the same result. so I turned back to stock ROM (DjangoManouche). no compatibility problem so far
Nah, I would not really want a new rom, just some kernel that is compatible with temasek kang cm7 except for etana.

cm7 kang best rom?
I had cm7 nightly but battery drained hard.
So i think go to tesamak cm7 kang but i sow guestx hybirt 3.2 rom and looked good. But what you recomande cm7 kang? Is it the best?
And i dont realy like stock roms

especially Temasek CM7.2 100+ roms in combination with latest Vadonka 3.0.y kernels
i'm currently at cm7kang-O2x-RC2-106 rom + 1205231748-ETaNa_OC-3.0.y kernel and couldn't be more satisfied - guys are updating the stuff on a daily basis...
if you're a performance freak
- i got 7192 benchmark result in Antutu with 1408MHz CPU setting (but i use my phone usually on default 1015MHz or slightly higher 1216MHz if i play 3d games)

i can recommend XXMrHyde`s, it would be cool to make a rom with 4X lockscreen and optimus ui 3.0, we would have a 4X HD

Build your own AOKP-Rom, and before compiling the sources, patch the sources for the 4X-Lockscreen

CM9 doesn't have hardware acceleration so you can't play video. Stock rom V20s is good for me + horse power kernel .
You can play vids it's recording who cause difficulty.

CM 7.2.0 stable release + LG stock camera from Temasek CM7 thread is the best for me so far. No lag in playing games like other ROM I've tested.
Well. After all ROMs I tried, I still go back to Miui, in fact, its Wiui ( Click me ) . Its by far the best 2.3 Rom to date until [ROM] DjangoManouche came out a 1.5 stable release, which will be getting the throne back Try it yourself.
I'm not sure but I think the final stable version of CM7.2 has just been released. I haven't tried it myself but you may wanna check it out.
BTW, temasek's CM7 build is probably best GB ROM around.
Try Domination CM9 by Owain94 if you decide to step up to CM9
I've tried all ICS ROMs for the 2X, but the best in my eyes is tonyp's PARANDROID. Very fast and better battery drain than CM 7.2. I also like the Tablet UI and the possibility to set different DPIs for each app.

I agree, ParanoidAndroid is so far the best ICS Rom for our O2x (apart from HWA). If you need a fully working best GB ROM try out CM7 ChuckNorrisEDITION. This is smooth and the battery drain seems be very slow. :victory:

The newest stock one v20s, with stock kernel. Try it in daily use and check battery usage in comparison to any other rom and you'll be surprised.

And the only interesting thing about it - Project Butter - is probably not even portable for Custom Roms. But let's wait... it's too early.
I am pretty sure we won't be getting 'official JB' on our phone....even if LG claims to provide it
