Ics v28e update without USB question - LG Optimus 2x

Can someone advise me on whether it is possible to update to the new Rom without the use of a USB.
My g\f's phone doesn't have usb its bust for some reason.
Is there any other way to load the latest 5.0 cwm, the new bootloader and then install a zip from cwm.
Any help is much appreciated.

1) You should clarify the title. Something like "How to update to v28E without USB". Imagine every thread like "LG P990 question", it's absurd.
2) You should tell us if you want the vlite or the full version of v28E.
3) CWM 5.0 is not the latest.
4) Yes, it is possible, put everything in the sd card =P.
Good luck.

Hello, apologies for that.
Thank you for the fast response.
I would like to install the full version, I am aware that you need to specifically partition the ad, but I can read grains thread for that.
Can I just confirm then, that if there is a zip for the new downloader, cwm and Rom in one zip.
That can be run from cwm?
Thank you

First -- In case you want to go full metal on P990, that means repartitioning, new BB and full flash, you need to flash. There is no other way than using NVFlash, as described in lovely thread in development by Stephan G.
Reasons - reformatting is not easily done from within phone which runs on these partitions, same goes for reflashing recovery from within recovery.
Second -- not sure why without USB?
Third -- there is CWM-possible way by using TonypAndHarsh's vlite V28E rom, yet this goes without new BB and with possibility of no call audio issue.
So, to repeat my answer to your main point, no. There is no way to fully install new system/BB without USB connection and PC. You have to flash it.

Hello. I think you can instal the new ICS without your usb cable.
1. you need to instal rom manager from PlayStore and flash from here the CWM recovery. I recomend you to instal the version 5.2.0
2. Make a nandroid backup before you do something to your actual rom.
3. Use titanium backup to backup all your apps and settings.
4. Put ICS rom from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1959545 in your sd card (i think you have at leat a card reader and on adapter to put your microsd card) and follow the isntruction from the download page.
Good luck!

Cool thank you will try tomorrow.

I'm sorry but I disagree with you... I think that anyone that thinks about the title for 2 seconds can understand that if the guy is asking if it's possible to flash v28e without USB of course he means the "full" stock ICS leak, the one which requires you to redo your partitions and whatnot... the one that is only possible through nvflash, thus, it is not possible to update to v28e without USB.
Or, you could just reply... hey, it's not possible to flash "the real deal", but you can flash tonyp's "lite" version, which uses the old bootloader and a patched kernel (thus some bugs might come from that) and all you need to do is put the files in the sd card...
I don't know why you had to be so "blunt"...

Thank you for that information, I am currently trying to find out if there is a way to install the right version of CWM, then try to install the new bootloader from within CWM? I am not even sure if that is possible.
I think she is just going to have to get her phone sent back, the only problem is the o2x is discontinued, I doubt they will replace it or fix it. They will probably try and replace it, but only give her something that I wouldn't consider a good replacement. But we'll have to speak to her insurance company first.
I have seen these phones selling on ebay, they are about £100 from what I can gather, it depends what she wants to do. Could buy a new one and sell her one, just a shame really, i found another thread about the USB problem and they had to send it back and get it repaired, must be either a problem with the connection or the board, I would think the board as it charges fine, which is really weird.
Anyway, thank you for you help, i will keep searching to see what i can find.

Just cause you didnt mention it before, but are you running a hacked version of ICS right now on the phone? If you are, it could be a matter of the ADP drivers on your computer? If it was a stupid idea sry. It was just something that pop'd into my head

I got a bug on my O2X USB as well, and I managed to solve it temporary, (the bug comes back after some time, but the process has worked for me everytime the bug comes back, I'm currently testing to try to identify the cause of the bug), it is kind of a long process but I could get back my usb sync, if you want I made a tutorial of what I exactly did, after this process you can install any stock or custom rom without any problem just make sure to follow the instructions as they are described

Too bad to hear it didn't worked, do you mind if I ask, what exactly failed? I mean, it would be great to have some feedback of what you did and where you got stuck, so I might make some updates of the post, or upload another backup, or so

Hi
I downloaded a stock Rom that had been modded.
So I could be sure that I would have cwm in case anything went wrong.
Rom loaded and was able to get into the secret menu.
I will say that under USB connection type there was misspelling where it said:
LG USB adnroid
Not sure if that would affect it.
I selected that item.
Then went to port.
Selected the different options in ordered and waited about 10 seconds on each turn, then pressed find any changes in device manager unplugged and plugged the USB.
Then tried in different orders but with not luck.
Took the battery out and tried holing the vol up down the plugging in USB but to no avail.
Then pressed power and vol down.
The phone tuned on and showed LG sign then switched off.
I tried pressing check any changes as the LG sign came on but nothing.
Then tried nvflash as the LG sign came on but nvflash showed no connection.
Very weird, definitely dead but still charges, doesn't make sense.
Oh well
Ordered an atrix with work and play kit for 68 quid, has a broken digitizer which will cost 20 pound, on average, off ebay.
Thanks for the help though.
May take the 2x apart when new phone comes and see if there's any physical damage on te board.

[Q] Help please

Hi there, sorry about the dramatic title, not sure what kind of help this need,s other than the general kind. It's my first post here and I'm asking for help already. I know you must hate it when people do this (I do on other forums haha) but I kinda need your help.
Basically, I bought a motorola milestone of gumtree (kinda like a UK craigslist) which was rooted with CM7. Everything worked fine when I got it, but today, when I tried to download stuff from the market, it gave me a force close message. The stock music player also needed to be force closed. I googled it, and did the usual restart the phone, take out battery etc... which didnt work. On the motorola website they say to do a factory data reset, which didn't appear to work. I then tried doing a manual reset, through the recovery screen I think, I pressed the factory reset button, but now my phone hangs on the motorola logo. I'm quite technical when it comes to most things, but i'm new when it comes to rooting. I presume doing that also wipes the ROM? I think/hope that all I need to do is put a rom on the SD and do the update from that, but I'm really not sure.
Thanks for any help
p.s while the phone is GSM and works with my SIM, the guy I bought it off got it from Korea, don't know if that makes a difference to anything
install OR (fufu or nadalback's , there is a link in cm7 thread), go into dev forum.
wipe everything from or and reboot. if that doesn't work try flash another rom. and yes you will lose data, you already did with the factory reset.
if you have cm7 you already have the device rooted.
edit: follow advice from moto, only if you have stock rom, and now you don't

Cheers for the input. Sorry to sound thick, but I'm new to rooting, so I'm not familiar with how to flash roms and stuff like that, If you could clarify it what you said, that would be awesome.
Thanks again

Cheers for that, had a quick skim through and it looks promising, only thing is I'm not sure what one I need to do to get it to boot. Do I have to install openrecovery? Do i need to revert it back to stock? Do I need to install a custom rom or is a combination of the 3? I'm sorry if these are basic questions, but I literally have no idea which one to select.
Also, if the phone was bought in korea, but is set to english, what SBF file do I download, a UK one, or a international one?
Cheers

Right now, is your phone running CM7? If so, place the newest OpenRecovery on your SD Card and place the ROM you want in OR/updates. Because you are from the UK, you should try flashing a UK sbf if you need to revert to stock.

[Q] LG Thrill GB w/ClockworkMod Recovery

(Obvious Noob warning---) A friend helped me root my Thrill, install ClockworkMod Recovery, and then install CM7 on my Thrill. But I would like to try the LG GB release. Is it necessary to backtrack all the way back to stock to do this (i.e. reinstall the stock ROM, reinstall the stock recovery, unroot, etc.)?
My friend tried using the LG upgrade tool on his LG phone without going back to stock and ended up bricking it. He says that usually within a few days of release, a CMR compatible zip file (usually already rooted) appears here on XDA (I haven't seen it), which makes things easier (but obviously he didn't wait for it himself).
Will a zip be possible for the Thrill GB? (The file seems quite large (420MB), so I'm guessing there is a lot of media included.) Or should I just bite the bullet and backtrack?

Trojan?
Sorry, but as a noob, I can't post in that other thread.
It seems that the shttp3.exe in the LG Flash Package triggers Symantec's trojan detection. Some searching seems to indicate (assuming I'm reading all the cryptic virus sites correctly) that there is something to this, although it seems that different scanners find different trojans/viruses (can't post the link, but Google for "shttp3.exe" and "trojan"). I also found that the web site for this utility is blocked at work, because it's a "malicious site."
Has anyone seen this? Has anyone been able to verify/refute this?

Just my .02 .....Get rid of Symantec !! They are known for scaring people into a virus frenzy.. Yes, it is possible that it is seeing it as a potential virus because shttp is a workaround from the usual porting of windows ip services. ...
Correct me if i'm wrong somebody please !!

Regards,

PS: somebody on here has written a script that just uses shttp temporarily while
your doing the flash procedure, and then reverts your host files back automatically after your done. You should try it.

I'm sorry I can't give the link yet, but if you'll Google you'll see Comodo classifies shttp3.exe as "ApplicUnwnt.Win32.ServerWeb.SmallHTTP.~A" or "UnclassifiedMalware" (I guess depending on the version). A number of scanners find issues with shttp3.exe. I'm not saying it is infected, only that it is doing something suspicious.

shttp3.exe is in no way a virus. I've scanned with AVG and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and they check out good.
Back to square one
OK, I seem to be stuck.
With paranoia in tow, I decided to take the long way back to stock. Unfortunately, when I tried to restore the backup of my stock image I made to SD card after installing CMR, the md5 checksum failed. I'm not sure what I can do about this.
So ok, I tried following the above link. The first step is to ensure the su binary is up-to-date. But when I tried this, I get a failure downloading the manifest. This is true for WiFi and HSPA+. I Googled and found a suggestion to delete the su binary. But that didn't help (I'm not sure how it would have helped anyway).
So back to the original question. Can I use the LG upgrade process to upgrade without going backwards (as you can see above, I can't) without bricking the phone? Can I start at step 3 in the link above and succeed?

Is it safe to ignore the su version update?
Short of this, can I override the MD5 checksum? I realize that image could be corrupt, but if I'm just going to replace it with the GB release, does that matter?

You should just put your phone in recovery mode and update through the tool
with your IMEI #. It will give you the latest update !
If you need some help on that I think Lestat or somebody has a write-up
on doing this.

Can you be a bit more specific?
1. By "recovery mode," do you mean into ClockworkMod Recovery, or I should revert to stock (I made a copy of it after I rooted the stock ROM, but before I installed CMR)?
2. By "the tool," do you mean the official LGMobile Software Update, or the LG Flash Package referenced in the link above?
3. By "latest update," do you mean the file directly from LG, or the copy (v20p) linked from the link above?
4. If the latter in both previous questions, which set of steps do I need to follow from the above link? Can I do only 3 (LG Flash Tool), or do I need to follow 1 (Recovery Manager), 2 (Returning to Stock), and 3?
My friend had a different LG phone, with ClockworkMod Recover and CM7 installed. He reverted the CM7 to stock, but did not replace CMR with the stock recovery. Then he used the official LG upgrade method and bricked his phone. I'm trying to avoid this.
Are you saying I don't have to worry about this on the LG Thrill 4G? Can I go straight from the current CMR+CM7 configuration to the LG GB release using the official LG process?
If you mean I should use a different process, can you point me to it? As I mentioned, I run into dead-ends using the method linked above. And I'm not even sure whether I should be doing steps 1, 2 and 3, or if I should just use step 3.
Any and all help is appreciated, but I guess I don't understand the shorthand you're using here, so if you could be a bit more specific, I wouldn't feel so lost.

Remove your battery and keep the phone unplugged
Launch the mobile updater tool
Hold the volume+ button plug the phone in and keep holding the volume+ till the computer downloads the drivers your phone is now in download mode
Once the phone is picked up go to customer support on the LG updater tool and click on recovery phone put your imie number in click check (make sure its the right model) an let the updater tool do its job. Once its done flashing launch into recovery volume- plus power plus 3D button do a complete wipe and factory reset and reboot your phone ... you'll lose cwm and root and be back to full stock

Bricked?
No joy. Following the steps, the upgrade stopped at 6%. Trying a number of times, it eventually forced me to exit the program (no more restarts). Rerunning the updater (and downloading the 420 MB image yet again on a VERY slow connection) I tried again and again, with different combinations of battery and plug order with power and volume buttons, but nothing worked. Checking elsewhere I found some issues had been reported with Windows Vista/7, so I tried on an XP machine. Now the "Start Updating" bar is red (it was always gray with W7). But now when I try to restore (or even update for that matter), it asks for my S/N (it never did that before) and then says it is "no longer able to upgrade." Reading around, it seems this is an indication of the device being bricked.
Rick
It sounds like you are very close to getting it working Rick.
My update did the same thing, looped over and over until it
finally kicked me out. Just plugging and unplugging the phone etc....
And when my update stuck at 6% the last time, i took my battery out and then in real quick and that seemed to work.
Does the phone still vibrate when you plug the usb cable into it while holding volume..? If it does then I highly doubt that your phone is bricked, just in a semi flashed state....No worries
Should Rick be trying to run LG Updater as administrator ? I didn't, but it might not hurt.

It never really vibrated, but I was able to get back into CMR. Unfortunately NONE of my backups work at all. They all have MD5 checksum failures. I tried a trick I found online and got past that step, only to have it say a failure restoring /system. So much for CMR.

Which step? As I mentioned above, I can't even get the first step of the first section (updating the su binary). And if I start at the 3rd section, Symantec prohibits me from using shttp3.exe (I tried to unquarantine it, but it gives a permission error, even as Administrator, when I try to run it), so I'll have to use a different machine.
I was able to reinstall the CM7 3/15 release, so that's something. I was going to restore the stock recovery backup I made, but even that doesn't seem to work. I'm having issue with backups :-(

[Q] A few questions regarding the s-off method for Vivid

Right now I'm following the excellent guide on this forum to root my vivid. So far I my bootloader is unlocked and I'm on s-off part. The guide links me to another forum that says I need to use insulated wire to touch two certain points while running a program. It says the wire has to be a certain gauge and has a video to demonstrate the process. I have run into two problems, however.
The video that is linked has no sound. I don't know if this is a glitch or an act of YouTube or just how the video is. I'm afraid to attempt this knowing I could be missing some important info.
My second issue is that he never actually says what gauge is needed for wire. I take it this is Tue kind of thing I can get at best buy, right?

The video is like that it is meant for you to visually follow the instructions. You have to just do everything the instructions tell you. And the video watch it like 2 times.
Also when doing the wire trick you need to make sure an SD card that is already formatted for your phone is inserted
Ppl think you are supposed to touch o e end to the first little dot then the other end once to the little piece of metal on top of the SD card. But its 1 end to the first part hold it and the other end you need to touch it once for a second then again for another second and it should work... If it doesn't work and you get something like soft failed with other text before it then that means you just didn't do the wire trick correctly... Just do it again it might take you many tries before you achieve s off...
Hope this was help full

Thanks for the help!

Try to plug in your phone to the computer and turn on USB storage and if the SD card pops up then it works but I think when you do turn on USB storage it will ask you to format and before this just check I your phones storage see if it shows up there

cool. What about the gauge. Does it have to be really small or is it specific? Is insulated wire any kind of wire that has a plastic cover? I have some spare wire from when I hooked up my surround sound system, I wanna make sure its Tue right kind. sorry for so many questions, I just wanna make sure I don't brick my phone. I really love this thing!

Does not matter at all. I did it with an uninsulated paperclip; I've heard of people doing it with twist-ties.
ARGH! Ok, so I downloaded the program and got the wire ready, but when I try to run controlbear.exe as admin, it says no root detected and forces me to exit! If I'm supposed to do this AFTER I root, why does the superguide tell me to do it BEFORE I root?
Am I missing something?

Kind of. I'll break it down into simple steps for you on how it's written in the superguide.
- Bootloader unlock (not rooted)
- flash WCXrecovery (roots the phone)
- S OFF
- Update HBOOT
- flash WCXrecovery once again
The superguide does tell you to do s off AFTER root.
You are talking about the command "fastboot flash recovery wcxrecovery.img" right?
I did do that before running the program. I've tried it twice with the same results.
When I enter the command, it says it worked but something must be wrong.
EDIT
Tried a third time, still no luck. Here is a step by step of what I'm doing:
1. Power off phone and get in to fastboot. Connect to pc and in cmd I enter fastboot flash recovery wcxrecovery.img, the command is executed successfully.
2.Right click ControlBear.exe and run as Admin.
3. Program auto-reboots my phone. When it's fully rebooted it says something like:
Backing up.....
No root detected in backup!
Secondary backup FAILED!!
press ENTER to exit.......
..
I'm pretty sure I'm running stock ICS. In one of my previous attempts at rooting I attempted to change it, but I doubt it worked. Is there a way to check?
EDIT
So I'm just gonna try flashing to stock ROM anyway. Which one of the downloads do I select?
RUU_HOLIDAY_ICS_35_S_Cingular_US_3.26.502.52_Radio_3.02.4740.14_34.22.701040.19L_release_243350_signed.exe

They are both ICS, Cingular is supposed to work for my AT&T Vivid, so what do I choose? Here's the link:

Hi sugarshock,
I had exactly the same error as u with same hboot version.
Do this
goto http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1498003
and download the tool
only perform recovery for ICS and then perm root
viola no more error message from control bear about root...
hope that helps...
I am not meaning to high jack this thread, but i just had a quick question, I only want root for things like freezing bloat, and on the off chance I decide to trade my Vivid for another phone i have 29 days left to make up my mind. Anyways if I flash WCX Recovery does the stock rom become rooted?

CWM 5.0.2.8 Issues (Vibrate)

Hello everyone!
I know this issue has been discussed many times in many forums, but no-one can find a final solution to this problem.
I have a LG P990 bought in Portugal, and I installed CWM 5.0.2.8 with internal and external SD support.
My problem is everytime I want to flash something on my phone, I reboot into recovery mode, and when I enter CWM, my phone vibrates like a dildo. I tried several versions of CWM, and the problem persists.
You might say "you can always use Paul's version from Modaco"... yeah, I could. But since I use an external SD card, that is not a viable solution to my problem.
The strange thing is, this doesn't happen on all P990 devices...
I'm not sure about the vibration issue you're having...
but other CWMs should be able to access external SD as well. AFAIK, older versions of CWM couldn't access internal SD, but all could access external SD.
And for what it's worth, I use 5.0.2.7 and it can access both internal and external.

Right, Paul's @Modaco version (4.0.0.5) can only access one of them... If you don't have an external SD, CWM will mount the internal one, but if you have an external SD, CWM wouldn't recognize the internal.
That's the version I use, and the only one that won't make my phone vibrate like a dildo.
No matter how I install CWM, either using ROM Manager, or NVflash or whatever, the result is always the same... The phone vibrates...
I may be wrong, but it seems that temasek is the one who compiled the first p990-compatible CWM 5.0.2.8 back in January.
http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/22319-cm7-discussion-of-nightlies/page__st__1720#entry289942
Is that the same one you are using? If not, try his. If yes, maybe you can ask him?
Or maybe Rusty
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27176594&postcount=695
I'll try temasek's version. I had the vibration problems with Rusty's compilation. I'll take a look and get back to you.

Sorry to hear that. This is real strange.
You do have a p990 o2x and not a su660 o2x, right? The only thing else I can think of is the slight difference in hardware between phones...
Or one other thing we could try is looking at the command lines for Paul's cwm and compare to temasek/rusty's. Can you send me a link for paul's?
EDIT: Never mind. I found it. I'll let you know if I see anything....
I'm pretty sure it's a O2x, which goes by the name LG Maximo 2x.
Here's Paul's version of CWM:
http://www.modaco.com/topic/335479-29-jun-4005-clockworkmod-recovery-for-the-lg-optimus-2x/
sorry korgndm, but I dont' have any good news.
I had trouble unpacking the .img files. I tried to use bsdiff to see what might be different between the two cwms (apart from the internal/external support) but was not successful.
Logically, if it worked without vibration with paul's, then it's not hardware issue. it's just a matter of coding/compiling the recovery img properly. but now, it's beyond my abilities...
I also considered that it could be a baseband issue. I'm using V20Q with stock rom, and never used anything else.
I'm planning on flashing my phone today with another BB, maybe 20s or 21y, then installing CWM again using the bat files, not using ROM Manager, and see what happens.
ok. kindly report back with how it goes when you get a chance, because i remember reading somewhere that changing BB/RIL didn't help with this. But wish you better luck with your phone!

All hope is lost
No luck flashing with another BB, or another version of CWM. The "dildo sindrome" persists... S**T!
EDIT: Found a solution to the problem:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1508824
Congrats on finding the solution! So your o2x is su660 after all?
Do you have four or three buttons in the bottom?
If it is three, you have a su660 and that's what I was asking before.
Sent from my LG-SU660 using xda premium
I definitely have four buttons on the bottom. I double checked the label under the battery and it says "LG P990 Made in Korea".
I DO have a small problem with this CWM version, though... It won't mount the internal storage, neither will it mount USB. In another words, it will only recognize my external SD (which, BTW, is a piece of crap!), and if I want to copy a file to it, I have to either boot the phone normally and use a file manager, or remove the SD card and pop it in my laptop.
Any suggestions?
Have you tried adb while in Recovery mode?
If you can connect that way, maybe you can manually mount through shell.

I must confess I'm new to this "world", and I really don't have many computing or programming skills, but I suppose you're talking about using a terminal / terminal emulator... If you could kindly explain the procedure, I would appreciate it.
Yes I was talking about using the terminal. I will have to look for the instructions, written by much smarter and more knowledgeable people than me.
In the mean time, this excellent post with guides may be helpful.

And if usb connection doesnt work for whatever reason and all you want to do is copy files to the phone, perhaps this tip from xda TV might help too :

The example in the video is with a Ubuntu machine, but you can follow the same steps for using PC with Putty and WinSCP.

CWM & Smartflash issue on P990

Hi guys!
I'm a newbie here at XDA. Long time ago, I have formatted my Optimus 2X from GB to ICS using smart flash tool. I have done that successfully. After few months, I felt like my phone is slow to respond. Then I decided to repartition and install fresh ICS copy again. I was not 100% sure what I was doing at that time. I have used AIO tool for this. Selected option no. 4 and have selected CWM v6.0.2.5 as recovery.
Then I tried to install the new ROM using smart flash and I did not succeed. After I have messed up with this problem, I contacted "spyrosk" (the OP of AIO tool thread) and he told me to install stock ROM on this thread. Then I have downloaded the V30A ROM and copied out to the phone memory, and installed using cwm by selecting install zip from sdcard option. I have succeeded.
But now I want get my phone back to the situation where I installed ICS in first time (GB to ICS using smartflash). Because my camera isn't working, OS freezes pretty much, etc. So I tried several times using Smart flash (in AIO tool) tool as I did as same as when I update from GB to ICS. But, I'm getting an error. Time out reached, after few minutes.
Should I remove CWM before install the fresh stock ICS rom using smart flash? Please guide me through this as I am a newbie for these kind of things. All I want to do is, bring back my phone to the same situation where I upgrade from GB to ICS, as I told you at the beginning of this thread.
Please don't ignore this thread by thinking I am an epic noob at this. Guide me and I'll do exactly as you guys say. Thanks a lot for reading. A reply would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone? Please.
BUMP. Can someone please give me an advice? I'm kinda disappointed right now.

There is nothing to worry about, just keep trying using smartflash. After each try remove the cable then connect it back, if it still not works restart teh phone to S/W screen. If it still not works try it on an other usb port, and do everithing from the begining. If it still fails use another cable or try it on an other computer.
It usually start work for the 6th or the 7th time of trying.
No need to remove cwm or anything like that.

Thank you very much for replying this thread BitDomo. I will try some more times then. Apart from that, I have seen a way to uninstall CWM by installing some files to the device. But I did not try that since that method is for CWM v3.x.x.
I'm kinda noob at savvy android thingies for now. I will learn some more about these thingies from the start of next month. Until then, I just want to bring my phone to official ICS 4.0.3 stock ROM and use the phone as I did earlier.
Thanks again for your kind reply to this thread bro. Really appreciate. I'll try some more times and will post the results. Dear android experts, any other solutions for this? Please make a post if you have a suggestion. Peace.. :highfive:

Guys I have tried over 10 times to flash to ICS 4.0.4 using Smartflash. But everytime I end up with same error. Then I tried Nvflash. But my device showed me a black screen after the process completed. Everything working correctly but I couldn't see anything on my LCD, its just a black screen with the light. So, I used full brick repair for P990 here at xda.
Now I have CWM v6.0.2.5 as recovery and CyanogenMod 10-20131105-UNOFFICIAL-p990 in my phone. Can someone please explain me how to bring this phone back to official ICS 4.0.4? I tried smartflash right now and device shows a black LCD screen. Smartflash picks up the device but process stops in few seconds. I have searched for revert back to stock ICS from CM, but I did not get a descriptive enough information for this. Please write atleast a brief reply if you know the procedure. Thank you very much. :good:
