Play store ..Help needed - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi All,
I am facing a strange problem from last few days with Google play store. Initially I could not update apps by google (like youtube) after tapping update -> accept , it went to downloading mode for some time but never actually could download after some minutes apps gave me "update could not be downloaded due to error 495" ...then after one/two days every app starts doing the same.
I did some googling and did whatever was suggested in various websites -
1) First I uninstalled the play store update and cleared cache and tried .....FAIL
2)I cleared cache from "All Downloads" and stopped it then uninstalled play store update and cleared cache ....FAIL
3)Logged out my primary google account from phone, then uninstalled the play store update and cleared cache ...restarted the phone then logged in again....FAIL
Please help me to sort it out ...Thanks in advance !!!!

go into manage applications>all apps and clear the data for every app which have google in their name..

all you need is boot into recovery and clean cache partition and dalvik cache and try goole play again

I'm having a problem with the latest version of Google Play (updated automatically today):
When I click on any app from the list to see details it FCs!
- Went to settings> Applications and selected Google Play store, cleaned data and cache, but problem persists.
Anyone else with the same problem?

go to application and click on uninstall updates and again open Google play and let it update and try again. Also try too boot into the recovery and wipe cache and dalvik if you are rooted.

"Unfortunately google play services has stoped" pop ups after Aosp Marshmallow 6.0.1
Hey guys,
After updating Aosp Marsmallow https://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-4x-hd/orig-development/rom-aosp-marshmallow-6-0-1-t3376069 and Installing Deltroid Gapps base, the home screen was not showing up instead an error saying "Setup wizard has stoped" and "Google play services has stoped".
Anyways i fixed The Setup wizard error by Settings>Apps>3 dot option>Show system>Setup wizzard>Permissions and tick all.
But Google play services error is not solving and i have almost tried everything from clear cache, force stop, rebooting, clearing cache partition to clearing dalvik cache in the recovery and restarting the phone but the Issue is there. Beacuse of this google play store not lauching, chrome not launching and many apps which I installed through adb command like snapchat and facebook!
Help needed as I want to try new features of Marshmallow completely!

Play store error 495

Hi guys I have a Nexus I recently bought it first it installed game and other apps from the play store which where over 1 Gb but now it gives me play store error 495 I have tried every solution on the internet but nothing work like clear data and uninstalling the play store and like use a VPN and like to factory reset the phone but none worked please help I have tried it on other connection also but the same result by the way I have a 4 Mbps connection okay please help and my device is rooted also . Thank you
Does it happen with every app you try to install, or only some?
Can you get a logcat?
Have you rooted the proper way (unlock bootloader, install twrp, install Magisk), or with some questionable rooting app?
Try format data in twrp. This will delete everything from your phone! This would help if your disk is somehow corrupted - and I'm not sure that a factory reset actually does this.

Repair apps in N960FXXU6FTJ5 Recovery mode

After installing N960FXXU6FTJ5 for my ITV Exynos version, I made a wipe cache as I usually do after a firmare upgrade but this time, in Recovery mode, I found a new option in the bottom of the list called "Repair apps".
Someone knows what does it do and how it work's?

I answer myself :
I gave it a try....
....there's a reboot, the Samsung logo goes on normally for a while and after that it pops on the Optimizing Apps screen (two gears turnung plus the % of the apps optimized ) that you'll get everytime you update the OS.
When the process finishes, the phone gets on normally.
For what I've read around in Google, this process (Optimizing Apps) actually provisions the apps for the system by generating the Dalvik cache so that apps can run nicely (and quickly) with the current system. Personally I think it also makes a sort of defragmentation of all the apps .
So, when troubles occurs (lags, some types of app crashes) , with repair apps in recovery mode you can do a manuall re-optimize apps so the system will return snappie like it is after a firmware update..
On my s21+ repair apps also reset all my default services to Samsung apps. For instance, I had installed Gboard, Google Messaging, Phone etc and they all reverted to Samsungs version. Not a big deal since all I had to do was switch back to the Google apps when I opened each application.
FYI, I also did the clear system cache and repair apps and it made my fingerprint work consistently. I was having really inconsistent results with the reader before performing these recovery mode options.
