Play store ..Help needed

Hi All,
I am facing a strange problem from last few days with Google play store. Initially I could not update apps by google (like youtube) after tapping update -> accept , it went to downloading mode for some time but never actually could download after some minutes apps gave me "update could not be downloaded due to error 495" ...then after one/two days every app starts doing the same.
I did some googling and did whatever was suggested in various websites -
1) First I uninstalled the play store update and cleared cache and tried .....FAIL
2)I cleared cache from "All Downloads" and stopped it then uninstalled play store update and cleared cache ....FAIL
3)Logged out my primary google account from phone, then uninstalled the play store update and cleared cache ...restarted the phone then logged in again....FAIL
Please help me to sort it out ...Thanks in advance !!!!

go into manage applications>all apps and clear the data for every app which have google in their name..

all you need is boot into recovery and clean cache partition and dalvik cache and try goole play again

I'm having a problem with the latest version of Google Play (updated automatically today):
When I click on any app from the list to see details it FCs!
- Went to settings> Applications and selected Google Play store, cleaned data and cache, but problem persists.
Anyone else with the same problem?

go to application and click on uninstall updates and again open Google play and let it update and try again. Also try too boot into the recovery and wipe cache and dalvik if you are rooted.

[Q] can't install any apps after clean install of evervolv 4.3.2

So I followed Rolands guide for uninstalling android and reinstalling the Evervolv 4.3.2 package. I previously had Milaqs 4.4 Rom installed.
Play store opens fine but if I try to download or update anything I get an error: Error retrieving information from server rpc:s-3.
Any ideas?

Try going Settings>Accounts>Google> Tap your account> hit "..." and "Remove Account" ... then add your account .. then clear Play store cache and data and try it.

Thanks I got it working by clearing the data. I didn't have to remove account.

Roms always gives playstore [RH-01] error

Well so far, I've tried the RaptorRom GPE and NonSense 1.03 rom and everything installs and the phone boots up, but on BOTH roms I always seem to get:

Error Retrieving Info From Server. [RH-01]
Of course I tried to google the solution and tried them, but none of them works! (Like, clearing the Google Play cache/data and the whole removing/rebooting/readding your account)
Is there ANYTHING I am doing wrong?

Are you installing just the play store? If so the reason why it's doing that is because you need to install the framework and that's in a Gapps package.. Now if you don't want to install the entire Gapps package that's like 250MB or more then look for something called minimal Gapps for kitkat! Let me know if that fixes your problem.

YU yunicorn Play services crashing with Xposed

The default Play services app in YU Yunicorn Keeps crashing if I install Xposed(Yes even with 0 modules activated) .
There is no repercussion if Xposed is not installed.
Also The default framework version of Google Play Services 248 (arm + arm64) when replaced with 238 (arm) works fine without any crashes. The only problem is it auto-updates the app to the 248 one.
1 Temporary solution I found was to turn off "Auto-Update apps" in Play Store. But now with the installation of Google Allo, My Play services has started auto updating again.
Sorry if this falls under the wrong thread.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have got another way to resolve this, you just have to flash Google Apps again before installing Xposed.
The Google Play Services crashes because of the some files in the lib folder are corrupt.
Tell me if it worked for you cause it had worked for me.

Have you flashed the correct version of GApps. If not clean flash the stock rom again then flash correct GApps. This will work.
I have also faced this issue, after flashing CM13 on yunicorn when I didn't wiped cache partition.

I will later post a thread for CM13 for Yunicorn you have to wait until it is completely ready. Because there are a lot of functions that are not working.
But don't worry our team is working for this and will be ready soon.

installed Pixel Rom, but cant login to google account. how can i fix this? how do i update google play services?

Does it can be used on mipad 4?

I have successfully installed the ROM and it is working as expected. With one exception. Chrome and Vivaldi will crash within a minute or so of opening it. The only workaround I have found so far is to use another browser.

I found downloading from an external source and installing the latest Google Play Services apk for Android 10 allowed me to login to my Google account and access the Google Play Store.

I got the apk from APKmirror and installed it from there onto my tablet with no issues.
