Can these roms be used for some Us variants. The specs seem the same.
How can you say the specs seem to be the same when they are COMPLETELY different? The only thing the same is the ram & LTE but even the LTE bands are all different... The US variant only has Dual Core Snapdragon when the I9305 is a Quad CORE Exynos

There are US variants of the M3, especially for T-Mobile. Calm down.
So your saying there are I9305 being sold in the US on Plans? I am sure US t-mobile has the 1900 band but thats not LTE, I wouldnt think they would sell these on a contract knowing the LTE wont work.. Unless there is a whole new version with Exynos Quad/2GB ram and runs on the american LTE? Which one is this?
I have heard of someone in america using the I9305 but it was the European/Australian Variant. And there is the I9305T which is Telstra Australia Variant and another European company has there own model the I9305N... But yeh I never heard of America having there own Model of the I9305.
Edit: when the op mentioned At&T it triggered the snapdragon thought lol which i know are pretty different, and it is why i said they were, And I was calm by the way I seem to use caps when i want to emphasize words

I am about to purchase Samsung note 4 (yeaaaaaaaaaaaa) and I came across these three option.
To buy an unlocked phone from AT&T, T-Mobile or international version?
Any differences between these?
I am planning on putting some custom rom in the future, will i have any difficulties if i get AT&T or T-mobile?
I also live in the UK, will this affect me?

Att has a locked bootloader - so if you want to flash custom roms do not buy that one. Tmobile version can flash custom roms and so can the international one - I don't know about Englnad, but I know the International Version (at least on the S5) cannot be used in teh states if you want to get LTE - the international phone doesn't have the correct bands to get LTE in the US - I cannot say that is for sure on the NOTE 4 - but it is definately how it was on the S5 and I would guess that at least in this area, they are the same.
So I htink you should get specks for both Tmobile and International and make sure they have the bands you need to get LTE in England. That would be the only real difference between the two from what I can tell anyway.

Im not sure if this LTE works in the UK.

I don't know why anyone would recommend the international version. It has no warranty and NO support for LTE in North America. The T-Mobile version is fully compatible with AT&T, and works quite well (I am using it myself). LTE speeds are excellent, along with reception. I have no complaints. The only thing the AT&T might offer is HD voice and carrier aggregation.
The op resides in Europe (UK). Get the International snapdragon that works with your carrier's bands. And it also seems that the sm-n910f has all the same bands as the t mobile version

I can;t speak aobut the LG - Never used it - no desire to - The Note 4 is simply the most amazing phone ever made - no comparison in my book - regarding TMOBILE SUPPORTED LTE BANDS _ I just don't know much about which bands are used by providers in Europe - I know their phones are not compatible here in the US - at least not on any phone I have tried - but I don't know if the same is true with US phones in Europe or england. Either way, good luck.

I live in UK so thats why I am wondering about AT&T and T-Mobile versions, they are both unlocked though.
As far as I know, I will not buy AT&T cz of the locked bootloader.

I found T-Mobile version around 490GBP whereas international version is more expensive, but they say they have the same frequencies. So im guessing i wont have any problems in the uk!?

I also found N910K version which is the Korean version. Is it the one with the Octa-core CPU, or Im mistaken?

I didn't see you live in the UK. In that case, i don't know about the T-Mobile version. I always thought Samsung had its own unlocked European version?

Yes they do have it. But I found a T-Mobile version cheaper than the international version and I was wondering If i should buy it and if it would have any compatibility issues with Europe.

I honestly don't know about TMOBILE working for LTE in the UK - the only experience I have is attempting to use an International S5 in the US and when I tried, I could not get LTE - I assumed that the NOTE and the S5 have the same bands - if that is true, then International phones won't get LTE on ATT in the US (I don't know about TMOBILE) and regarding which bands are supported by Carriers in the UK - that is where I am completely lost - a

International model (XT1100) is made for GSM, as networks in the developed world are all GSM.
N. America model (XT1103) is backwards-compatible with CDMA2000, and also supports some LTE bands unique to the US (Sprint & Verizon, mostly).
Unless noted otherwise by the dev, all the roms here are supported on both models.

The 1103 US version has a different radio chip wich supports different LTE bands then the 1100 World (including EU) version.
Custom ROMs work on both models. No hardware changes (SD805 and 3GB RAM on both).
Only the radio hardware is different.
The XT1103 supports CDMA from the stone-age, don't know why the americans (VZW/Sprint) haven't moved on yet.
The XT1100 supports the required LTE bands to be used in Sweden. Most likely the common EU Bands (Band 3/Band 7/Band 20).
The XT1103 supports 3 and 7, but not 20 which is the main LTE band in European countries.
after watching Pocket Now's video on the Note 9's LTE speed, it got me excited. Excited til I realized their unit is a snapdragon 845 and the Exynos will have its own benchmarks.

upload = 6.2 mbps
are my test results in line with the results from the video?
Mine is an exynos version on 3uk and I recorded 73.2 down and 42.2 up. Upload speed is 4 times my home broadband speed

i'm about 5 miles from there and getting 51mbps on an unlocked version with ATT as the carrier.
this is seriously pissing me off.
i'm going to exchange my unlocked one for an ATT branded one.
screw unlocked, carrier branded it is going forward

They're not gunna treat unlocked customers like they do their own.When you have a carrier, it is important to know these types of things when choosing your phone. Just because it supports GSM and CDMA means almost nothing to you (unless you plan on switching carriers a few times in the lifesoan of the phone) as AT&T only uses GSM. The unlocked supports more bands but no model supports all of them. You also have to take into account carrier features like VoLTE and VoWiFi.
LTE/modem speeds are hard to test as the actual speed vary mostly from the network towers, how many connected users yours have, how much they download, the signal strength and so on.
For a real tests a lab is needed and from there are the stated measurements from the manufacturers. The exynos model is good.

The US Unlocked variant DOES support band 71. It supports all the bands any of the US Carriers use.
You are correct about VoLTE and WiFi calling using the unlocked phone on ATT. However, both those features work perfectly on T-Mobile.
If you have ATT and want VoLTE or WiFi calling, or for some reason you don't think you're getting full band support (you are), then just flash the ATT firmware. They are all the SAME EXACT device. No difference in hardware at all. Been this way since the S8/+.
It's important to know these types of things when choosing your phone.

CSC changes automatically depending on what SIM you have installed.

Nope.
That's the reason why Samsung still uses Snapdragon cause the exynos they make doesn't support cdma
Actually, I think the newest Exynos chips do support CDMA at least in part. I'm not sure it's fully supported but the weird relationship between Qualcomm and Samsung probably has something to do with it. Samsung actually makes the chips for Qualcomm so they sort of feed each other.

what are the substantial differences between the exynos version and the snapdragon version?
I am italian, and I don't want the exynos model because battery life and reception are worse than the snapdragon version.
the cheapest way to have a snap version is to take a Chinese one, sm-g9730, and I'd like to know from those who understand more than me what the differences would be compared to a European s10.

There are varied experiences from across the community. Some people able to get it to work in regions not intended for their device whereas others are not.
Galaxy Store and Themes will work irregardless of where you are located. Rooted or not.
As for choosing the Snapdragon over Exynos, it appears you actually lose a network band in Italy (Band 32 - 1500). See attached image.
Band 32 is a downlink which means you're losing faster download capabilities by choosing Snapdragon.

my carrier,vodafone, uses this band for "4.5G", but honestly 4G + is already quite fast and 4.5G where I live I've never seen it (my current phone supports it)

I have one last doubt. some users of an Italian forum have questioned whether the g9730 is able to correctly aggregate band 20 to hook up the 4g plus.
someone in possession of a samsung s10 / s10 + / s10e HK / Chinese could test if the phone aggregates band 20 when it is in 4g +?
there is an app in the play store, network cell info lite, when you open it in the first panel there is an indication of the aggregate bands.
