The next question is how this stacks up to BioHazard..... Man I just had Bio where I wanted it. Oh well XD
In your opinion though, is this better or worse than ICS BioHazard?

Biohazard might be somewhat faster, I didnt benchmark

is the tmobile wifi calling ? i have cm9 now and would like to try this if it does.
thanks!

Yeah, has T-mobile wifi calling been removed?

Real-world Comparison

Well, real-world comparing, they seem the same with a 1.2ghz OC via Doadin's Kernel. Only major difference to the end-user I see is this doesn't have the weird animation glitch Biohazard had. I did flash the VMLagTurner on this one though.
As a mini-bug report, it seems there are 2 galleries instead of one

Running SwapSD causes this ROM to stop working. It freezes on the CM9 screen when booting. Vibrates briefly every five seconds, but does nothing.

2.3 changes?

So other than changing the colour scheme around a little. Do we know what actual changes there are in Gingerbread for the SGT? (And I mean actual changes, not just subjective ones)
Edit: Found a good list of the generic 2.3 changes here - if SIP support works on the SGT then that would be a big deal for me. Be nice to know what SGT-specific changes (if any) there have been.
In terms of actual features specific to the tab... I've found one:

As far as I know, this wasn't here before - now you can actually control playback of the stock Samsung Music player from the notification drawer!
I'm hoping for a way to recalibrate the accelerometers/gyro. Mine is badly out of whack.

I actually have this already on my Froyo GT (stock Japanese ROM)...
Samsung is really doing a good job getting this update out
you can do this unter "einstellungen/anzeige/horizontale kalibrierung"
in english it should be smth like "settings/display/horizontal calibration"

Thanks for this - I didn't have this on my stock GT-P1000T (Telstra Australia ROM).

It would have been better if you just send him a PM rather than beating trumpets here and letting everybody know
No offense but this ROM seems kinda stupid
Its just a ROM with just a few custom apps
This ROM is the exact same as your last ROM

It would be useless if u do heavy gaming on it, I'll try improving that over time, currently it's for normal battery users

Overview
I will hold this thread and mirror the Galaxy W MIUI releases here for our phone, do not flash any alternate kernels the one included is modded for this rom specifically, I've left LED lights off because this rom kills battery by default, If people are really annoyed by turn off automatic lighting in toggles to re-enabled LED keyboard lights
The rom available for download here will always be stable but may not always be from the Galaxy W branch; I am searching for a base now with better compatibility in regards to our resolution.
G-apps are not required
Stable Branch
07/09/13 Stable: MIUI v5 3.7.5 Stable
- CM10 Inherent issues
- Rear Camcorder is weird
- MIUI kernel, don't flash other ones

I'd say pretty harsh compared to running CM9 for example
Awesome I always knew you were the best with this. Great work.
Miui USB Tether not working
Hey guys, love the rom...
this runs great on my phone.. haven't had the chance to see how the battery runs. but so far, first use the system seems to run fine...
i noticed a few hangups while trying to access Music player, other than that it plays music and runs great. (i have a 32gb sd card with a ton of stuff on it, not just music, so that might be one of the things making it hang up)..
Okay, but really
just wanted to leave feedback on the USB tethering feature built into the system..
It isn't working..
won't connect for 3g or Wifi..
i even tried downloading Wired Tether from google code, and it doesn't get as far either..
(i tried running tether within windows and linux... linux it doesn't show anything in network manager... in windows, it actually creates the RNDIS adapter, but then hangs while trying to obtain an address...)
maybe someone can take a look??
Thanks, the rom works great otherwise.
i'll test it out the next few days
Just curious, I like miui. Wandering if you are gonna do another build. Maybe it got updated to help with battery drain. Thanks in advance

[ROM] MIUI V6 // Alpha

THIS IS NOT A DAILY DRIVER
I just figured people would want to play with the new MIUI based on KitKat.
Ported by me, mostly works, and based off of today's Nexus 7 2013 beta build.
Has no cell radios, most MIUI apps crash, etc, etc.
*MOD EDIT: REMOVE LINKS*
Enjoy!

It runs really well, and looks great, hopefully someone can get the radios working so we can use this as a daily.
Great work so far.

I can guarantee you that we're not getting radios anytime soon. It's still in beta testing, and this version was meant for the WiFi only version of the Nexus 7. Unless someone wants to hack together some RIL support, we''re gonna be radioless for some time...

That's a shame, as it looks fantastic, hopefully Miui will release an official N5 ROM themselves then.

I have Testing the miui ...
Bugs:
Browser, Email, Contacts , Videos FC's.
Torch, Music , File Manager , Calculator , Gallery , Settings , Camera, MiClouds, Clock works fine.
NFC, Thetering , WIFI , Bluetooth, Internal Storage works fine.
Downloads must resized its not nice.. And the RIL is not working this is normal tablet port ..

Is MIUI posting kernel sources yet? This ROM can't be distributed until they do so.

What is the most stable, battery friendly oreo rom for oneplus3t ?

I was wondering what are your opinions, on most battery friendly Oreo rom (except from oxygen)
THank you!

Agreed. Im sure 10s of different threads /questions has been asked here and on Reddit.
Just try some that has gotten good reception, i doubt it will be any bad. ...
Found Two Champions
I was in the same dilemma so i tried every single ROM to be sure
So here is my answer
1. Freedom OS
**Pros:
-Oxygen OS based ROM
-Super stable
-Great Battery life
-Adaway
-Viper4fx
-much more stuff...
**Cons
-No more customisations than original ROM
-Not sure about Frequent updates
2. Lineage OS 15.1 unofficial
**Pros:
-oreo 8.1
-Great battery life
-lots of customisations possible
-Has much more developer support
-better than stock ROM
**Cons:
-few things are not working
Charging doesn't make a sound nor vibrate, no matter what settings.
Option to switch hw keys light on/off is missing (i know not real issue, but many prefer them off)
Display modes missing sRGB, DCI-P3
-alpha stage so not super stable
-bugs here and there
-you have to decrypt your phone { must for earlier versions but not sure about 15.1}
After all it depends on you what's your taste ....
**SPECIAL MENTION
omni rom and nitrogen os are also super good but don't have great battery life
TELL ME IF IT WAS HELPFUL:good:
Don't do this. It's a free OnePlus 3T Questions & Answers thread and I am asking it.
It's true there are threads with list of Oreo ROMs, but they are unstable, even if they are official release (not beta) they are new official, meaning that battery life is so so. My question is what rom is stable in terms of battery. People might ask what rom is more feature rich .and so on
Please respect everyone who is asking. Or ask the moderators to delete the thread if you don't agree.

Don't make new thread if another one is already existing. We are fed up with these threads and the best answer to this question is that you have to test it for yourself, because everyone has different usage pattern.
