at $5.99 I gave it a shot. Thanks OP.

Thanks so much. Been looking for a tpu case just like this. Needed something slim that wasn't a folding case and kept me from getting fingerprints all over that still provided grip and this looks to fit the bill. Nice and cheap too. Probably means it will take forever to get here but my tablet is on its second trip for repair since Samsung scratched my tablet during service.

This is a pretty nice TPU case. The holes for the ports are kind of small, so you might have to jam it in on top of the case, but other than that, this is really nice to hold.

It's mainly because both my charger and headphone ends are slightly bigger than usual.

This is literally the only TPU case on the market for the nexus 10. There is no other option. Can't wait for mine to come in! At the least it will preserve the finish from nicks and scrapes.

The stock charger fits fine.

I'd really like a silicone case (but one that fits snugly) because I want more grip on the N10 than what is afforded by the bare case. Does this one increase the grip or is it somewhat slick like most TPU phone cases?

I received mine but haven't been able to install it yet as parts for my tablet repair are back ordered at the Samsung repair facility. It isn't slick per say but it will probably be on the slicker side of cases as this one has a matte black finish on all but the rim of the cover, rather than the shiny black. When it has a shiny surface there is more surface tension to the material for sure. Overall it is a little less grippy than the finish on the back of the nexus 10 is. I haven't got the case on the phone yet but I would say that it is really nice. The tpu along the body of the case is really nice and thick and the cutouts and edges are nice. I don't see any ugly extra extrusion material or mess ups like I have in the past with some tpu cases. The color of case will blend in perfectly with the device, and it, along with the zip up neoprene case I have for it will make for some nice unobtrusive protection.
The only thing bad I can say about it so far is that it is not embellished at all. Would have been cool to have a nexus logo on the back or maybe just the x design.
Sent from my often RMA'd Nexus 4, So that I can use the one I'm using now when I get the 6th and hopefully final one.

Thanks for the info, sounds like I'm still going to be waiting for someone to produce a better silicone cover.

Why silicone unless you are talking about an active type case? I had the all silicone case and without hard plastic over it, the case is floppy and loses shape very quickly.

Yeah, that's the downside of the silicone cases I've seen for other devices. What I want is something to increase the "grippiness" and TPU doesn't seem to be it. But I don't want to go with something that is floppy just to get a better grip.

rooCASE Multi-Angle Leather Folio Case (Video Review)

If your looking for a great Nexus 7 Case at a incredible price .. this is a steal for $15...
It's as advertised, it's multi-angle to any position you want because they grey area is felt, and it has velcro feet on the bottom side of the tablet that let's you position it anyway you want and it's holding up great!! .. it's very stable in portrait mode as well..maybe I do a video or something sometime soon, but it's a steal .. closes by a magnet and I forget what it's called but when you close the cover the screen turns off and when you open the cover the screen turns on...
I honestly can't see them settling at this price for this product .. it's every bit worth the $30 that they have as the retail. I had it pre-ordered and they just started shipping yesterday. I got mine within a day since it's shipping from Southern California ..
Update 7/22: Lots of people are asking about "muffled sound" with this case, in which I reply I don't have an issue with that. For those on the fence, I went ahead and took a picture of the back of the Nexus when the case fully extended. There are in fact holes for the speaker. Let's think about this for a moment. When you use the case in "landscape mode", the holes aren't covered. If you just lay your Nexus 7 flat on a desk and just flip open the cover.."you" are covering the holes. But imo, it's not terrible. It's not like the Nexus 7 puts out Bose Audio quality surround sound .. and again this case is only $15 shipped .. Worse case scenario, Amazon has an excellent and simple return policy.
And if your still unhappy with your sound :crying: .. Grab this free EQ App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smartandroidapps.equalizer&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5zbWFydGFuZHJvaWRhcHBzLmVxdWFsaXplciJd
And Please .. Press the thanks button if I've helped you at all..
Lastly, I'm including a picture of the screen lit up in the case. So you can see that no, the case doesn't cover the screen. The notification bar issues is because there's only a little bit of room there and our fingernails need to be cut!

I am taking a leap of faith since I need a case and this doesn't look as ****ty as the other folio cases out and does have the magnet so :fingers-crossed:
I ordered one of these yesterday. Was $10 w/ 5 dollar shipping basically. Looks good to me in the pics, hopefully it fits good when I get it.
I liked how it had the magnet for auto-wake, and how it had a stand mode for watching movies I guess. And how it was cheap
Im really digging this case. I have a post here about the exogear car mount..and i can mount the nexus 7 with the case still on .. when i get time im going to update my pictures and do a new video on that one as well.. enjoy guys!

The rooCASE looks nice but a bit too thick. What do people think about that?
Thanks
Purchased one of these today. Paid $10 for it earlier. Looks decent enough for me right now. Hope it's good quality.
The one I originally wanted was the one below. Has a handstrap along with a magnet to close the flap. I just can't honestly wait 2 weeks for it so I settled for this one.
Do you think this one has a magnetic closing flap so it doesn't accidentally open?
EDIT: Sorry, just answered my own question. It has a magnetic flap closure.

I guess I got my answer and the cons outweigh the pros:
"I have noticed that the speaker is quite muted while in this case, and also its kind of bulky. It probably triples the thickness of the nexus 7."
(http://www.amazon.com/rooCASE-Multi-Angle-Leather-Google-Automatically/product-reviews/B008F05Q2E/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&colid=2KWIRQ1PEHLSD&coliid=I3PNX4KCCN3GST&showViewpoints=1)
The rooCases do increase the bulk but IMO they are worth their weight in gold. I have a leather rooCase on my ASUS Transformer - which got knocked to the ground from a height of about 4 feet and it did not get any damage from the fall, not a nick, dent or crack. Here's a link to the genuine leather rooCase for the Nexus. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008F05Q5Q/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00
This one is more expensive; but the inner case is detachable and can reattach in portrait
mode for video chats. The only other downside is the bezel is covered and makes the notification bar marginally harder to pull down.

I have been using this case throughout the day and find it to be very well made. It does add a little bit of bulk but nothing out of the ordinary. The tablet is the very well protected and it stands up well in landscape mode. The overall very happy with the purchase.

Exactly. I was surprised at how well made it is. I also ordered this case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008GFHO6Y/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00 It's going back. Bulkier than I like and it looks cheap.
I also got this one, which I DO like very much but will probably use it more for my daily commute to work on the train: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008G2UG3A/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00 Love how it converts to a stand.
The Nexus 7 Yoomee case will be my main case, when it arrives - I think. Really like everything about it (and I didn't expect to...)
I have to say, if anyone can let me know how to contact rooCASE for support, I would greatly appreciate it. My wife ordered a case from them for her Samsung GT 10.1, and it pretty much fell apart in the first month or so. She and I have both sent numerous email messages asking for them to honor their lifetime warranty, and neither of us have received a response.
Can't recommend them, honestly, and at this point it's the principle of the whole thing. I simply can't believe that a company of their stature (this isn't some fly-by-night outfit) doesn't respond to email. And, as far as I can see, there's no phone number to call.

TPU Hybrid case with kickstand for Samsung Galaxy Note II (Review w/ Pics)

Once I got my T-Mobile Note 2, I searched the interwebs for a case that would protect the phone and make it less slippery. The quest was not an easy one, with barely any cases available, and most being replicas with different names. Additionally, none of the ones I saw offered protection around the corners, something that I find 100% essential on a case.
So after several hours on the general Galaxy Note II Accessories forum and several pages down the Amazon hole through multiple search keywords, I found the perfect case, for the time being. The case is a basic TPU S-line hybrid with an added kickstand. Nothing new or revolutionary, I'm sure, but given the lack of choices as of yet, a good one nonetheless.
The case protects, as commented, all 4 corners, and it protrudes enough that it lets you place the phone face down without suffering any damage on the screen. The kickstand works, though this is also the biggest caveat I've found.
The kickstand is on a hinge, and, to keep the case as thin as possible, the kickstand is embedded into the case. This wouldn't be such a problem, this happens on the Seidio Active, for example. However, the case is so thin that the hinges protrude too much out of the case, causing this to be the main point of contact with the surface when you place the phone on its back. It's irritating because one would hope a case would make the phone less slippery when placed on a surface than the original plastic, but hanging from two small pieces of plastic is not much better. There's always the placing the phone on its kickstand position, and that's fine, but don't think about pushing the phone hard on this position, or you'll cause the hinge to let you shift the phone to the "second" position, and, if pushed further, down to the ground.
The kickstand hasn't broken yet, but leaves uncertainty on how long it'll last. The black part of the case is grippy, specially on its sides, with the semi-see-through material being more slippery (though this is not an inconvenience, really).
All ports are well protected, but not covered, so no worries about echo issues like in other cases.
The kickstand is perfect for watching movies on the beautiful 5.5 inch screen.
The durability of the case is debatable. While I'm sure it'll withstand some falls, its purpose is more of a "now it'll not slip off my hands every time I pull it out of my pocket" than "let's toss this sucker from a 20 ft window"
This case more than serves its purpose, and at $5.98 including S&H (shipping from MN, USA), it should be in everyone's short list of capable though cheap cases.
If your phone is naked awaiting a case that fits your immediate needs, this will suffice. If you're looking for something that protects better, is more elegant, and of a known brand, the Seidio Active with Metal Kickstand is my #1 choice. But meanwhile, until it is released, I'd rather have this $6 case than go "naked".
I'm waiting for Amazon to accept all my images that I uploaded so I can provide you with images.
In the meantime, you can check out my Amazon Review here.
>>> It comes on either Black, Blue, Pink, Purple, White. I think I've also seen red, and I'm sure you can also find it on eBay.
>>> Black one seems to be "Unavailable".
Did it come with that screen protector you have installed?
I ordered one from china might get it next year LOL and also ordered another for a note 1, hopefully is as good as this one, I've had the S-line case on my S3 and even tho it was cheap i loved it.. you keep the slimness of the phone witch is important having a 5.5inch screen on the pant pockets isn't fun, imagine adding 1cm of case might aswell get the iDevice-mini.

Yeah I tried to do it so that the selling company was located in the US, just so it wouldn't take so long to arrive because I was holding the phone naked and it was slippery as hell.
The screen protector is a SPIGEN SGP Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Screen Protector Clear Steinheil [Ultra Oleophobic] [2-PACK]
Personally, I don't think the protector is the best, but I feel more comfortable about using my phone now. The safer the better. I got a scratch on my S2 with Gorilla Glass, because I figured "oh Gorilla Glass...don't need a protector". I tried to put protector when I first got it, but failed on 3 accounts. It just didn't look good. Wore it for a while till it looked even worse and I just simply removed it. And of course... Sh*t happens.
So this time, I ordered protector same time as case. Except it is fulfilled by Amazon so it took 2 days free shipping. I think the price is high, AND I have 2-3 bubbles that don't go away. Really, they aren't bubbles. They're specks of dust, and the surrounding area does not stick to the screen. I've thought about using the second protector but...uh I don't know.
"But it's Gorilla Glass 2, you don't need protector!" Not gonna fall twice for that. "But it's gonna interfere with the S Pen!" You know what, I think from time to time it does interfere. I've noticed sometimes while drawing that I might lift the pen but it still draws on the screen. Not sure if that's due to the screen protector or not...
Anyway, best of luck. Protect your phone with the first thing you find in the meantime until you get your case!
i see there's a minor bump on the kickstand that prevents the phone from laying perfectly flat on it's back. Is there' a slight wobble to it if you lay it flat and touch one side?
I just got this case in today and Im happy with what I got for the money.

Since I got the Note 2 from t mobile on the day of launch, the store was not carrying any cases so I went ahead and ordered a cheap plastic case from ebay and ran to the sprint store where they had ONE SAMSUNG OEM FLIP CASE and purchased as well. As everybody knows, this samsung OEM case DOES NOT PROVIDE SIDE/CORNER protectio and since I HAVE NO GRIP hands, I had to have every kind of protection available so I integrated both covers. Here are some sample pics. I will keep this on until I get my SPIGEN case!!!!
p.s. I know it looks kind of ghetto but at least I am protected!!!

It really is thin. This may not be the best for you, but I'd say just because of the kickstand, it may hold you over until you find a better one. Personally looking forward to Trident Aegis and Seidio Active. There's also Otterbox...

Sorry, can't help you there. I really had no problem whatsoever putting this one in. I've taken it out about a dozen times, and I've never had issues taking it out or putting it back in. I ordered the Seidio Active case, so this one will be retired soon. But while using it, my only complaint was that the stand was not reliable. That's about it.
You might want to contact the seller and get a replacement. Looks like there's something wrong with yours. Also, make sure that all ports/buttons line up, and that they didn't send you the case for the wrong phone or some such.
Good luck!
This case is "unavailable" on Amazon but there are a million of them on Ebay, in all different colors. I got one in clear because I like to show off my phone, not the case, although I know from my old iPod case that I actually like the look of a clear glass-like edge around the sides.
I just wanted to chime in that if you get the clear version, beware that it *will* stick to the back cover of the phone. It's ugly because you get these big blobs and patches, and I found it immediately unacceptable. The case only cost me $5 so I just tried sanding it down on the inside so it wouldn't stick... which technically worked, but now it's even uglier. Yeah, I ruined it, but I couldn't see using it the way it was before. I was also concerned that over time, it'd stick so hard that I wouldn't be able to get it off. Already, whenever I'd take it off, I'd hear a "crack" as it unstuck from the back cover. I'm actually still using it after the sanding and it works just fine and doesn't stick anymore, but it is ugly.
My advice is to get a solid color version of this case if you get one, and still sand the inside of it so it doesn't stick. (Though make sure it's really opaque if you sand it; if it's clear at all, you'll see sanding marks.)
I really like kickstand cases but I'm thinking now of just getting something that gives me a little better grip on the phone (like a textured back cover) and then either not getting a case at all, or getting another one of these and hoping it doesn't stick to a more matte back cover.

No, I don't have one sorry.
I just spotted it on ebay last night and thought I would post it here as an alternative for people to consider when I saw the thread earlier
I do have it in my watchlist and may purchase later, but at the moment I'm using a FlyGrip and a plain matt tpu case
The kickstand looks a bit more flush on that one. Does not seem like there is much texture in the TPU for grip though. I will let someone else be the guinea pig, but I am curious to hear about it.

Me too, I'm very curious about this case...
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
They have that one in clear now too.
It looks frosted so it probably just has a matte texture that makes it easier to grip.
I found another clear TPU case similar to the first kickstand one but minus the stand and with all 5-star reviews on Amazon... found the same case on Ebay for cheaper (under 5 bucks) so I'm trying that next. If that one still creates unsightly stickiness, I'll just go for a clear hard plastic case. I've used one of those on my iPod for literally 5 years and they are surprisingly effective and look perfect.
LOL. I ordered the clear one to try out. I am so weak and have no will power.

sleeve/ soft cases

I don't want a case that covers the bezel or the back, just something to protect my n10 when it is slung in my backpack or messenger bag.
Does anyone know if these will fit the n10?
Samsung Textile Pouch
Kensington Soft Carrying Case
Proporta Perfora which is listed as a Nexus 10 case but seems to be a netbook case so will likely be too thick.
I am thinking about a sleeve myself.
To protect the nexus 10 while not in use or carrying it, but not to add bulk to the tablet while in use.
I am thinking about picking up a case logic sleeve.

I'd like to know too. You can get it through Amazon cheaper http://www.amazon.com/Case-Logic-LA...id=1353866151&sr=1-1&keywords=LAPST-110-BLACK and their return procedure is pretty painless.
I'd try it myself but my N10 hasn't arrived yet and I want to try the Galaxy Tab 10.1 accessories I already have before buying more "stuff".
Let us know.
I picked up this HP case (based on a recommendation in another thread):

I picked it up off of Amazon for $10, but the picture over on Amazon is not correct (this picture on BestBuy is correct). It has padding on both sides of the device in the main pocket plus a second zippered pocket for cable, headphones, charger etc. It is the right size and the N10 fits in the case right; but, I am sure there are smaller cases if you don't need the large second pocket across the whole case. I picked this case up to have it available now as I am watching other cases being released. I also have three more different cases on order for different situations. My favorite so far is the Poetic Slimline case, but it is not available until the end of December. Good luck.
This Samsung-made pouch fits damn-near perfect:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0055193HU/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00
It fits pretty tight at first, but loosens up over about 10 insertions and removals. It doesn't cover 100% of the tablet though, there's still about ~3mm of the tablet exposed at the open end. To me it's negligible, since it's used to place the tablet into my backpack.
And it's less than 11 bucks.
I didn't want some big hard cover, just a sleeve, but also didn't want to spend any money on it so just made my own last night using half of a full-desk neoprene gaming mousemat and a needle exactly what i was after for simply carrying it around and such. It's not perfect but it was free and does it's job ut great

FYI, I bought this one
http://www.amazon.co.uk/V7-Protective-Sleeve-iPads-Tablets/dp/B0085JT0BS/
Its quite thick (~30mm) with the Nexus 10 inside, but I felt the bubbles inside should really help protect the screen when its in my laptop bag.
The zip closes no problem, but it wouldn't take a tablet even a few mm taller(in portrait), width-wise(also in portrait) there is a good 20mm space. The padding is quite thin on the zip and edges, protected, but not as well as the main faces. I feel it is a good buy.

I picked up the Hp as well for $20 at Bestbuy works well and will get the job done until new cases are released
I like the looks of this one, because while I think I'll be using the thing naked most of the time, I know I need a sleeve, plus this one can prop the unit up if I want to watch a movie on an airplane or something.

I bought this one as well from amazon us and am very happy with it. Nice snug fit, not loose at all.

ASUS Versasleeve
Using an ASUS Versasleeve (sold TF700) and it works great. Fit is perfect and case doubles as a stand with two positions (typing and viewing). I prefer using my tablets naked and have been through 5+ cases before deciding on the Versasleeve.

I tried this case from LLC but the N10 was too wide to fit in. I'm hoping for something like this to come out for the N10. The magnetic top closes it nicely and keeps it folded when you use it as a folio style stand. It's also paper thin. If anyone has a line on something like this for the N10 please post:

If anyone lives in the UK, I just bought a laptop neoprene case from pound land for £1 while I wait for my Poetic Slimline case to arrive from amazon. It may not be a perfect fit, but it definitely gets the job done.

Can't go too wrong for $10.62 delivered. Goo designs a beautiful product and then tells the user to either risk carrying it around naked or put it into a case that will defeat their design efforts? I believe the cover they promoted, if it had been available, would have have helped them to sell more tablets.

Thanks for the tip. I've tried it with mine and I almost didn't get it out and then sold it with my Galaxy Tab 10.1. I loved the pouch because it was very slim, minimalistic and the tablet was slightly protected when it was just laying around on the couch or when I put it in my laptop bag.
Unfortunately it's 22€ on Amazon.de (around $25) but I think it's still worth it since I hate it when a case is completely attached to the tablet.

That is a really nice looking sleeve. Quite pricey but could be tempted to pick one up when my nexus 10 arrives
Ordered this one
http://www.ebay.com/itm/170933946177?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
+ pre-ordered the Slimline on Amazon.
Will post review when I get it
P.S. UPS shows tracking that my Nexus 10 will be here today...Woohoo
Got a few pictures of the Galaxy Tab Case and the Asus Versasleeve.
The galaxy case is housing the N10 pretty well at this point, with almost 0 protrusion of the tablet.
Overall, I think I will be using the Versasleeve. I remember people complaining about the plastic smell on the Nexus 7 poetic cases, but holy hell this Asus case is much worse in the magnitude of smell.
Other than the ugly brown, I think it'll work well.

Best thin case?

Nillkin or Rearth are the only ones I see that are thin, any other brands/cases?

I cannot complain about the rearth case one bit. My, surprisingly enough, has fit, since day one... YMMV.
The nillkin is pretty nice too as long as u get it in black.

I have the nillkin in black and the rearth in white. They are both super slim and nice l cause they add grip so I can do a lot with one hand now. I'd recommend both to anyone. And the nillkin I bought on eBay for 7 bucks with shipping included and the rearth was 10 on Amazon, although this was 3 weeks ago so they might have went up in price by now
The stock samsung galaxy note 2 case is best thin wise. 2mm thick screen cover and a new back case to.protect the camera its ace but costs £30ish in shops.

I use to have the Rock Quicksand for my HOX but now have the Nillkin for my Note. Much preferred the Rock Quicksand; it's slimmer and provides for a better grip.

I have the translucent, frost colored one, looks good on my white N7000.. They are a pain to take off, usb cable does not fit in the port properly and pops out easily. It's also disposable, I imagine after 6 months it will look pretty ratty. That all said, I like it, it's very thin. I bought 3 for $6 shipped. So I'm set for a while.
There's no thinner case than no case at all. The back is replaceable for less than what you pay for a case if it gets scratched or cracked.
With a thin case, you're not getting much shock protection against a drop anyway, so the only thing that worries me is the finish around the edge trim wearing off, so I use a bumper.

I bought this case and got it within a week from china. Simply amazing is the only way to describe it. It fits perfectly on the phone, it leave the "naked" feel of no case yet still offers some protection. Sure if you drop it the phone will still get damaged but for me I don't have to worry about throwing it down on my desk and scratching the phone up. I loved it so much I bought another one... My two complaints are 1. the usb port cutout of a tad too small and some wires don't fit all the way so they pop out. 2. It's nearly impossible to get this thing off the phone once it's on because it's so thin I feel like I'll break it trying.
The only bad thing about that case is that the sides are not really protected. Other than that, it's not a bad case at all.

I could care less about the back cover since they're like $10 to replace, it's the plastic chrome sides that need protecting.

Trident Case Aegis

Presenting to you: Trident's Aegis Case for the Google Nexus 7
Let's Review...
Trident offers tough cases that are proudly made in the USA. I've had several Trident cases in the past (HTC EVO 4G, HTC Flyer, Samsung Galaxy Nexus and now the Nexus 7) I would describe Trident as an Otterbox alternative with a pop of color.
What's In The Box?
Silicone cover
Polycarbonate shell
Screen protector (glossy finish)
Cleaning cloth and applicator card
Aesthetics
I'm a fan of bright colors that stand out, so I like that Trident has chosen to provide color options for their Aegis case. The case comes in Green, Red, Pink, Blue or Black. I opted for the "Trident Green" and am impressed with how bright the case is. The case is just as vibrant as it looked on Trident's website. Trident went with more simplified branding on this case with having only the Trident shield logo in the center of the case and only having the actual "Trident" words logo on the inside of the silicone case. The polycarbonate shell is mostly textured with a few smooth areas.
Protection
This case offers what I'd consider mid-level protection. It has a thick silicone cover to protect from drops along with port covers for the microUSB port and headphone jack. The silicone is very grippy and makes it much less likely for the tablet to slip from your hands. The Polycarbonate shell adds a bit more protection and helps make the case feel much more solid. The only protection you get for the screen is the included screen protector. I'm not a big fan of the glossy screen protector, so I kept my matte one on.
Price
The Trident Aegis case runs $44.95 (+ free shipping on U.S. orders) on Trident's website (www.TridentCase.com) which I feel is a bit steep.
Final Thoughts:
I've only had this case for a day so far, but I don't see myself taking this off anytime soon. My "official" N7 folio case seemed to make my N7 slip from my hands way too easily and the flap would get in the way. I feel much more confident in letting my kids (3 &4) play on my tablet now without the need to hover over them. If you're looking for a case that stands out and offers a bit more grip and protection, I'd definitely recommend you try this case out.
Note: The pics attached were taken from my GNex with flash, so they're a bit washed out.

That's weird. I've never had any issues with their customer service. I had the Cyclops case for my old Evo 4g and had an issue with the proximity sensor (it was a yellow case) and they replaced it quickly. I also had a problem with a screen protector not fitting right and they sent me a new one quickly too.

Well I got the cases today. I really like them. I put the red and blue on my kid's tablets. Not even a few hours after I put them on, my daughter (she's 3 1/2), was chewing on the silicon part of the case and cracked the screen. It's sadly funny. They've had their tablets for about 2-3 months and have done great with them. They had Samsung Captivates before they had these. I totally didn't think about the "candy" color and the "gummy" part of the case. And did I have the accident protection for her tablet? No, of course not, DOH! After I get her tablet fixed or repaired, sadly, even though I love the Trident case, I'll be getting a full Otterbox for hers. Nothing chewy on that, lol.

Wow! That sucks. Otterbox might be a good way to go for the little one. I let the kids take over my original iPad when I got the N7, lol. Hope you don't have much trouble getting it repaired.
I'm so pumped!! I just used the promo code and got me a baby blue case. I was going to get pink, but hopefully they will sell just the soft parts of the case separate later on and I'll get it then.

So today I noticed that my green silicone case is starting to stain in all the exposed areas. I've contacted Trident customer service to return it. Has anyone else had issues with other colors staining so easily? I haven't had this problem with my green aegis case for my gnex. I'm really disappointed.

From their site:
Length:8.00 in
Width:5.00 in
Height:0.63 in
Weight:0.32 lb
I'd say its too thick to be pocketed from my hands on experience. Also, the silicone is very grippy, so it would probably be hard to put in or take out of your pocket (it was difficult in a pair of fubu sweatpants). I'm gonna switch to Cruzerlite's Androidified A2 case. Not as much protection, but it better suits my needs.

In assume you meant pocket. I keep it in my leg pocket on my flight suit. It is much larger then a normal pocket on your jeans. However that would be funny to watch someone try to cram in in a pair of jeans. I guess it would not be much worse than a galaxy note II
