It's not ICS. Everything should work as the GB stock.
Looks great I'll try it out later, already installed like 2 ROMS back to back...which spica kernel is included in this?

This is RC1 ( I think the expansion is "Release Candidate"). It is for testers.. IMHO. So whoever dare to test it , can and give feed back. That will help the ROM releaser to come up with fixes / solutions.

looks very nice, but the only ICS launcher that i could found in market has a terrible performance, i'm afraid you are using the same.

P.S. Any chance to be able to disable animation in the launcher? I am having problems with Quick search: it keeps crashing whenever I touch the search icon. The same happens in browser when I try to enter an address.
Also, I can't access logcat. I get this message: "12:44:07.067 able to open log device '/dev/log/main': No such file or directory able to open log device '/dev/log/main': No such file or directory No such file or directory"

In case your WiFi is broken, blame your bootloader try this:
Solution 1: You can simply erase the contents of /system/etc/wifi (using TotalCommander or any other full root file-manager) and then Reboot into CWM and install the new build as you did earlier.
Also, install XXDLI8 baseband and use the I9300XXDLI2-LI3 RIL that you can get using GetRIL.
Solution 2: Make a Nandroid Backup -- Download CM 10 Odin.tar (also available via UpdateMe) and flash it with Odin -- Wipe Data/Factory Reset -- Wipe Dalvik Cache -- Wipe Cache -- then go flash the latest PaRaNOiA RoM and Restore your Nandroid

I have a few suggestions. Suggestion for firstlook to rom.
- Maxthon Tablet HD default dpi must be 180 or 200. 240 too big and useless.
- Fancy Sense Clock-Weather Widget so cool but in hybrid mod (Launcher 160 dpi 8x8 modded ) Fancy Sense is useless. My suggest is HD Widgets app intstead of Fancy Sence
- Asus weather has crashed sometimes .
-Triangle away 1.95 released (changelog for other I9300 models)
-Host file must be edit. Xperia Pureness and other system app have advertise.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
1) Download the Balt Rom;
2) Copy the rom in your SD card;
3) Reboot your device in recovery mode (POWER BUTTON + HOME KEY);
4) Format /system;
5) Wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache partition, wipe Dalvik Cache;
6) Install zip from sdcard / choose zip from sdcard" and select cm10-Balt_Rom_vX and tap "yes";
7) wait installation and then wipe cache and dalvik again;
8) reboot, and enjoy!!!!

I did the wipe data and cache now. It is using about 63MB.
@Edited: Now I know what you was asking, sorry, is 120/130MB used in memory....

This custom rom was made in last year by a brazilian. I modded some things only, and added tweaks...
In addition, there are many things different between them: settings, statusbar, some mods...maybe it's look like yours because it's ICS/Jelly Bean style too.

INSTALLATION:
Maybe you'll have to pass a fresh stock rom via odin before install this rom
Remember to make your contact's backup before...
1. Download Excalibur_MW v.4.1
2. Pass the file to your sdcard
3. Shut down your phone
4. Enter in stock recovery --- pressing simultaneously these buttons (Vol+) + HOME + POWER
5. Apply update from sdcard > choose zip > ClockWorkMod
6. Wipe data and wipe cache
7. Advanced > wipe dalvik cache and wipe battery stats
8. Install zip from Sdcard > choose zip > Excalibur_MV v.4.1 ---- wait until the installation finish
9. Wipe data and wipe cache
10. Rebooty system now

I know what I wrote, but isn't New Experience Jelly Bean and New Experience Jelly Bean Special Edition one and the same? Also there is a KitKat version, so that was why I included it in the OP.

You're referring to the same phone. Capitalisation of the 'i' is of no consequence.

How's battery backup
I'm loving cm for long tym.my mother is using galaxy mini pop plu,she wanted a best battery life,what about my loving cm7 battery life for only calls and standby in this phone.is there any bugs in this rom
