Really? I thought that's cheap considering the retail price for a Smart Dock is $99.99

That is a good price! Samsung and some Verizon stores are selling it for $100.
I am placing my order tomorrow. Good find.
Sent from my big A $$ Galaxy Note 2.

Do you have a link or an item number for it? I can't find it on CDW website. Thanks

Or if you register your phone with Samsung, you will get 50% off coupon, and can buy up to 10 accessories from their website for 1/2 the price Which means you can have this dock directly from Sammy for $50!

I registered my when they were giving away flip cover and tectiles, along with 50% coupon. It was all from the same link on their FB page. Check it out, their FB page and ask them where to register. Or take a look at free flip cover giveaway thread in this forum where you can find a link in the first post. Giveaway is over but I believe they still send out 50% off coupon after you register. Try it!

Do they have it in titanium or black? The only pics I ever see are white.

They're all white. And it's still out of stock at the samsung store.

I wouldn't count on it, I just checked 50% off of any accessory 50 dollars and under. Some items under 50 tell you that you can't use coupon, so you may have to call or chat to apply.

I get a corporate discount which only mildly brings it down to $64 but I called them about availability and they said the preexisting back orders won't be filled until mid February at the earliest.

definitely getting one of these bad boys when it becomes available.

Same here. I just able to use another 50% coupon three days ago and it worked. I have used about 6 50% codes after registering my current, as well as old devices. For me, it has worked for the flip covers, cases, replacement battery doors, and most recently the Smart dock.
FYI - the Samsung website updates certain Out of Stock updates periodically throughout the day. You just have to catch it at the right time, or watch closely.

I also recieved the "50% off any accessory under $50" code, but I was able to apply it to the Smart Dock today, give it a shot!

Normally I would like to get smarkdoc but since a simple one cost less then $10 and an hdmi adapter & cable cost another $10. think I would go that route.

Thanks for the advice about checking frequently for the dock, I had put in a backorder notification on the site but apparently it didn't bother letting me know about it's infrequent appearances. Got one just now....with the code. Definitely the way to do it.

[link fixed]NEXUS 7 16 GB ONLY $234 SHIPPED!!! Act now before it is gone!!!

Sorry mods about the thread that could go in another thread. But people should see this deal before it is gone. After that feel free to merge it with any thread you feel it needs to go to.
OKAY EVERYONE! READ
Just got this deal too amazing to pass up!
Go to:
http://www.jr.com/order/basket.jsp?...Hash=0a2ace30df7d42028f38788bbc64e14d7ffee550
There will be a 16GB Nexus 7 in your cart with free shipping!
Don't forget to add the July4 promo code for $15 off!!!
Now the Tablet will cost you a total of $234 (unless you live in NY, the tax NY sorry)
Also, the free shipping uses UPS to ship to your USPS post office, THEN Usps delivers to your door. It happens all the time buying from amazon. Just sucks if your mailbox is too small. Then USPS will leave you a slip to go pick it up.
So the shipping may be slow, but you can upgrade to 2 day or 1 day for a much better shipping rate than google was offering!
I was going to pre-order from gamestop today, GLAD I WAITED!
OH! Also note: They will only ship to paypal confirmed addresses, so if your address isn't confirmed, you will have to pay with a credit card and manually type your Shipping info.
ALSO: If you use a MASTERCARD credit card (not debit) They will not charge you until it ships. So A) no balance as of yet, and B) when you are charged you know they shipped.
Do this now! Because they already took the Nexus 7 off their main page! Only a matter of time before they fix this link too!
Not sure when it is shipping, because I never saw the actual listing, but for this price, I could wait a week or two.
Happy hunting!
Oh and act now, because this deal could be gone in minutes or hours.

It's tempting. This would be cheaper than the 8GB model in the Google store. Gave OP a thanks even though I'm not the pre-ordering type. If discount is available from one vendor, it'll be available from another down the road. We appreciate tech toys, but they can only depreciate.
A bit skeptical about this given that the actual item is not currently listed on the site.
I pulled the trigger... worse case they cancel it, I've ordered from J&R before (my laptop) and didnt have any issues with them
ganna see if i can get another 5% out of it via shop discover on my CC

Well this is probably not going to drop lower than this until used/ refurbs come out.
Google is already losing money on these tablets so there isn't much leeway in price. The only reason it is cheap through this site is because the site always offers free shipping. And the coupon code is site wide, so it was a fluke it was useable for the tablet (also probably why they took the Nexus 7 off their site, so they can wait for the coupon deal to end.

As someone else said, worse that can happen is they cancel on you. And if you use a Mastercard credit card, they won't charge you until they ship. So if they cancel on you, your money was never tied up anyway. Sounds like a win to me and no losses in sight.

Not sure when it will ship. Because they took the listing down. But it should hopefully ship mid July (when Google ships) or end of July (when Gamestop ships them) Either way, I am willing to wait in order to save over $40.

The Item ID does have a 16 at the end, but no proof. I'm going on the OP of the thread that provided this link they said the original description (when it was up) was for a 16gb.
So I'm sure it is a 16gb, but if they run out maybe they will send 8gb and say, well we never said.
Anyway, I don't think it is a problem. If they send me 8gb I will just return it

It's definetly the 16gb model. I Googled the model number the J&R listed for the Nexus, ASU NEXUS7/1B16, and found the same model number, and pre-sales online at B&H Photo, Frys and Adorama. All three online vendors listed the model number as 16gb. B&H's pre-sale price is $249.00 and the other two vendors are charging 99 cents more for their pre-sales.
I hope this puts some minds at ease.
lol @ $21 NY tax.

why are samsung accessories so expensive?

I went onto the samsung website (canadian version) and checked some of the prices for note2 accessories and I was blown away how expensive they are. You'd think samsung would realize if they priced their accessories at a reasonable more people would purchase them.
for example $39.99 for their Note2 TPU cover. $49 for their MHL adapter. Before ebay or online shopping I could see companies charging these outrages prices but with ebay and the like who would buy some of this stuff from samsung when you can get less expensive versions?
Stuff up here is definitely more expensive than the states.
I know its not much of a discount but shopandroid gets sales every now and then.

This. I'm such a sucker for it.
My thought process: "Well, what's the difference between spending $200 or $300 on a phone when I'm paying thousands for the service? Might as well get the best one. And why did I buy a phone with removable battery and storage if I'm not going to buy a spare battery and spare battery charger, and a 64 gig microSD? Wow... I've got a lot invested in this thing. Better buy a case for every day use, and a tank of a case for when I go out. What's this... an app that I will use every day of my life for only $5? That's one drink out at the bars, I can swing that. An app for $0.99??? Might as well be free. Oh, and can't forget the car dock and charger, that's an essential."

Samsung is expensive because they guarantee the products will fit and work 100% with the phone plus every manufacturer always charges more for their respective products. Example: htc charged around $40 for their mhl adapter and $50 or more for their tv dock. It's just a matter of finding items cheaper and hoping that if you buy generic it won't damage your phone and fits correctly. There are plenty of reputable companies that make accessories you can count on. Like otterbox, seidio, spigen, and many others.

So you think a $50 MHL cable is fine when it probably cost them 50 cents (maybe a dollar) to make in china. I'm all for a company making money/profit but that's kind of ridiculous.
For cases, I always hit up ebay. For the same price as a retail case, you could buy a dozen and try them all out!
For cables, chargers and batteries, however, I've been very hesitant to get them "cheap" because of the risk of damaging my device. After reading an article about various chargers and usb cables which showed that the third party/counterfeit brands have no consistency to them, I've stayed with trusted oem brands.

None that I could find. You could still buy $50 refills for ~$40 from eBay as of last month, but even those seem to have dried up.
Yeah, I couldn't find anything. I spent 2 hours searching this morning, and all I could find were some pretty shady sites that offered no more than $2 off. I even enlisted the help of my sister, who is into extreme couponing and can find a deal on ANYTHING if you give her time.....nothing
I finally just caved and topped up the old fashioned way. If anyone finds anything I would greatly appreciate a heads-up, though. I'd love to be able to save a few bucks from now on!
Try prepaid-refill.com... I've bought tmo refills from that site a few times with no issue. They have tmo refill deals from time to time, I bought a $50 refill for $40 the other day and yes I know the risk involved with using this site.

Great it worked for me . . . returning BB's and hello AT&T! :good::good:
AT&T OnLine Sale:
$ 7.75 small mini stylus
$ 5.63 audio splitter cable
$149.25 NEO (black)
$13.74 tax (Ouch CA)
$175.37 total
iBB original purchase was 199 + (tax) = 216.99
Savings: $41.62!
Just got mine from At&t. Says Made in Vietnam while the one I was going to return says Made in Korea. Hmm....I like saving money so I'll go with that one.
I was able to get mine for $99 by using the $50 off with the purchase of an s5 and then using my $50 credit for signing up for isis wallet.

I saw this deal today, picked up a neo and two extra usb cables for 165. Will be returning my gear 1 to best buy when it comes.
Purchased originally from an ATT store so I went back even though I could guess their answer but thought I'd try anyway....they repeated that they don't do competitive offers and I nicely said you are the same company, right? They explained they have a building, blah, blah, and extra costs (like ATT Corp doesn't have a building, warehouses, employees, etc)?? Just illustrates old school corporate thinking. Funny.
Anyway I had the bag/box with me so I nicely took off my Neo, reset it, and said I guess I'll return it and order off your ATT website. The employee nicely smiled and said ok. We were so nice to each other, ha.
So waiting on it to ship from ATT website.
Feel much better paying $150.00...wait a minute...maybe I should've gotten the Gear 2 for $224 w/discount (decisions)

Yeah I thought about getting the gear 2(with camera), but that's still 75 bucks for a crappy camera. I actually only paid 130 for my gear1 2 weeks ago, but the battery life is terrible, it's too bulky and I never use the camera. I'm hoping the gear 2 neo is a decent step up.
I saw this deal on slickdeals and did it too! Amazing. I went to the local store and he did a manual override and none of the managers had any issues with it. They had 2 $5 otterbox iPhone 5 cases... going to sell these for $20 each ($60 price tag) and end up getting my watch for just over $100!

Did you buy the watch online and the cases in the store or were you able to buy all three pieces in the store and they matched the online discount?

I bought it all in store. Just told the guy I read that there was a deal where you get 3 accessories for 25% off, pulled it up on my phone and he checked with the manager and all was good. He said the system didn't even ask for an override.

That's awesome, thanks for the info! I'll have to check the stock of my local AT&T stores. The only Gear 2 available online is the gold one.
my order online from friday got canceled. sucks
I went to Best Buy today and they still don't have any Gear 2s in stock so I couldn't try to get them to match the AT&T deal. Then I went to an AT&T store that had a black one in stock. That manager said he couldn't match their online discount, especially not on the watches.

I already tried that before ordering from ATT online. They won't math bundle deals. I can usually get them to match anything, but no dice.

Ditto for me, I got the same cancellation email this morning. I guess all I can do is reorder.

Where did you purchase your T-Mobile Note 4?

Where did you purchase your T-Mobile Note 4?
Would you advice purchasing at T-Mobile's online store or at a nearby store in-person?
Please let me know. Thanks
I always prefer buying at the store because if you have a problem with your phone you can go and exchange it right away, and if you order online you have to wait until you get one shipped to you.
i purchased from costco and was grateful i did. i had problems with two note 4s . both having hardware issues. the second one i had also dropped within the first few hours of having it. costco still took it back with a good deal of unsightly blemishes . the third one has thus far worked perfectly.
Costco
Local T-mobile store, though I didn't get any additional freebies - later I found out they were offering $75 in free accessories which I was not advised of, when I brought it to their attention - I was told it was only valid at the time of purchase. OH WELL. I still love my note 4.
Costco...got a free car charger and car phone holder. Also 50 bucks in Costco cash...and...0 down when tmo wanted 420! I'll always buy there from now on.

You have bad credit if they ask you to put money down, they base it off all credit now, so if you have decent credit it'll only be 0$ Down.

Yup I've got horrible credit(thanks college). Costco doesn't care though which is nice.

I got zero down, paid the tax...like $60ish bucks
T-mobile corporate store

That's not necessarily true.. My parents have good credit and paid a small down payment as well.. I think unless you are top tier in credit your down payment amount depends on your credit score, so if your credit is bad you won't even qualify for a dp lol. In which he obviously qualified so not too shabby
I bought mine through a tmobile corporate store. Local Costco doesn't sell any tmobile phones. Sales person tried to sell me cases and screen protector but I told him no since I was planning to buy from amazon (lower price and better delection). Tried to sell me jump but I also told him no. Went home and got a text saying I have jump. Stupid sales people...

I got the same run around from tmobile for the nexus 6. Went to Costco, and since they don't have the n6, got the note 4 for 0 down and couldn't be happier.
Not necessarily free, they would charge you monthly installments. It would be free when you leave the store, so be grateful. Lol
Another note, one of the store I went to was allowing me to choose unlimited accessories as long as the total added up to $100. I'd get $50 dollars back through my next bill.
You should always get the terms and conditions in writing, otherwise, its bs
