Activate Android with touch instead of power button - Xperia Z Themes and Apps

Any Mod there that can create us a ZIP or a Mod for locked bootloader and rooted Xperia Z to Touch2Wake our Display instead to press to Powerbutton ?

Wow would that even be possible? And wouldn't your battery drain fast if you put the phone in your pocket or something?

any suggestion about different rom?
There's an app in play store. Also, you can boot to recovery. Then go to advanced, and wipe batt stats there.
I suggest you look for threads on calibrating battery though.

Have you unlocked your bootloader? On stock kernel, gdx is probably one of your best bet.

Aha. There must be a misbehaving app. Try using watchdog to idenyify which app(s) causes the drain so you can replace it with a similar app.

Dont use live wallpapers.
Shut off ur phone when u dont need.
And try useing another rom like others said. Presto from haka is a good rom.

You have soft bricked your phone just recover your phone using SEUS or PC companion. You dont need to unlock your bootloader to install a new custom Rom. There is some Roms you could install with a stock kernel.
Use the flashtool. I don't have the link to it but you should find it easily.
