Thanks I'll try it out

thank you have it installed and looking good.

Agree that list of features would be nice. Also wondering if there's bionic and krait optimizations, what toolchain was used to compile, etc. Thanks for releasing it!

Sorry, had to get the post up before I left this morning, Just fixed the OP, and I'm off yet again.
Will check back L8R..

Is there anyway to include Hybrid Settings for PA? I notice it looks better than AOKP Dual Panel

+1 for using devhost. Are you by any chance using SaberMod kernel? It might fit in well with those linaro optimizations.

Like this rom....
Clean, fast and rock solid!
Hope updates occur
thanks!!

Very nice rom gongrats to the devs... I have just installed and been running it for a day now. I noticed two glinches
A) when someone calls at lockscreen the circle phone unlocker is a little bit to the right
B) at dial pad when you try to dial the vibration starts randomly and stops after 2 secs
Thats all until now but everything else are flowless.
Ps. Forgot that i'm using trinity kernel.
Thanks for your time and sorry for my english

Android is all about choices. And here's another choice for AOSP ROM:
"AOKP" (Android Open KANG Project) is a built from source ROM similar to CyanogenMod (but different).
I didn't create AOKP, I only ported it to the Droid 3.
You can visit the AOKP website here:
http://forum.aokp.co/
Their developers include: Roman, Zaphod-Beeblebrox, Whitehawkx, and more.
The future of AOKP is quite bright as new features are popping up all the time.

So your work is staying true(r) to the original material while they're doing similar stuff for other devices and adding custom features along the way?
Edit: Or is this more of a Debian vs Fedora base type thing? I'm not familiar with KANG.

What is the "Android Open KANG Project" and why should I care about it?
Anyone else having trouble with the amazon app store. I can log in to the amazon site and the kindle app but the app store comes up with "enter a valid email address and password". Anyone else getting this?
On side note battery % increments are 10 not 1.
Definitely not as smooth or fast as our cm9 yet...keyboard lags UI stuff isn't as smooth. Maybe no dual core enable? Lol who knows. This definitely a lot cooler than cm9 tho

How do i put scrolling cache to default disable?
U can turn scrolling cache off in settings under rom control and then all the way to the bottom performance. It smooths a few things up but intensive scrolling apps like twitter and facebook depend on scrolling cache..so its a trade off

I think I misspoke. I don't think there is a patch for Motorola Qualcomm devices. I was just checking out the Illusion Post for the N4 and it listed Advanced Gamma & Color app under the addons, but it looks like it requires faux's N4 kernel.
Faux123 used to build for the atrix 4g but don't think he supports newer moto devices

So from now on, it is gonna be up to you to check the link in the OP for updates. I will be updating all ROMs regularly... So check back often. Thanks guys and ENJOY!

Ok, installed
One bug off the bat (nothing huge) is that my BT headset keeps making a snapping noise when ever there is no audio being streamed (This is a Motorola S11 Flex HD using the Apt-X codec). That codec may be the issue, but thought I would share.
Very intuitive app, BTW. Very nice so far.
EDIT: Further testing: this sound is whenever audio starts/stops. Not a big deal for music, but if you keep on system sounds it can be annoying. For now I have disabled screen touch sounds and it has stopped being so frequent since it tries to send all of those touches to the headset and the phone speaker.
Anyone know why email isn't on this ROM? The corporate one?

This is a self-compiled kang of CM10 with cherry picks from CyanogenMod’s Gerrit Instance, most comparable to a CM nightly build. You need not apply if you’re not comfortable with testing out new and possibly broken features. All credit goes to cyanogen, #teamdouche and the coders who submit to Gerrit. Thank you to @RyanMacG for providing Euroskank hosting.

Cherry picks and other modifications
If cherry picks disappear, it's because they were merged, abandoned or conflict with the current source or other cherry picks.

No screenshots necessary I wouldn't think. It's CM10.1 with some additional cherry picks. It looks like cm. It's just got some additional goodies i.e. ir blaster is working.
I used Skank waaaay back on Nexus S 4G and loved it and its been great on this device as well. I haven't ran into any issues, today is day #3. Mms works w/stock app, coming and going, ir blaster works, used it this am on my living room TV when I was leaving for work. Getting really good battery life as well.

No, sir. The call bug I've heard, but haven't experienced myself.
The "data bug" is mostly where people would notice their data speed reduced by various but noticeable amounts when flashing a CM build.
Awesome on the volume skip. My favorite CM feature, lol.

Omni Rom

You guys seen this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2481571
Hey there,
xplodwild here, I did the announcement session at BABBQ, it was awesome. Thanks for everyone who were there.
So yeah, we didn't prepare a lot of YouTube demo videos yet, but all the information about the philosophy of Omni are available on Omni website: http://omnirom.org/why-omni/.
We are a ROM different than others: we are focused on performance, cohesion, stability, innovation, code quality, community and open source. And the community more than anything else. You are using the ROM, you should be choosing what you want to have.
When we're taking a patch from another ROM, we're trying as much as possible to enhance it before merging it. When we're getting new features, we give you a way to give early feedback, early access to prototypes, early access to mockups, etc, so that we know immediately early on if we're doing it right.
All the contributions will be GPL licensed (at least we'll be pushing for it). People will be able to vote up and down on patches,
Some of the key features of Omni:
Flippable Quick Settings
Roadrunner mode
Multi-window(!)
Daydream enhancements
Integrated Performance Control
Multi-workspace
Color-changeable, 3D depth Phase Beam
And a bunch more
We're also pushing non-Android stuff, such as OmniInstaller (an all-in-one, multi-platform, open source, installer that anyone can plug in), as well as a Qt library to give Qt Android apps a native Android look, and have gorgeous and super-fast Android apps. We're helping users, and helping developers.
Everything is free, free as in money, and free as in liberty. And transparent.
Edit #1: Regarding device support, we currently support all the Nexus devices, as well as the Oppo Find 5, Xperia Z, Xperia Tablet Z. We have preliminary support for the i9300 as well as the Oppo R819.
Edit #2: We'll have a bunch of developer resouces up soon, giving a head start to newcomers in the Android development world.
I probably didn't cover much things but I'll add more things as they come to my mind. We're having beers here and I'm probably not fully able to do a comprehensive post right now.

I like it super fast just no real features yet.. At least that I can find.. Can't turn dual pane off in settings or nothing I'm used to I'm looking forward for more updates but I installed on multi ROM and booted right up

on G+ i saw every sunday update...
Tried to find the post....doesnt seem to get it again..
Looking pretty cool, quite refreshing!
A few places with White (or very light gray) text on white background (for example SU app, and Accounts).
Also it must be based on a slightly older version of PA cause I think Hover now blacklists more stuff by default
As a minus, I'd say that I do not like so much how the default launcher used by the rom has some limitations that go away by buying the pro version, but whatever, really not a big deal, cause same thing happens with some roms using Nova for example.
Thanks for the port!
By the way, look like there are some special Gapps for this rom?
here is the link :

found it in that thread :

haven't tried them, since I reverted to my usual rom for work, but will give it a go and report if no one did before me
Played for whole day with ur rom..
One thing i wanna say is that thx for ur hard work.ur rom is smooth and feel pleasant.. And the inspire hybrid color engine(i think this is right name )is awesome.love ur rom ..
Now about battery life i got 3hrs and 4 min of scrn on time with heavy usage in total 6 hrs from 100 to 9%.
Not bad but can be better than this.
2. In color engine there is some mismatch of colors like when we open skype the status bar turns white and few other apps does same.
3- is there any chance of getting nightlies?

I just read on Google+ that he plans on releasing a new build every Sunday unless he needs more time to properly test it then it might take a little longer

Any change log?
Hey, quick question, is it possible to disable the lockscreen blur? (looked for the option in Security, but could not find it)
Thanks
