[V] Looking for someone with ICS firmware - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Can someone please with Xperia V with stock ICS on it tell me how much the storage space shows in the phone settings?
If possible please make screenshots of the Storage and in Applications, I need to see if on ICS it's only 1 phone storage partition and if it's possible to easily move apps to SD

[Q] Questions related to Htc Desire C.

Just got Htc Desire C (4 Gb built-in) without the Sd-Card and I'd like ask a few questions about it.
1) Why is the user available memory only 1 Gb instead of 4 Gb (built-in 4 Gb is written on the box)? What's taking 3 Gb of space?
2) This set has a lot of pre-installed apps, which most of them are useless for me. I can't uninstall but can disable them. I even did a factory reset to see if those apps disappear but they didn't so I disabled them again one by one. Is there a way to uninstall them forever?
3) How do access the user available Internal Storage (1 Gb) from my Pc so I can add some music/videos/pictures in it? Cause every time I connect it via Usb cable into my Pc then only the 95.23 Mb Phone Storage appears which is too low to add some music/videos/pictures.
4) Difference b/w Phone Storage, Internal Storage & Storage Card?
5) I've downloaded some apps which require a Sd-Card like some android media players. Why is that so, despite the fact my phone has ≃ 1 Gb of free space...
Thanks.
GOOD Questions !! [But totally nOOb]
Reading ur Q seems ur r new at android
Here are ur answers :good:
1) HTC Desire C comes with 4GB of bundled internal memory but 3GB of its is allocated for the Android [ROM , System func..] dat's the reason u have to play within 1GB.
2)These are all stock app which comes preinstalled with the stock ROM if u even disabling it will not work so if u want to get rid of these apps first u need to ROOT ur Desire C and then Download ROM TOOLBOX from the market [Play store]
IF u want a GUIDE on how to root Desire C plzz visit my thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011209
3)Since Its a new phone in market we have not got enough Dev's to work on it , I am currently trying to hack the phone to extract some amount of internal memory so plz wait till i get a result
4)Phone Storage : Its some sort of data space given to u by the phone . Just in simple words u can use this storage for anything
Internal Storage : There is always a Internal Storage card in every smartphone for its System data and ROM functionality
SD cards : SD cards / Storage cards are removable external userspace for the user :good:
5) Many of the apps store there data on SD bcoz they are jst not simply allowed to use dat 1 GB of space . Sorry bro we cant do anything for it
IMP : For Ur interest i recommend u to refer my GUIDE from the link given above do every thing as i mentioned there ur android life will boost i guarantee

[Xperia V] How to make the default access path to SD card ?

Hi all ,
Just got a brand new Xperia V from my mobile service provider . It is really nice and I wish to switch the whole system from my Neo V to the new V .
However , I've figure out that the only storage space for the program is about 3.8 GB , and I've got a 16 GB card directly removed from my Neo V , But most of the software will not read the backup content in my SD card (e.g. SMS backup , bookmark backup , etc) .
So , is there any solution to change the default storage location from the internal storage to the SD card ?
Thanks very much !
Regards,
Kurz
You could try the following application
Root External 2 Internal Storage
or tell the app where the default path should be, most apps should provide this option.

can i resize device memory 2gb !!!

when i install apps and some apps need to install in device memory and phone go very slow , i have 16 gb integrated and 16gb sd but device memory is only 2gb very interesting, if have any solution please help.
Witch memory are you talkin about?
RAM, you cannot do anything unless removing bloatware.
Storage aera, you can try to move some apps to external sdcard or use the preload partition.
Anyway, phone slowing down is the sign of low RAM, so you should try to remove apps you are not using.
Search here in XDA for apps safe to remove like "social hub", "music hub" and so on.
Remember that you'll need a rooted device to do so.

You can repartition your Internal storage increasing "data" partition - to have more than 2GB for installing apps. Look in the forum. I've seen repartition info for 4GB,6GB etc. Just search in forum.

[Q] [Xperia T LT30p] Merge Device Memory with Internal Storage?

Is there a way to merge the Device Memory (1.97 GB) and the Internal Storage (10.85 GB)?
I hate it that I can't install alot of app due to it being in Device Memory. I barely use the internal storage as my media files are in my (Ext) Micro SD card. the DM fills up easily, and could not install or update app when it's around 130MB, which should be plenty. I had to manually move some app to Internal Storage, and not all apps can be moved.
FYI, I have an Xperia SP, Xperia Z and Xperia Z1s and Xperia L and Xperia M. All of which have Device Memory and Internal Storage merged. Z1s (26.11GB), Z (13.8 GB), etc. it's awesome, would never fill up, except for the L and M, and possibly SP.
Can the same be done for the Xperia T and TX? custom ROM? Root? CyanogenMod? btw, I never done any of this except flashing ROM. so if it's possible please post links for instructions.
There is a how-to in the General section on resizing these partitions, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2712253
Sent from my LT30p using XDA Free mobile app
this interests me.
* I do it with titanium backup, the move to sd, and almost all can be passed. It frees up space, but not much.
it could take the system with root xplorer and then install from sd?
just wondering, because I have no idea if you can.
