[REQ]Soft Keys + Always On - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Is there a mod or quick edit I can do that will make it so the soft keys are always on when the screen is on?
Mine shut off randomly. I can't even figure out the pattern to it.
Any help/ideas?

On top of this..
I could have sworn I saw a mod somewhere that changed the volume from 7 to 30 different values.
This would be great for picking that 'perfect' volume.
Can anyone direct me towards that as well as the softkey question?

No need to repeatedly bump a thread. It's not that old.
Check the development threads. There's an HTC One mod pack, but I don't remember if there are light toggles in there. I'm sure some ROM or mod exists for it though, as this is a fairly common request for softkey-equipped phones.

I didn't repeatedly bump it. Just had a lot of views with no replies. I've been around for a long time.
I did look. Didn't find it. That's why I posted this thread. Thanks for the help tho.

Found the Volume mod!
Unfortunately, it's for the international One. I wonder if anyone could get it to work here?

Consider nandroid and then give it a shot? It doesn't look like it would interfere with anything radio-related.

I don't know what that says and I'm not clicking on anything I can't read, why would you post that well I'm not stupid I can follow links and I'll give it a try. Well downloaded it did what it said and its not moving at all, can you try if I give you the wallpaper
Thanks

What should move?
You only attached one staic picture of the IcecoldSandwich Wallpaper. What do you want to have moving in the LWP.
For example I can imagine, that the blue colour (spot) in behind the combs is moving.

My INC S won't Dance :(

Good morning everyone, I have a really big issue: My Phone won't dance. You will think: is this guy under drugs or what does he really mean.
I ain't under drugs.
I had till now just phones with a f..king vibration and I could make the Phone dance. And my question is, is there a way to update the Vibrationengine with that from maybe Nokia 5423 or another device or would I just brick it?
I have just got another Inc S and want to do strange things it. Thanks for reply

Overclock the vibration motor!
Is that even possible?
A replacement vibration motor would be a bit risky, wouldn't it? Like, just for a bit more vibration

I have a second Inc S so it would hurt
If someone could give me some useful tipps for that, maybe google can give answer.
I think it just would consume more battery, but than I'm look for a stronger battery.

There are apps in google play that let you set custom vibrate patterns
Like this one
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dfs&feature=search_result
So you could make it have longer vibrations?

Depends entirely on what your experience is. There's a big difference between learning to cook having never cooked a thing in your life, and learning to cook French cuisine if you're already a master sushi chef.
I'll play it safe and say I've never cooked a thing in my life, but my dad is also a system engineer and could help if I needed it. I'd rather learn without his help.

Start with an RUU. Run the RUU on your PC. Stop at the first screen after it's done loading, don't proceed, but don't close the window. Start/Run and type %TEMP% and hit enter (this will take you to your user temp folder). Sort the folders by date and open the newest. Here you should find Rom.zip. Use this as your base ROM in the kitchen. Root it, deodex it (or not), zipalign it, etc - and you end up with a flashable ROM from an RUU

Anytime. I have been on the xda boards since the first android phones came out. Have been a rooter/flasher forever. Gotta get some more posts in so I can finally post in the Development sections lol. I have had everything evo that sprint has pushed out and I have to say by far this is my favorite one. I am going to learn to use the kitchen just because of this phone!

Recommended ROMs

Hi everyone,
Apologises if this is in the wrong section but my question is about TIMe so I think it is.
I received my awesome HTC One today and I was wondering if anyone can recommend any decent ROMs for this device, I've had a look at some threads but I'm not exactly sure what makes a good ROM.
Thanks in advance!

If everyone did that, how would any of the lesser known devs become known?
Yes, popular threads are generally a good place to start but we should always try others ROMs aswell just incase others are more suited to our style.
Hello Joe.Tolchard,
We usually close these types of threads because they just turn into everybody posting the ROM they happen to currently be on. The only way to go about this is to read the threads and find you a good guide and jump right in!
