You do not have to update the baseband, it may be worth NOT selecting the baseband. If anyone gets any connection issues restore a .411 backup, go through the process again and this time do NOT select baseband.

the particular method is for locked bootoaders, but the point is if you have an unlocked BL u can achieve
the above in more easy ways like flashing doomkernel or so

thanks for the info, but i thought a updated baseband wont hurt anyone as i am using it on my TX while selecting LTE (preferred)WCDMA,GSM even though TX has no LTE radio support from hardware. so u know no one should have any connection problems........

I have my phone flashed using this way.But when I want to delete a system app, chrome.apk, my phone is reboot automatically~~~~:crying: and, every time I located the system/app it reboot automatically

There is a reboot fix .zip somewhere in the general section.
You can flash that and see if it works on this firmware.
Its specifically for fixing the reboot when editing system files bug

Everything works, but now the phone is not charging off.

I have tried several methods to root my phone without unlocked BL, but when I edited system app the reboot occurred every times. It seems that to root the 1.67 without unlocked BL was hopeless……But, I have found a compromisingly way that allow u edit sys apps, root permission and CMW.

Yup did that, got stuck in a boot loop, booted into android recovery and wiped, flashed again and fine now...
Is this the only way to get back to stock? Can the wipe be avoided?

I'm not sure, but I know wipe would always be recommended, because the data left from other rom could affect the rom stability (or I am wrong?)
You could just backup your apps and data with Titanium backup, and restore after flashing...

Bro whole point is unrooting right? Im under the impression that Titanium backup does not work without root or does it?
You need super user permision to run titanium back up and you need to be rooted to use super user app.

Thanks bro, made a video tut of rooting, got a lot of requests on how to unroot, so just made the tut, just wanted to reconfirm that I was right before I uploaded the video
Thanks again!
ashwin, welcome back after long pause.
You can see video i have made how to unroot.
Now in details
-If you use zergrush tool to unroot, it will leave some foot print of superuser app.
-If you have added CF root kernel, you have to First replace that with stock kernel.
So easiest way to unroot is just Flash Stock ROM with PC odin, which give you perfact unroot experience. Now regarding data, you can select nonwipe version ROM to flash, that will save your data as it is.

This is common thing(boot loop) when switching, Stock - Custom n vise versa. N usually clears with clear cache, n delvic cache, only sometime it needs data wipe.

Can someone tell me which files I should flash? Are any of these files full ROM zips or do I have to flash multiple zips? Or are these only for locked bootloaders? I'm unlocked.

you can flash any of the zips with "system" in the name; the names are self explanatory.
it isn't necessary to flash boot (but doesn't hurt) unless you are upgrading from an earlier stock build or coming from an aosp/cm/cm-variant build.
it isn't necessary to flash radio (but doesn't hurt) unless you are upgrading from an earlier stock build or have done the gsm hack and want to undo it.

what did you have installed before trying to flash? as i mentioned, if you're coming from a stock build prior to 98.30.1 or from aosp/cm, you need to flash the boot image. if you're not even getting to the bootanimation, this is likely the issue. if you're coming from an earlier stock build, you should also flash the radio. if you boot loop on the animation, you need to wipe data, cache, and dalvik cache.

if you know of a good massage app, i'd like to know what it is, especially if it gives happy endings lol.
if you mean "message" which i imagine you do, there are various messaging apps available on the play store, the most notable being google hangouts which now has sms integration.
the purpose of this rom is to remove all unnecessary apps that can be downloaded from the play store, so you're not stuck with a bunch of bloat that you don't want or need. there are replacements for the phone, contacts, camera, and gallery as well...

yes, wifi tether is unlocked, as mentioned in the op.
as for wifi, there's no reason it shouldn't work, as i didn't modify anything that has to do with it. i'd recommend wiping everything except internal and external storage, then flashing boot, system, and radio to ensure a clean install. please post if you still have issues after doing that.

[RECOVERY][T,TL,TX,V][LB]PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition

Known CWM recovery, greatly improved with touch ui and many useful features by Phil3759.
Original Xperia T thread
Compatible with Rom Manager (reboot recovery, backup, install,...)
As the title says, this recovery has some needed modifications included, so you can use it with unmodified stock kernel (locked bootloader).
Main LB script with logging was created by cray_Doze.
My modifications are firstly based on recovery from davidmarco, then I found big help and better (PhilZ) recovery in [NUT]´s thread and that it´s better to unmount selinux fs so it cannot be redefined and checking files is probably stopped (?) in recovery, so I´ve had to use init binary that does not need selinux.
Installation:
1. Root your device
2. Install modified Flash Gordon app (no busybox installation needed)
3. Download this recovery to SDcard
4. Launch the app and allow it root access
5. Tap "select zip", find the zip, "flash now"
6. Don´t try to reboot with the app, but do regular reboot in power menu
Upgrading from 4.1 with CWM for LB to stock 4.3:
1. Download stock 4.3 rom zip to SDcard
2. Download this recovery to SDcard
3. Reboot to 4.1 CWM and flash 4.3 rom
4. Flash this recovery (optionally flash SU too)
5. Power off the device
6. Flash 4.3 ftf - tick all wipes, and exclude system from installation or you will do it all again from scratch
Or if you already have some recovery on 4.3, just flash this in recovery.
Caution:
Don´t try to flash rom zip made in the recovery. It is too big. It goes first to tmpfs, which has only around 433000kB.
System will be formated, but then can´t be extracted from zip and copied to /system. No /system = you will do it all again from scratch
Changelog:
v1.7
- proximity sensor fix (with big help of steveboss and his V)
- reboot recovery working from all applications (quick settings, rom manager, recovery, etc.)(tested on T)
Download:
T4.3_PhilZCWM_6.0.4.7_LB_v1.7.zip

Thanks DaRk-LorD and steveboss for testing. If anything won´t work, PM them. ... Joke

Keep the previously installed system with recovery in your phone.
So only don't tick system (exclude system from ftf flashing). Everything else leave ticked. It's also better to wipe data between 4.1 and 4.3.

I think theres a confusion here, in flashtool you tick to wipe data, appslog and cache but below that is the list of things to exclude from flashing so if you tick on it you will not flash that part of the rom so if you tick everything here but dont tick system, everything will be excluded but system won´t son the only thing you are flashing is the system folder and so thers no kernel you´ll have a bootloop
Oh, that looks like the reason. Sorry. I will edit the OP.

i am not sure bro, i do not own the Xperia T neither did i try those roms. i only translated the steps to english for you.
could be a few possibilities for such problems
what did you try to delete? if it's apps , why don't u try using uninstaller app to uninstall instead of the usual way using a root browser
did you do anything out of the norm when flashing the ROM, recovery, SU update in recovery AND their kernelonly FTF using flashtool (in flashmode)?
thru out the whole process from flashing ROM till flashing kernelonly FTF, your phone should not be allowed to be booted/start up at all
perhaps you should tried re-doing the whole process and as follow -
1) revert to previous version
2) perform factory reset, including internal storage
3) root & install recovery from computer ( preferred recovery according to the site : XT-lockeddualrecovery2.7.91.installer.zip , or lastest)
4) boot up your phone, check everything is in order and ok, do not even update anything when prompted
5) enter recovery, in successive manner without rebooting your phone thru out,
flash rom
flash XT-lockeddualrecover flashable zip
flash update-supersu
6) after flashing is done, switch off your phone by taking out the battery
7) reinsert battery and DO NOT START your phone
8) place the kernelonly FTF in your flashtool\firmware folder
9) start flashtool, do not change any option and flash the kernelonly FTF to your phone
then you'll be done. Actually i do not see any reason why it'll give any problems unless the ROM or kernelonly FTF is not properly built or corrupted during download
alternatively, if it still gives problem, you can try flashing your own FTF file instead of their kernelonly FTF.
If you flash your own 9.2.A.1.199 FTF, just exclude "system"
disclaimer: i could be wrong

Yup, according to the original thread OP.
The ROM downloaded from their thread is supposed to be rooted, deodexed & include philz touch recovery(not stated which version though)

Anyone tried this guide?? but changing or replace the recovery XT-lockeddualrecovery with PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition??......
So like this (For BL) :
Dowload :
1. TX LT29i 4.3 199 deodex USA ROMflash01S.zip
2. XT-lockeddualrecovery2.7.94-BETA.flashable.zip (Replaced to [RECOVERY][T,TL,TX,V][LB]PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition) on this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2657190
3. UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip
4. LT29i_9.2.A.1.199_USA kernelonly.ftf
Then :
1. coming from 4.1.2 JB ROM, Rooted + CWM for NW v8 or v7 is installed
2. flash ROM in recovery - DO NOT reboot
3. [RECOVERY][T,TL,TX,V][LB]PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition - DO NOT reboot
4. flash UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.9X.zip - DO NOT reboot
5. turn off phone (by taking out battery)
6. flash kernelonly.ftf with flashtool
And it's work or doesn't work???....
because I prefer "PhilZ Touch CWM Advanced Edition" than XT-lockeddualrecovery ,

This is simply a restore from TWRP backup, so I think it will only affect /system, /data, /cache if you don't check others. Sdcard and External SD should stay remain. Anyway I'm still downloading...

No,it won't boot since you don't have LP bootloader. LP rom won't boot on KK bootloader.
Warning to users- You may brick your device if you tinker and flash LP rom on variants other than C . Experiment on it if you have proper knowledge because a user already lost his imei flashing it. And yes, just wait for day or two,LP will arrive soon to every varaints. Don't risk your device in over anxiety.

What partitions did you include? If modem and EFS are there - why won't you just restore them? Or restore everything at all?
is it possible to flash an baseband , efs wasn't included
