Says it all in the title.. what I'm trying to do is Download fauxsound audio/sound TPA which costs 0.99p , when I get to payment method, I'm choosing mobile billing and about 10 seconds later it says cannot connect to network.. even though I have credit on my sim card.. any ideas how to fix this please... Are you sure the billing to the application is enabled to the country you are staying in?
And please check your network connection, too.

I just got a galaxy tab Sprint off ebay and it's still activated. 3g works. I don't think its stolen because i got the box complete with all the contents. my concern is i wont be able to activate this thing when it eventually turns off.
anyone have a similar experience?

Then what is the problem ? Here in europe you can use any phone you want with the plan you subscribe.

All you do is put another sim card in, Or am I mistaken and Sprint do not use sim cards or something?
It's a cdma version, so no sim card. But i think you can still use it with another plan. Try to contact sprint.

Hey guys so i just got the galaxy s ii and sold my captivate running cm7 to my roommate. We turned off mobile data and stuff i thought we were golden. But later that night he got a text saying he was auto put into a data plan. There was about 5 mins at the start i forgot to go to cm7 settings and turn mobile data off. I am going to call at&T and make up something to get when to take it off. So after will he be golden? Or is there no way around it.
Note* when he wants to use data he uses wifi . Otherwise it sent let him.

At&t will recognize the captivate via the imei number. Afaik no getting around the data plan for smartphone requirement.

There are ways but you won't find the answer on xda.
Sadly AT&T is greedy like that. I know for a fact Tmobile PR doesn't care. =/
HI GUYS. plx i need your help . i have a samsung galaxy S and i bought it from vodafone italy. and after a year i couldn't continue paying monthly so they blocked the phone and now i hav no mobile network it gives "emergency calls only" so can u plz help me and tell me what can i do to unblock the phone . in august i went to another country and i could use the phone normally but when am in italy i hav no mobile network.

Have you tried another prepaid card in Italy yet?
It is possible that if you were/are within the contract period, without paying outstanding amount, they could block your IMEI countrywide.
I just got my Nexus7 3G in Chile (bought in US).
everything was working fine but after install the Micro SIM (a standard sim, chopped according to mobile company people instructions), the tablet doesn't get data transfer (already purchased a data pack).
on google's support site for nexus, the only solution was "contact AT&T support" but that's for a AT&T user, and here I'm trying to another company (CLARO).
No info on XDA-dev's forum about this issue.

Do you get a no Sim error or just no signal? Did you input your carriers APN settings into the APN list through settings?

that's the deal. I got signal. sim is recognized and APN selected auto or manually (works same fine). BUUUT... got no data transfer on 3G network and looking on google's support page, it just say "CONTACT AT&T", but here's no AT&T carrier to contact... (and people in CLARO-CHILE, knows less than zero)

If its compatible with your carrier then its gotta be an APN discrepancy. What APN settings are you using?

Had my HTC one unlocked and it was all good except I couldn't get mobile data so phoned orange and they got me to put new apn in and still no Internet two days I was on there helpline in the end one of you guys put me on to tweaker app in playstore and the only difference was instead of putting orange Internet in apn I put EEinternet and it works but my point is orange tech helpline didn't know this! So big thanks to Xda community
