[Q] I have not received payment from Google - Google checkout - App Stores

The google checkout payment received regularly the 15th of each month. But I have not received payment from google for June and July. I thought at first that this is because I changed bank account on google checkout and July already get a transfer. But again, the payment was not sent by Google.
Payout Schedule:
Current Transaction Processing: 7/1/13 - 7/31/13
Next Payout Date: 8/15/13
I do not have payments given by google. Today is 7/15/13
Please help or please let someone tell me how to contact the Google.
I do not complete documents and my payments have not sent. Moderators can close this topic.

Official Nexus 7 cover available from the Google play store

Havnt seen any posts about this, but I just got a notification email letting me know the covers are in stock on the play store.
That being the case (hey, I made a pun) I'd appreciate knowing why the ()#*)@(*#)%(&#*%&* Google hasn't shipped mine from my June 27th order.
I e-mailed them for order status and I got this gem back days later:
"Thanks for contacting us with your experience about Google Play. We do
apologize for the time it has taken for you to receive your device. We
frequently share customer feedback with our development team and will be
sure to pass along your input."
Not available on Playstore UK

[Q] Alternative Appstores [AndroidPit.com]

I've been trying to find alternative appstores to both Amazon (limited), or Google Play (need root). I've used 1mobile.com and also appbrain.com and they both worked well, but didn't have options for paid apps.
Tonight I ran across AndroidPit.com. Does anybody know much about this appstore? Is it safe to use? Should I give them my credit card info if I find an app I want to purchase?
Use PayPal
Never heard of them, but according to their page, they accept PayPal. I'd say that's the safest bet as AndroidPit doesn't get any of your information using PayPal. And PayPal doesn't cost you anything:good:.
Do not use AndroidPIT
If an app you purchased from them is ever removed, you will no longer be able to use it and they will keep the money! Not like Google Play Store which offers life-time warranties on purchased app!
I am developing apps which I used to sell on AndroidPIT, but I noticed 2 problems:
1) license issues are very frequent: their API/servers just returns a NO LICENSE far too frequently and
2) they don't let me cancel specific order should a user be unsatisfied with the app or if user wants to migrate to Android Tuner, merging 3 existing apps they have purchased
So I asked AndroidPIT to stop selling my apps. And they not only removed my apps, but they also cancelled all existing orders but kept the money.
Now, they are telling users I'm the one responsible while they applied term 7.4 of their developer agreement, breaking term 4.7 of the same agreement:
4.7 Customers may re-install products for free if these products were initially purchased, but then deleted. In these cases, the developer is not entitled to remuneration and Fonpit does not have the right to a commission.
7.4 ..., Fonpit reserves the right to partially or completely remove the developerʼs products from the Internet and/or block the developerʼs access to the AndroidPIT Market.
Here are the last messages from AndroidPIT (as far as I know they have not refunded a single user to this date contrary to what they mention below):
From: Tuyen Ly [mailto:[email protected]]

Subject: Re: FW: Battery Monitor Widget Pro - Customer Complaint
We didn't do anything. The app is not available on AndroidPIT anymore. You told me you wouldn't sell your apps on AndroidPIT anymore, it was not me. Since the app is not in our store anymore we can't take care of this issue. We can only refund in goodwill. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Cedric,
I just like to remind you that YOU deleted your apps on AndroidPIT.
Please read our developer agreement if you missed it:
http://www.androidpit.com/en/android/developer-agreement
Regards,
Tuyen
AndroidPIT developer agreement contains this:
4.7 Customers may re-install products for free if these products were initially purchased, but then deleted. In these cases, the developer is not entitled to remuneration and Fonpit does not have the right to a commission.
7.4 In the case of a violation of the previously-mentioned rules, Fonpit reserves the right to partially or completely remove the developerʼs products from the Internet and/or block the developerʼs access to the AndroidPIT Market. If the developer is responsible for the violation of the previously-mentioned rules, he/she is liable for all compensations to Fonpit for any resulting damages. The developer exempts Fonpit internally from any possible third-party claims resulting from such damages.
9.3 Fonpit is not obligated to immediately delete the developerʼs data at the end of the contract. The developer has the right to request the deletion of this data.

how are pirate websites getting my apps from the play store

globalapk
Found this website today while googling my apps to determine the search results.
I want to know how out is these guys have such a cache of paid android apps updated nearly as soon add there released to the play store.
Does the play store have a back door in there security that needs a better lock?

That's what I was wondering about. I checked that site globalapk.com and saw a lot of apps in there. A guy named Ahed Khalil is the administrator of that site, maybe you can contact him regarding your concern.
My guess is they are scrapping the Play Store website or use services like this: playstoreapi.com

I have also noticed this...his G+ directly populates off globalapk too.
I am guessing that AHED KHALIL is not a real person to be honest.
I have attempted to contact globalapk with a takedown notice and after 48hr have had no response. I contacted him over G+ and FB and still no response after another 48hrs.
Doing a domain whois I can see a registered email address. I email and it bounces back..so its a fake.
I've ended up contacting the hosting company - LeaseWeb who have told me "...We informed our Customer with a Final Warning and will takedown his website in 24 Hours..."
I recommend anyone else having issues with globalapk to contact his hosting company as in my eyes they have had plenty of chances. My (paid) app has already had 300 views on his site, and while my app costs under £1 its still stealing.

Good move, jj72uk. I did not know that the fake name Ahed Khalil is hard to be reached. Others should be aware of this since you did a remarkable solution.

The takedown didn't cost a thing. I politely explained the situation to leaseweb, how I had tried multiple ways and how the email address on the domain register bounced...still no reason from leaseweb why they put it back online..
Doing a hosting reverse on whoishostingthis
He is now using cloudflare...if he thinks this some form of protection he has got to be kidding, cloudflare are more than happy to provide the host for DMCA takedowns, I put one through them (for appcake(dot)net) and in under 24hrs they gave me the host as my emails to appcake(dot)net fell on deaf ears.
In any case, as leaseweb failed to explain I emailed globalapk with a final warning that if the links weren't removed I would be instructing my solicitor to pursue legal action (which I was willing to as both my old man and brother are in the law game). He must have finally gotten the message as though my apps still on globalapk no pirate links are presant...
Still doesn't cover the 350 views the page has had...my app costs £0.99p ... I do apps as a hobby/in my spare time (work full time), so a potential £300 is massive to me.

Hello everyone. I've faced with same problem. globalapk.com has stolen my application.
They turned off license checking in my application despite the fact that application was obfuscated by ProGuard.
I wonder what you have done for protection your applications from stealing.
Has someone already tried to decompile his stolen application to see how GlobalApk did it ?
I suppose that they have some utils for automation of stealing applications. Cracking each application manually would be too expensive.
Here is information that I found about them:
AHED ALBA****I
Address: Gaza GAZA Gaza 00972 Palestinian Territories
Tel: +63.0599684626
I don't think you can do much to this person other than contacting the hosting company ...
