Yeah I have been refreshing that page every few hours. I get this case/holster combo for pretty much every phone I buy.
It's killing me to not have it yet. Hopefully they get stock soon.

oh really? i always pick them up in store, so I didn't realize they sell out online a lot.
Usually, Verizon and Amazon both have the clamshell holsters before the phone is in stock. For some reason the G2 doesn't have any available anywhere. It might be because of the back button and then Verizon choosing to resize theirs.

Not meant to be an Otter Box. Minimal coverage and a holster to protect it fully.
Actually Best Buy usually has a premium holster/shell combo that I prefer but who knows when that will be out.
I just called because it is easier then logging in on phone. Rep applied my Corp discount and it took a matter of 3 mins. I also complained about not being able to find it locally and he sent it overnight and waived the shipping cost.
Nice! Runs me about $22 with Corp discount. Maybe I need to call to get it overnight.....lol

Yeah we just can't win. Meanwhile Verizon users will be pulling 20mb+
I was contemplating leaving Sprint, BUT LTE is going up all over the place here and depending on signal strength I get great LTE speeds.
Plus with my Sero plan, I'm glad I stuck with Sprint.

That's terrible speeds. Mine used to be slow but now my area has full LTE and I get speeds between 20 to 30 down and 5 to 8 up consistently. Plus unlimited makes it totally tje best.

Okay, even if the T-Mobile variant is unlocked, most people will have a locked bootloader on their S4. Sprint's still the minority.

Hopefully the AT&T/Verizon variants will be as easy to unlock as the S3 was on Verizon. It didn't seem to take too long for the S3/Note 2 to have their bootloader unlocked.

This is what is confusing to me. If it is 100% up to the carriers (like everyone keeps saying) on whether a device is locked or not than how come they lock one device and not the other? Things that make you go Hmmmm.

I tend to miss the initial batch of each nexus device because I wake up late on the west coast to find out that the phone went on sale and then sold out within 30 minutes. (Galaxy nexus, Nexus 4 & Nexus 5 this happened to me.) Does anyone know of an alert website that I can use that can detect when the pre order page goes up?

The Pushbullet method works amazingly well.
When the N6 page went live on Google and Google Play I was given immediate notification that they went live as did everyone else. They keep track of any changes to the sites (this includes pre-order and sale openings).
As for the Twitter method, I am personally not sure since I do not use Twitter, but I imagine it works the same way.
So, what time zone does the sales usually start for nexus devices? I'm on the East Coast. Since Google is on the West Coast, does that mean it'll start on their time? Thanks

N5 went on sale at 2pm EST.
Pre orders start on the 29th. So if it's starting at west coast time I won't be able to stay up to get my order in.

That depends. For carriers its available later in November. Those who want it as soon as possible they will need to preorder. I think there is enough interest that pre orders will sell out.

But the demand is still pretty high.
I'm guessing that it will still sell out but the stock will probably last a bit longer.(I believe it was 30 mins for Nexus 5?)

We can also hope that Google learned some lessons form it's botched N5 release. It seems they have, since they've widened the number of retail outlets.

I ordered April 1 around 10am eastern. The white edge I received it said it was going to be shipped by the 10th. The gold 128 it said it would be shipped by May 1. I didn't look for am email with the tracking # over the weekend because I didn't even think about it but I received an email Thursday night saying my order was shipped

I have a Nexus 6 that I got from Motorola, not Verizon and I am experiencing similar battery life so far. Today is the second day so not a very large sample of battery life yet. I'm happy with it, it is better than I was expecting.

I use Action launcher 3. I only used the stock launcher for about 5 min. It looks just like the review videos you can find on YouTube.
It appears Verizon only shipped 1 pre-order. Interesting.

So I initially registered to get the deal and get notified when the phone was available for order. The phone was available to order early so I hastily ordered from t-mobile.com. I now have the phone but no email about the deal.

So far, i really like it. The build quality is great and its really fast. I just wish i could have gotten tge 128gb version. After i transfered all my music and stuff i only have about 10gb left.

Yup. I checked and they sold around 400 of it.
If i get in 100 dollars , like guy said above , i will buy right away otherwise i will wait urbane 2.
Confirmed the target works only 100 miles from me for the $104 smh

Thanks. I will go there first hour tomorrow. Let's see.
Just remember, that inventory checker isn't perfect. Only way to know for sure is to punch the DPCI number in at Target itself. Also if you call you alert the employee to the deal and there could all of a sudden be "nope none left". I did buy at regular price at one target and went to the place on clearance to do a rebuy.
