Why cant I find this version when it stated on the Samsung UK website as a option but I can only find the quad core for sale?. Even the Note 10.1 apparently will be Exynos octa-core in UK so whats the deal, is it only available later?

SHV-E470S was spotted in benchmarks from Korea - Snapdragon 800 S4 Active, performance in line with the i9506 (which is Snapdragon 800 S4 rumored to come in a month or so).

well i would feel sad if i had the snapdragon note 4 but mine is exynos so i suppose this is to keep both variants 64bit
Only the SD 810 will most probably be more powerful than Exynos 5433 due to 14nm build which would result lower power consumption and higher clocks. Plus the more powerful Adreno 430.
I remember discussing the possibility of the Note 4 may get SD810 variant before it was available to buy, but the idea was dismissed by others
I just thought this since the S5 originally had SD801 variant but then later released with SD805 chip.

This will probably go the same route as the Galaxy S5 Snapdragon 805, Galaxy S4 LTE-A Snapdragon 800 etc... And be launched in a few countries if not just South Korea.
People who think this will replace the 805 model need to be logical, the 805 Note 4 is by far the most popular in terms of units as it covers the USA, Western Europe and parts of Asia and Africa, so it would cost Samsung a lot, having to recreate a 810 variant for those countries.
This will have limited availability, and when will it be launched? After the S6 probably? Lets get real here.

That's a common thing in Korea as most Koreans can enjoy faster download speed due to consistent upgrades in which forces the manufacturer and carriers to upgrade in order to take advantage on increasing download speeds and processor clock speeds and this trend started when LTE-A was launched there and only Snaprdragon 800 can utilise the technology due to its new modem and the result it was the Galaxy S4 LTE-A(SHV-E330S/K/L) until Galaxy S5 LTE-A(SM-G906S/K/L with Snapdragon 805) was released due to another LTE speed upgrade and i will not be surprised if that happens again.

Like S5 with 805(906l,k,s) Some sensors will not available, also camera quality in this version., I don't find any performance diff in 805 vs 801. 810 Mb for LTE -A Purpose.

NO, there's NOT coming a Note 4 with SnapDragon 810!
[Update: It's an Exynos chip] Samsung Galaxy Note 4 S-LTE with Snapdragon 810 will launch mid-January in South Korea

I have a Note 9 on order from Rogers (Canada), but am interested in the dual-SIM, International Exynos version from eBay. Anyone know if the Exynos version supports Google Pay (one of the ads stated it didn't) or if there are other issues to consider when picking up an international, Exynos edition?
The key motivator for me is the dual-SIM. An unlocked bootloader would be good to have, but not necessary for my needs. Would the dual-SIM Snapdragon version offer any advantages?
N9600 should work in Canada and not the Exynos version due to LTE band support frequency.
