Hi guys,
Glad to see the comunity starting to form around the device.
I was wondering if you may provide some tips on how to (sim)unlock the Desire 500.
I am aware that there is (yet) no S-OFF for the z4u, so flashing custom ROMS and editing radio is not an option.
Is there a secure & verified way to get an unlock code (My unit is locked to A1 in Austria) for under 20 EUR?
Thanks.

Yeah, that's what i thought. So not even the sites like simunlock com or theunlockingcompany com?
Can you estimate on how long will we wait? I guess if the community doesnt grow, it will never happen.

sorry to let you know guys, but no dual-core from qualcomm supports dual-sim, only msm7227/ arm v6 & /a arm v7 supports, which are not at par
also i highly doubt if its a broadcomm dual core with power vr530/35 which is on most china phones, but i cant be sure , just adding my opinion
also the 512mb. is not good, seeing its gonna updated to ics & got a dual core may be qualcomm/broadcomm, as games & other stuff will strugle for performance due to lacking ram, same issues can be seen with optimus 2x & xperia play (sony not updating it to ics because games wont works well on ics + 512MB. ram) & you can also check playing mass effect inifilator on ics + on gb. & see the difference, it will crash after some time on bonus levels (the culprit is low ram)
,gonna buy it if it got 1GB. ram
+ no complain for wvga, we can use lower dpi as it got bigger screen,
m' gonna pay upto 17k if it got real s3/s4 qualcomm soc + 1GB. ram
yes, even Spice MI-425 also has msm7227 and adreno 200 so we need to see the specs of this MI-500 very closely.

Yeah 512 RAM is definitely a bummer....but launch is still a month away...maybe final specs are different...
Lets watch...
And 480x800/850 262K colors for a 5" screen(my guess)
I do expect atleast a 16m colors atleast for same resolution.
They could increase the price for a 720p screen and win the market...
For me the bummer are:
- 512 mb ram still (atleast increase by 256 to 768 mb)
- Still 5.0 MP cam
Not sure about the screen res as of now but definitely 840X480 could be OK if the color supported are 16M as its the same case with my Archos Tablet whose screen is quite crisp.

hi
this looks intresting may be ill wait for some time and then upgrade
i did fall in love with the HTC one X but it was t costly for me
but this looks ok for me thanks guys for the info
The Mobile Indian has put up a first look, looks like a Chinese variant being shown off.
The link
From the looks of it, looks like 480x800, 262k (not 16M) or my eyes deceive me
after one year spice mi 410 got its competitor in terms of spec and price.
this is just vfm.
guys have a look on it, its horizon (MI 500)

hi
one thing for sure they are improving the looks now with the new range
screen in poor maybe 16m colour, but colours are warm similar to mi-410
also no led for camera(@ p5
but @page 1-2 they say it got a led flash
+ (doubt starts here) www.themobileindian.com/news/6935_First-Look-Spice-Stellar-Horizon_3
" Spice has used the same Snapdragon
processor as in the Mi-425, but a slightly
bigger 300 MHz GPU to tackle the extra load
from the larger screen.
Spice Stellar Horizon has a 4 GB internal
memory as well as 512 MB RAM which will also
aide its performance (Internal memory enables
faster performance)."
this site is one of the poorest reviewers
1. they say it got dual core on page 1 but on 3 they say it got same chip as mi 425
2. they say gpu @300 compared to mi 425, to cope with large screen, now how will it help as resolution is same i think wvga for both, 4" 5" dont matters, also as far i know on orig. htc desire adreno 200 was clocked at 92-108mhz. + doing 720p vid. rec. + play at highest, and if its adreno 200 as parkhi say & m conc. for dual sim thing, such higher oc' is not possible for old chip by 200% without liquid nitrogen cooler
+ if its really got a dual core, then it must have hd video rec. atleast 720p or something
3. + they say 4gb. int. mem. with 512mb. ram will help stability, now how int. mem. had to do anything with ram
any the themed rom looks cool with sauve hd icons
they are whole bunch of noobs, the indian mobile guys
spice had already used confusing adv. earliar also they said mi 270 dual core (cpu + gsm radio cpu for dual sim spp) & dedicated gpu @333 but there wasnt any gpu, some said the other radio cpu is gpu, i bought mi-410 becuase i know it was a ideos x6 variant but latter i knew it was foxconn and now we got no official support or anything, so i wont go for spice again>> this ome game is not good,
my next mobile-
sony> htc > huawei> ome > samsung
good bye friends m' getting myself a new phone next month, maybe a evo 3d so i wont be frequent to this forum
good bye guys, thanks for everything
i will still own this phone till it get sold
Nitin even I'm thinking of selling this but why Samsung is last in your list and is Huawei better than Samsung, What is OME?
Thanks
hi
the Bad part is even though Spice has so many showroom at least in Bangalore they do have quite a lot. They dont promote their own Mobiles in their show room
just walk in to any show room and u will have to ask for their own brand to get info on the same very sad in deed. if this was my show room and my Brand the 1st thing i would do is start seriously promoting my Mobiles
at least show it to every customer who walks in .I just dont understand why Spice does not do it

I think you are talking about Spice HotSpots and they know that what they sell is just chinese re-branded and nothing of high quality and the showrooms doesn't run on these goods, they advertise HTC and Samsung.
the policy is same even on saholic (their official online store)

This post has two parts, one highlighting my experience with the Desire C, the other is my review.
My experience with this phone
This was my first phone that I rooted. I remember when the only ROM's we had were a very alpha CM9, Explosion ROM by Seanny, and good old Nameless ROM. I even remember when we lacked a sub-forum for this device! I wanted to root my phone because it got very slow. I really liked the phone, the screen was perfect for me, the camera was great for the extremely few shots I took with my phone, and it did everything I wanted it to do. Keep in mind I didn't know alot about the power of Android, I just looked at my phone as a phone that can play Super Hexagon and send texts. I didn't ask for much from the phone, and it didn't give me any troubles. Now, I was happy for a while, before my friend got a GNex and started telling me about all these apps, different widgets and launchers I should try out. I tried out Nova Launcher, and fell in love with the stock Android look of Nova Launcher. Then my phone started slowing down, messaging took ages to load, carrying out a call was a pretty bad experience and even scrolling my timeline on Twitter or even Settings was too much for the Desire C. I realized that I had asked too much from the Desire C, so I rooted and installed Nameless v5 with a custom ROM.
That did the trick, but it still was slow and after a while, it was back to where I was before rooting the phone; slow. I keep seeing posts by XDA members that we should try to get working on CyanogenMod for our device, because Sense was holding our device back. So I waited for the devs to get on it, because I know ****-all about developing and programming. To fill that gap of waiting, I flashed russell664's Revolution ROM's and enjoyed it alot (still running Revolution Sense) but after seeing the beauty of Stock Android, and the hope that the lack of Sense will speed up my phone, I couldn't wait no more. At that point, CM10 was being developed and there was a lack of Wi-Fi. I didn't have any data on my plan, but I have unlimited usage from my ISP, so I was Wi-Fi only. Then, the day came where there was a Wi-Fi fix. I flashed it immediately, and there was a HUGE difference from a Sense Desire C to a non-Sense Desire C. Apps opened quicker, exiting apps was really fast, scrolling was smooth, and the best part is when I started adding back that I had pre-CM10, my phone did slow down, but I was still very impressive. I thank all the devs and the members of this community for bringing this phone to where it is today. Without this community, this phone would be "just another cheap Android phone".
Review of the Desire C
Screen is great for watching movies and YouTube videos on. Battery was never an issue on my HTC Desire C, it always lasted longer than I anticipated (I actually miss the HDC's batt life after switching to a N4). I am not one to judge the camera on this phone, I am no means a pro photographer, let alone someone who likes taking pictures, so I can't comment in detail about this aspect of the phone. Although, it's great for the 1 or 2 times I bothered to take a picture . Call quality depends entirely on the carrier's signal, the strength of the connection and the microphone on both ends of the call. I found it to be bad sometimes and great other times. No reviewer should judge call quality, because there is too much variables to make a judgement on. Loudspeaker is... loud? It's good when compared to the god-of-tinny-noise Nexus 4. The phone feels great in the hands, and it a very solid-built smartphone. I dropped it 2 times from about 3ft onto solid hardwood and it survived. Buttons are clicky. Software on the other hand, I would say it depends on what you would like to do on your phone. It's a $150 phone, with low-specs. It runs fine if you don't install high-end games like Dead-Trigger. If you do, then it will slow down, which I failed to realize after 3 times. (I barely have any apps on my N4 because of all the ROM's ) One of my friends owns this phone and he stuffed it full of different widgets, launchers, custom messaging/calling apps, even 3 different lockscreens! It was really slow, and even he couldn't bear it, so he wiped his phone. He didn't bloat up his phone again, so it was pretty decent to use for everyday.
I guess that last statement sums up the phone pretty well: it's a decent phone for the price.
tl;dr phone much decent

This will be my review of the Desire C. It will undergo several changes at some points of time I'm not sure of. Going way back when I got my first Android device (this one). It was in the shop a year ago and I was given the choice of the super expensive at the time One X or this little Desire C. Now I only had really minor experience with this OS (unlocking the screen, downloading apps, etc.) and was really tempted to buy the One X just because the beast specs it had. I actually got this one because I was afraid to lose my big new shiny phone. GolfU had a really comfy shape for my hand. I swear it has gotten bigger now (my hand) because with each passing day I feel as the phone shrinks but that is a whole new story. Anyways I was kinda disappointed to find that HTC wasn't planning on releasing a lot of updates for, after i got interested and familiar with the Android platforms. So I kinda set out on a quest to find an alternative. The stock ROM was getting slower and slower with each passing day, so I came here with this device and started modding it.
The goods:/ Comfy to use with one or two hands.
/ Neat screen with nice colors
/ Fun with nice colors (especially black/red)
/ Price price price. So good.
/ Really sturdy. I've dropped it like 30 times. It has been coated with apple soda, water, salted water, rain, and some other liquids I'm not proud to mention.
/ Great camera. Just look at at the attached pictures, damnit.
The bads:/ Not enough internal porn space.
/ Laggy Stock ROM but that is kinda understandable.
/ Decent to pretty good development but by no means like the other titans like pico, One X, HTC One, etc

I checked a few sites and they did infact mention autofocus. I'm not a camera tech so I can't figure this out by myself.. Are you sure it's not there?

Yes Sir! Its not autofocus
Great thread to have here, this should have been here ever since we got our own forum for this device! Thanks a lot for getting all these links and hardware specs together in a nice and clean thread post! We all should ask a mod to sticky this in the general section!

The bad
The display isn’t at the same level of HTC’s more stellar smartphones such as the HTC Desire One X. Its 480 x 320 pixel display isn’t as clear, or as bright, but still manages to cope adequately in bright conditions, but don’t expect it to blow you away.
""The camera is fixed focus"", which means you’ll never get close to the high quality photos possible on more advanced smartphones. You’ll need steady hands to get the best shots from the Desire C. There’s also no flash.
This review from the gadget show
You can see that the camera is auto fixed not auto focus
Added a lot of stuff

Now I'm confused again.. lol
@aashay960 Since Shreyan is not sticking to it and hasn't updated the bloody index thread, why don't you add in one into this, ask the people of the 3,4,5 posts to help out, put in guides, Roms, and kernels, make it sticky, rename it to just Ultimate Desire C thread? :3

Right now my first priority will be to improve this thread a little further so that it gets stickied (otherwise its useless). There was some misunderstanding between me and the mods which has been sorted now. I will look for ways to improve this thread. Any help will be appreciated.
Regarding the Index thread, it is a pretty big commitment and requires a lot of hard work. I am willing to do it (will probably open a separate thread) but i will have to set up some rules like if you update or release a rom, leave a notice in the index thread. You know what I mean? I saw a forum (dont remember device) where it was compulsory to mention the 'last update date' in the title of the rom. This way it becomes easier for the new members as well.
I will think about that. But i will ask for Shreyan's permission before (and if) I decide to go ahead with it...
I was also thinking about updating that thread by Air_Combat. It is a really helpful thread but it is outdated and buried in the general section which is sad
Added comparison and substitutes.

Bro, I am 100% sure that it doesn't has auto focus.......One way to verify this is that there is no green thingy when we capture a pic...It does't even have touch to focus cause it simply don't have auto focus.. @aashay960 No need to get confused Bro
Check out the 5 links in the comparison section. Our phone comes last in all Even when compared to cheaper phones.
It does beat pico in terms of specs but then pico is almost 35% cheaper than our phone and has a much better development in the forums
Before this I had a galaxy ace and can say this is a lot better!
A friend has pico and it is good with some of the custom ROMs.
My main phone is defy mini mainly for waterproof and rugged build but because of locked boot loader and little development is very slow.

According to me the major drawbacks of this phone are the CPU and the display (resolution and pixel density). Otherwise its a great phone given the price. Also, it is one of the cheapest phones that come pre-installed with ICS.
This is kinda embarrassing but it took me almost 2 months to realize that we can 'swipe away the notifications' lol
And also, I'll never forget the time I was rooting this phone. I was dead scared that I would mess something up
The price and ICS is why I got this as my spare, It took me a while to learn the functions too!
For me it works great. My galaxy ace was bad in comparison and had no memory.
Rooting this was easy compared to some phones!

[Q] Question To The Developers About The RAM

When I look at the XSP device info, the ram size 766 mb even though the phone is 1 gb
compared with another 1 gb ram phone, in the device info it says 971 mb, so that results in about 200 mb free extra memory in the second phone
I searched a lot and couldn't find anything about this.
Is there a way to make the Xperia SP show 900+ mb?
before anyone says that its system reserved, how come the second phone has a much smaller reserved value?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Second phone is Tengda T94 (chinese phone) the multitasking difference in the XSP cannot be compared to the T94, the T94 is so much better
its very frustrating to look around for a solution for a 1 gb ram phone! to get better multitasking!!! i feel like im looking for a solution for an entry android device. i love this phone i wish i can find a way to get better multitasking as its an important basic smartphone feature
I think its just bad ram management. My SP on CM10.2 works without problems
Shows about 841 mb (total)
Sony Software can't do this!

It is something to do with the kernel I think
Sent from my C5303 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
there is nothing u could do in stock ROM unless u greenify everything + remove every bloatwares
but theres nothing wrong with the running ram, just let it filled... android is different alot than PC, in android the RAM is used to be filled, its normal... i remember some XDA members said that "unused ram is a wasted ram"
MAYBE, sony intented to do that to limit the apps prosessing
im not a developer and i dont understand why the 2 phones i mentioned both 1 gb ram and 1 show quarter missing , can anyone at least explain to us why does such a thing exist, ive been looking everywhere online but i couldnt find an answer! is it really that hard to answer?

well i found the answer, this 250 mb of ram that is hidden is reserved for the gpu as i read on some article.
and there could be a way to amend that a little bit through some kernel.
im now disappointed and thinking about replacing this phone as multitasking is very poor and its a basic feature of a smart phone.
its strange to see a chinese phone that is 110 usd faster with better multitasking and even the screen quality and gaming is better! why cant a top company like sony do something to give access to the 1 gb ram which is very needed for basic use

don't think more Ram will get you faster, new chips it is ..( bigger Cpu Cache, bigger GPU, Dual channel memory )
sony need those 200mb for gpu, because it's a multimedia hd phone and gaming phone ( 320 gpu like xz :fingers-crossed: )...so you get hd movie recorder , hd games, even you can trow this to hd tv ...
i have this $200 chinnese quadcore with msm8225 , 203 gpu,1Gb ram ... and i believe xsp faster than this chinnese quadcore
and this phone don't have NFC, can't play full hd movie, lags on hd games, can't record full hd movie, no os update, and the list will go on ...
antutu about 13k on this chip, on quadcore mediatek chip about 16k, xsp about 21k ... you tell me who is the fastest ...
so, don't bother what is show on bench, user experience is...

Please no more chinese phone jokes,
unless you found one with a Snapdragon 600/800 etc, the GPU performance is in those 110 USD chinese "Super phones" is very poor.
Not even comparable to the Adreno 225 let alone 320.
regards
Haha,my friend has a sgs4 and that has 2gb ram and 1.81 user accesible. At times his phone has 700-900 mb free...so dont complain
Phone is very good. And i honestly believe that another 100-150 MB of ram wouldnt make any difference...They would in my previous xperia X8 which had 27MB free ram all the time...But when you have 350+ free as i do now, being 500 wont change a thing.
With 250 EUR i got a phone with almost the performance of xpZ (yeah cause of 720 screen but its ok for me ) that wont slow down on everything you throw at it.So dont complain about the little missing RAM which as said is not wasted but is being used but for the GPU.:good:

Xperia E1
Hey Guys. This section from my understanding was made for the more lower end devices at much cheaper prices with still capabilities of mid-range/high end performances. Well, what about the upcoming Xperia E1?
It should be in here because:
1) It is the follow on from the current Xperia E in this section.
2) It is affordable and mid-range, like the devices in this sections.
3)Specs are decent (Dual Core 1.2 Ghz, Android 4.3, only 512MB of RAM) and so can be improved (RAM Swapfiles/Increasers, CM11 or Android 4.4.2, Maxed CPU with Greenify).
What do you think? And to top it off - Over than the Swapper for Root making Swapfiles, does anyone know how to actually increase the RAM of the Xperia E (Virtual or Internally?). I have 409MB Max Ram and I want to add 512MB more from my Class 4/4GB Sd card. Any help? Because RAM will increase my game's performance by far.
STAY ON TOPIC - Xperia E1, Opinions on the phone, release date, leaked secrets about it, will it be on this forum???
No offense dude, but you should never mention the E1 in this section of xda... Makes us lament our decisions (and hate Sony even more)
EDIT : I will answer your question about RAM though.
An SD card is MUCH MUCH slower than RAM. AFAIK, RAM is the fastest memory of any machine.
So even if you do use the SD card, it will be extremely slow.
That slow.

HIT THE THANKS BUTTON IF I WAS OF ANY HELP
The E1.... is a crap phone in its range and should be avoided at all costs. In it's range, we've got the Xperia M, Galaxy S Duos 2, and (after some stretching of the budget) the Moto G. You seriously think anybody would want this thing? The prices introduced in Germany are (from amazon.de) EUR 144. This is roughly equal to Rs. 12k, the price of an Xperia M. An S Duos 2 comes for Rs. 11k.
Note that the price is for Germany - looking at India's economy, I think it won't be released for less than 13k.
Ohh...
Sorry I was going for Xperia m as my summer choice anyway...

Xperia E1 might go to the Xperia L, Xperia M sections too. Maybe its a Semi-Tamsui (if you know what I mean) like the Xperia E itself.
the xe1 is a class for it self ... i mean it comes with a completely new chipset (qct s400; 2x1,2ghz cortex a7+adreno 302) ... and dunno but it comes without front cam ?!
and btw xperia m/l comes with qct snapdragon s4 plus and this means that they have a better gpu (i think so),so when you like music more than play games or something buy e1,for performance i would definitely choose m/l cause of cortex a9 cores and andreno 305.

E1 firmwares and other stuff wont work for E ......so i dont care even a bit for E1
and the ram swaping damages memory card if used for a long time ,,,life of the card decreases
This is a very cool phone, the case is just a little thick.
Damn Cool
I love the Xperia E1: It looks awesome (really similar to the Xperia Z1 Compact), it has the Walkman button and it has Android 4.3 .
And from the first Russian hands-on it seems that the display is really bright and colorful, and it seems very fast
P.S : The price in Italy is 119 euros, so who has Miro, Tipo and E can switch to it without spending a lot of money

just bought e1 dual today... at rm499 + free 8gb microsd, its way better than my older tipo single. and i still cant root it, yet. now trying to update to the newest software version. other than the loud 100db speaker, i would say it win over tipo because: bigger screen resolution, a litter faster chip, and louder speaker. other than that, everything is copied over.

i didnt have those games yet. maybe tonight i try to get asphalt 8. weird, antutu seems to crash whenever it reaches the graphics test (the screen with those fishes swimming). still no way to root it, yet. testing the e1dual with raging thunder 2, it runs smoothly, way better than tipo (better graphics, maybe?)
Update:
No asphalt 8 for e1d today. no wifi, h+ on maxis? too expensive for me... Suggestions?
Can anyone get a System Dump of E1 for me
Thanks

Open the .ftf with WinRar and extract system.sin. In Flashtool go to tools>sin editor and extract system.sin. You will get a system.ext4 file(Linux archive file). Use any Linux archiver to extract the folders in the system.ext4 file.
For the ramdisk you can use this tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1262656
You just need to extract the kernel.sin from the .ftf and follow the instructions. If you do not have Linux, Cywgin with perl installed should do.
Hope that helps

ZTE Axon ELITE owners club :)

Hello, as there is not this device on XDA yet, I hope you guys dont mind if I open this thread here.
Axon Pro and Axon Elite are basically same phones, only different is QHD screen vs FHD in Elite version and maybe colour and LTE bands and maybe only 3GB of RAM for Elite (still plenty). - feel free to correct me, I did not check it anymore.
I have ordered International/UK version from the only place I could find they have them for sale which was Ebay (official way?)
If you also have this version, please reply to this thread so we can share our experiences and founds.
I like the specs. Color not my style. No support for AT&T LTE either. Good value and quality device. Let us know how you like it when it arrives.

I think Elite is basically International model, you have to get Axon Pro to works fine in US I think.

So here is unboxing only, have to go away now so more to come later I am sorry for video quality as OPPO R7+ totally sucks!!!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adLo1XvVbfc&feature=youtu.be
hey.... nice unboxing video,
now my first 24 hours with this phone....works perfekt for me...
will compare now with my nubia z9 max ....its very hard....
the problem is axon has the 800 lte band and the nubia has it not.
is the modem changeable?
hope to get soon more informations about this.
(sorry for my funny English)...
Greetings Andy from Germany
So, here are my thoughts after two days of use:
Pros:
Screen is brilliant, very sharp and bright, no yellow bottom as some of Axon Pro sold in US. Performance is really good, the system is very smooth no lags when operating. Antutu score around 57000. Gaming is also no problem, last Need for Speed game runs smooth. Like the design have to say and phones`s size. Easy to hold in one hand. Fingerprint sensor works great! It is very quick to unlock so I am happy to use it - with other phones before I did not use the lockscreen at all as it was too slow to unlock then . Like the stock rom as it has many features you can find in custom roms only. Not a single app crash or close down. It does not overheat.

Settings:
Negs:
- After long press on back button to see your recent apps I find it takes long time to load , maybe two seconds. (less time with less apps opened of course)
- Main speaker quality is only average - this is not music phone , call speaker quality is worse than average. The sound quality of voice call is below average have to say. The sound is "flat", you still understand what the person saying, but you think you are not talking to a person but to some machine There is lack of details like person`s accent or his mood while talking. I never had same experience like this with other phone.
Still to test: Battery, Camera, Hi-Fi music mode, ZTE customer support app
Another findings:
Charging (phone is OFF - when phone is off you can press power button and display shows the % of capacity while keeping phone in OFF state):
from 0 to 60% of capacity takes 60 minutes
from 0 to 80% of capacity takes 80 minutes
from 0 to 93% of capacity takes 100 minutes
from 0 to 100% of capacity takes 110 minutes - with Quick Charge 2.0 I was hoping it`ll be quicker (keep in mind this was first full charging, so maybe it was not as fast as it could be)
This is the screenshot of charging when phone is ON, the original charger is 1500mAh:
Phones comes with some third party apps pre-installed, but not so many and they CAN be uninstalled via App Manager. Also there is Avast Antivirus built-in to the rom, but does not update for me. Some junk cleaners and other apps similar to apps in ColorOS. Also there is ZTE app for customer support with live chat
Now, about CPU:
I will have to test this further but this should be 8-core CPU (4 slow cores and 4 fast cores) right? Snapdragon 810 has Cortex A-53 and Cortex A-57.
This screenshot says the fast cores (A57) should be clocked to 2 Ghz:
And slow cores (A53) on 1.5Ghz:
This screen is showing all 8 cores and their frequencies:
The problem is while doing Antutu benchmark I NEVER see more than 2 fast cores working. The other two are always offline:
Compare it to Snapdragon 615 in OPPO R7 Plus while running Antutu benchmark:
So as a quick resume it seems the kernel never let more than 2 cores from A57 to be working. Hopefuly I am wrong here and will get all 4 cores work somehow.
Hi...
You are right...only 6 Cores working...
i can confirm this.
i have written this to the german support team...
Not so funny...
Regards
Andy
update:
on my nubia z9 max with snapdragon 810
are allso 2 cores not working (core 7 and 8)
and on the axon it is (core 6 and 7)

Hi Andy, thank you for your info. I found it really strange and was not sure if I am doing something wrong. After testing phone for next few days I found sound quality of phone calls is really bad. The sound of people`s voice is really "flat" and it is really nothing as clear voice call. I am not native English speaker and have to say I was having trouble to understand Irish speakers. I switched back to OPPO R7 Plus where voice calls are excellent and having no issues there at all. Also found battery drain is really high for me (I think because the SD810) so I am sending Axon Elite back to seller. No longer want it to be honest. It is great phone spec/value but I`ll be happier with OPPO R7 Plus which is getting CyanogenMod very soon.
PS: tried the "equaliser" called something "Hi-Fi" and second called "Dolby Digital". It just did not work with any music app, not even default one. Only the one "Hi-fi" in the settings worked in its demo mode - it has 4 presets, but neither of these works while playing music. When testing display (with YAMTT app), the screen was able to detect no more than 2 touches (fingers), when touch more than two the fingers screen freeze

sorry mate, I sent my Axon Elite back to seller, wasnt happy with it
default launcher
Hello mates!
I'm just starting to get familiar with this device and in general, I'm quite satisfied about it. I't is not the best you can find in the market but it's the cheaper, considering its specifications. However, I found serious difficulties to put in alphabetical order the icons included in the default launcher. After trying it for a long time, I couldn't get it so, does anybody know how to do?
Thank you in advance!
Does anybody think it is reliable...? http://www.marshmallow-rom.xyz/rom/marshmallow/zte-axon-elite-7542.html
Personally, I do not trust at all in this link but it would be fine, right ...?
