yeah that's what i figured, do you choose your own server or let the app choose? I ask because my scores are all over the place when i let the app choose. check the last 2 results in the screen shot one is on lte the other is wifi - ViperOne

Thnx for the picture. I choose my own places and I tested it before and after flashing ARHD several time. My conclusion is 100% sure that the problem is in the Rom. Not only the speed was bad but also the WiFi bar was crap.

Nothing wrong with the ROM for me:

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth have nothing to do with radio firmware. They are on a separate chip...

I flashed this radio about 2h ago and everything seems good so far, no change at home from 7.08 radio, let's see what happens tomorrow at work (there I have bad signal reception)
I flashed this Radio only. I don't know how it is possible but Gesture Search no longer activates with Double Flip Motion. I can't think of anything I've done otherwise that may cause this interference. Also ran a callibiration and reinstalled Gesture Search.
Anyone else having trouble with Double Flip? Please let me know. Weird.

Wondering ! Cool thx pfak,it worked ok for me.
I have to restart the APN every once and a while
and the APN fix is just for the new kernel,... I hope there will be an other radio included in the WWE rom

What on earth has APN config to do with kernel?
there should have been a question mark but it got lost in rewriting I guess.
I thought it had to do with the kernel since snakehult made a topic: APN update FroYo 2.2 - Kernel 2.6.32.17
To me that looked like APN update included in kernel 2.6.32
It has nothing to do with kernel.

As usual it appears that this thread has been derailed by people having no idea what they are talking about, this is a RADIO update and ONLY affects the RADIO.
It does not affect: APN configuration, WiFi, Bluetooth, The colour of the sky
Please, please stop with the anecdotal responses and things like 'this works better' or 'this works worse' without actual benchmarks and proof (such as a 'control' phone) your postings are useless and just take up space.
Actually I don't know about Legend, but in others phones radio affects to almost every wireless stuff (like WIFI or GPS) because of the integration just in one chip.
On Legend Qualcomm MSM7227 (SOC) drives phone's radio and TI WL1273 drives Wi-Fi, BT and FM radio.

Since when were radio's flashed through recovery? I've flashed many radio's, but through HBOOT. And anyone have an MD5? Easiest way to brick your phone right here. I'm on the 2.15.00.11.19 radio right now.
I have no idea how I works but it does. Ha

Interesting, I dug through the zip, there is indeed a radio.IMG, and an updater script to flash the radio.IMG. That's a new one.

Looks like 2.X from what the OP said. But I'm not flashing until I have a proper MD5, just incase.
someone feel free to modify it to make it work in bootloader. i just found it and gave it a whirl and it worked.
got the bootloader hboot version to work, check out OP
I flashed the CWM version and it works just fine. Thanks for the thread
So I'm not entirely sure how the naming theme works, but it appears this radio is a lower version number than the newest evo radio for the Inc.
Newest radio we have is 2.15.00.11.19 and this one here is 2.15.00.04.08?
Please enlighten me, someone.

to my knowledge its the newer version, from the gingerbread 2.3.3 EVO leak from earlier today. and what i was reading, can't remember the link, but its a april 8th, 2011 radio file.

None so far. I used the Bootloader version to install. Worked fine.
I have been 88-92 dBm in my computer room with every radio I have tried. The Evo 11.19 was around -90 and was the most stable for me and best call quality.
I am sitting at -85 dBm with this radio. Not a huge difference, but I am optimistic.
Of course I will have to play with it for a few days to be sure the dbm difference equates to call quality and download speeds.
Thanks for the link.
Just flashed the bootloader version. Fine. Ill see how it is over the next few days
Hmmm, curious. I want to flash but skeptical at this point.
Here we go again with the pointless radio flashing.

Guys, please look at the thread title "Nik_Aura_Rebirth_Sense4a_ICS First Shots !!"
The picture of the camera that nikhil posted is 100% exact the same as that of my HTC One S with Android 4.0.3 and Sense 4.0.

Trinity 4.5 is slower and takes a lot more memory than CM72.
Still, I always keep a Nandroid of that rom on my phone. Sense 3.5 is not that bad (the lock screen with the weather and the apps selection are pretty cool).
I would like to say this that im never in a race of stuff , i better do things at my pace so il give you what you guys actually want .. +

Question Wifi problem of realme 8.

Hello everyone, hope you guys are having a great day! I've bought my phone (realme 8/4g) about a week ago, it's working fine except the wifi segment. Wifi gets disconnected and reconnects on it's own. I've tried to solve the issue through several methods:-
1. Checked the router as well as frequency (2.4/5Ghz), both of them are working fine as well as i'm running my primary device using the same network it didn't face any issue! Router--> Deco M4, dual unit [firmware is up to date]
2.did a network reset of the phone but in vain.
I've got an update few days ago, after that the issue has been occurring frequently. Before the update the phone was somehow stable! Please find me a soln. Also, provide me the best working gcam rn for this device!
Thanks a ton!

Nope, i was only using wifi then
after updating to android 12 version c.07, I can't login to my home 5G wifi. Before the update everything was without problem. Does anyone have any experience or knows the cause?
I have the Realme 8 5G and I also had the problem of disconnection with a TP-Link Deco M5 and the solution was to deactivate the mesh technology for my device from the deco app and thus the disconnection problem was solved
