Not sure I understand this ROM? It looks like CM 1-11 with a lot of apps pre installed. Did I miss the tweaks in the OP. I'm on my phone not on a browser on a computer so maybe i missed it or can't see it..

[ROM] Incredilicious Final Rev 12/01/11 2.3.4 (4.08.605.2)

Incredilicious Final Rev 12/01/11 2.3.4 (4.08.605.2)
This is a Rom I've been working on for over a month now, and has been tested extensively on six Dincs. It's my own personal ROM (for my personal tastes) based on a stock rooted 2.3.4 (4.08.605.2) base (stock kernel) for those of you that choose to stay close to stock. It's not for everyone, I just thought I'd share it for those looking for a Stock Based ROM.
Special thanks to Wildstang83 for the stock ROM as my base
Special thanks to 00McD00 for the quick settings tab, and some parts of the systemui.apk, and frameworkres.apk, and for his lockscreen (modified 3d for this ROM).
Special thanks to Devildog8791 for the Black Dialer
As you can see from the "Running Services" screen shot, all the VZW [email protected] has been ripped out, along with a few other unnecessary services that hinder battery life and speed.
File Explorer has been added so you don't have to hit the Market right off the install to get to your files.
Updated Market to ICS version. Updated Maps, GMail, VoiceSearch, SuperUser, Flash Player 11, etc. (nothing should have to be updated after install). ClockQ has been added for those that don't like that big azzed Weather clock (like myself), go into Apps, configure your clock, and add it as a widget to your home screen.
Battery indicator with 1% increments, full color signal strength meter, etc.
Quicksettings in the notification tab.
Flyaway transitions have been added to most transitions in the ROM.

Normal disclaimer about how flashing a rom can be dangerous for your phone, blah, blah, blah. Please always perform a backup before flashing this ROM. If you some how screw the pooch, consider it "Pilot Error", and I am not responsible.

There will be no more revisions to this ROM (God knows it's been through enough revisions already).
If you want to modify icons, battery meter, etc. Hit the UOT kitchen HERE!
If you plan on using a different kernel, do so at your own risk. I have no idea who's kernel works with this ROM, as I didn't develop the other kernels. This ROM uses the stock 2.6.35.13-g03546aa kernel associated with GB 2.3.4. Please ask that question in the kernel thread
Final disclaimer:
If you're not secure enough with your own sexuality to have some purple highlights here and there, then by all means stay away from this ROM!
Original Wallpaper, and the "Stocks" app link directly below: ("Stocks" app is a flashable CWM zip file).
Five CWM flashable Screen Locks all in one pack (including Stock_Incredulicious_lockscreen.zip which will get you back to the original lock screen that came with this ROM).

I have flashed about 20 ROMs and, I have to say, yours is a beauty. I love all the color, the fly-aways and how fast it is. Do you live in an Ice Fortress by any chance?
I am thinking of trying tiny's 12/01/11 kernel but I definitely don't want to "hurt" your ROM at all.
In any case, thanks for a terrific ROM!
Tinys newest makes it smokin fast, but needs the power menu, the one from the other roms will not work, unless i did something wrong. I really like having multiple boot options, and this rom is lacking that. Other than that, it may be the fastest rom ive ever used, and i didnt even oc it. Helluva rom.

Morning,
I was just wondering if you knew why I can't get the image to load past the HTC Incredible screen. I can load SR4.2, GingerSense and a multitude of others, however this one seems to just hang.
Running fast for me as well! Excellent Rom! I may try Tiny's latest, but I don't really want to mess with it. lol!

Just make a back up as it is right now, then try tiny's kernel. Backups will save the kernel you're using, so you can always revert back.

[ROM][JB 4.2.2] Unofficial SlimBean 7.1 for HTC Vivid [July 8 2013]

First off, I am by no means a developer. These guys do some amazing work and it has inspired me to start and get involved. This was done by lots of reading, clicking, sitting, reading, sitting, and clicking. Most of the hard work was already done by the real developers, so I would like to thank them early on-
Albinoman887, android1234567 and TeamHydra for getting the ball rolling with CM10.1 booting on our devices
h8rift, mg and slam for all the work done with CM10 and all the other amazing ROMs available for our devices
CyanogenMod and SlimRom teams for making some beautiful feature rich ROMs
DennisBold for porting the ROM to Sensation, only making it that much easier for me
Anyone else I may have forgotten, you too!
I got this booting by using albinoman's 0629 CM10.1 build as a base then using rishabh.raj37's guide to port SlimBean from the Sensation over to our device.
With a HUGE hand from sultan/android1234567, we have a 99% operational SlimBean ROM, built from source! Thank him here for his awesome work, without him I'd still be searching the forums! :silly:

Running the booted ROM right now, really don't understand why but the Baseband version isn't showing up in the settings menu either. Has to be something to do with a ported file right? And there are folders for the internal and external SD but they show up as empty, even though they are still fully populated in recovery and CM10.1... Somewhere a line is pointing to the wrong path, I just need to find and fix it. Seems the APN issue might be a little tougher for me to figure out on my own..

I'm pretty sure you have to do some kernel tweaks to get it to boot. once albino gets back I'll do some testing with him to get it running.

Upon first try it didn't boot, but second try before flashing albinoman's 6/30 kernel it booted. I can't seem to get mobile data connected, but the APNs are already there so that issue is a bit smaller. SD cards still don't seem to be showing up in File Manager, SuperUser seems to be malfunctioning somehow too, trying to change File Manager to Root Access Mode doesn't bring up the SuperUser app and File Manager stops responding.

Go into developers settings and make sure root access is set to at least apps.
If so does it use stock cm10.1 superuser? if not I can help you there

Rebooting right now, I'll check that once its up. Just flashed the 6/30 kernel and so far so good.
And it does use the CM10.1 SuperUser app

Is the issue of Bootloop when turning on the GPS resolved in this ROM?
Also, in the Screenshots above the ROM version shows as 4.2.2. Is this the correct screenshot?
Installed However......
Install went ok. Got stuck in boot screen the first time around then reinstalled a second time and it booted fine. Did not install gapps yet. Right now I see no access to system settings via icon in apps drawer or via menu. Ech install I've done full wipes.

For the screenshot, just meant to give you an idea of how it looks. I have no bootloop issues with gps turned on just not work and nothing more.

As for all the tests I have been able to do with gps, if it doesn't bootloop when turned on, it does tend to try to run in in the background. So I recommend that you just turn it off then reboot. That way it doesn't even try to run (take up resources).

This ROM is amazing, but I keep getting FCs. com.google.gapps or something like that FCs almost every thirty minutes and com.google.location or something like that FCs about every two hours. Could it be the gapps package, or is it the rom?

Hello, Which one is the correct MD5?
I downloaded the .ZIP ROM 3 times (2 using firefox and 1 using Chrome) on my PC and I keep getting this MD5: D1D48B507EBE57CC40C0D82A6C8D0694
However on the initial post (over the download link) it says the MD5 is: 51a203c88356ddae4ff9061373d914c0
and in your reply you stated MD5: f542399c8cc6c72a8c6defb8e476a147

Sorry about that man. If you got the same MD5 3 times you should be good. That happened because I initially uploaded both roms and then modified a couple of scripts and fixed some theming stuff and added some things to the custom settings. It all happened the day before I went to work so I never got the chance to update the MD5 hash in the download section. Sorry again mate. I'll have one of my teammates update that for you ASAP[emoji106]

Themes
Hey everyone! Is anyone else having the same problem?
I am having problems using the themes whether I use the TW themes or the Alliance Manager Themes... Some times they work, but most times I get error messages...
Another thing is that most backgrounds (wallpapers) are different that the preview picture...
I am new to flashing ROMs and stuff (used to be an iPhone user), so sorry if I seem like a noob

If you get an error message you should delete the Alliance folder on the SDCard and then reopen Alliance Manager and try again. Or try the wallpaper fix. Some themes have been updated and may or may not have the same images

SLOW Download
Is there any reason my otherwise fast internet is downloading the N3 Base ROM at a rate that is showing anywhere from 1-3 days to complete? Is there possibly a mirror somewhere that I could try instead?
P.S. OK, I guess after waffling between 1-6 days for awhile, it has finally started to pick up. They must want to see if you can weather that first 100 MB before cranking up the bandwidth. LOL
GPS
I've flashed both the Note 3 and S5 base of Milestone 2 and GPS doesn't work on either of them. Using the GPS test app, my phone doesn't detect ANY satellites. How does one resolve this issue? Thanks!

the touch wiz themes are only for the touch wiz launcher and is an old mod that should be removed.
I recommend using Alliance Manager themes as they will theme almost 100% of your phone.

I've replaced the following files:
/system/lib/hw/gps.default.so
/system/lib/hw/gps.goldfish.so
/system/lib/libloc_adapter.so
/system/lib/libloc_api_v02.so
/system/lib/libloc_eng.so
/system/etc/gps.conf
I followed this guide. I haven't been able to find any other information on the issue other than a "hardware" fix. I know this isn't the problem because I was using DynamicKat before returning to Alliance and GPS was working flawlessly on that ROM.

Try this.
Download GPS status and toolbox from the play store and use it to update agps data and play with the app. I have never had an issue with GPS on this rom. If you have replaced those files than what I would suggest is a total clean flash again.
Even inside in my basement I get a lock in less than 5 seconds and while it's not a perfect lock, remember I'm in the basement.
Edit: also make sure you have location services turned on. It's not really on by default on this rom.

Thanks! I found this solution and did an NV Rebuild. Then I updated the agps data and it worked flawlessly. Also, the GPS Status app is much nicer than the GPS test one I was using before. Now, the only thing preventing me from going back to your S5 base is that choppy audio when the screen is off, lol. Thanks for your guidance!

Weird,,, other people don't seem to have this problem,, have u got dual sim xperia xz?
Hi Frago, after all this mess i managed to get your XplayZtation Rom to work and it works well, aurora rom wont get pass trough initial setup as pretty much all apps are crashing and I can't get pass through android first setup process. I have no idea why at first i couldt either; not get supersu working after unlock bootloader and installing twrp recovery, also couldnt wipe data without errors as i wrote you couple hours before. Actually this afternoon i got in a bootloop after 2nd try flashing Aurora rom, managed to enter twrp recovery turned off device, after turning it on again all data were wiped and i could perform a full wipe, then flashing your rom worked perfectly fine. Can i flash androplus kernel or is your kernel more efficient?

- was my problem caused by the fact i tri d to flash the roms from internal memory? I'm experienced with nexus 6p and op2 but have no experience with micro sd extention devices. Could give me your feedback about that?
-Also, how would you suggest to go back to Sony Stock rom if needed?

Hi Frago, really thankful for your answers
1. I'll try to go back to stock using Sony flash tool when they will confirm my account on Emma.
2. I'll flash andro kernel but can i flash it now that your rom has been installed already?
3. I'll send you feedback about your Rom, I'm so excited I don't have to stick with sony bloatware...
4. By reading there could be problems with sd stored apps and stuff on marshmallow i thought maybe sd card mounted flashing could be an issue...
Take care
