Have you tried using any other chargers?

The charger is Compatible with all phones HTC with appropriate (mini-usb or micro-usb), USB cable, so it does not harm the battery

I have a terrible problem, my phone can't charge by wall charger or PC. My battery & USB cable and charger are OK I tested them by another x8, What do you think? what can I do?
How can I fix it?
Is it possible that my IC charge is broken?
I can access to Memory card by USB cable and when plug it to PC or wall Charger my LED show color But phone can't charge!!!!!!!!
I use stock Kernel+Stock Rom (2.1 Eclair)
other can charge their phone with my USB cable+wall charger and transfer data.
Please Help me.
Are you using the proper usb lead? As I have a cheap lead that does the same it works fine for file transfer but it wont charge the phone.

Did you change kernels,or anything else

I had the same on GDX, every single week i was need to full wipe , because of that;/ but now is okay. Just try full wipe, it should work.
stock rom - not rooted , cuz i brick it and need to do everything again..

Have you tried using some other charger ?
There could be a charger problem since it seems to be working with usb cable hence the charging port seems fine :angel:

I am having same issue with HTC one M7... with android 4.4.3 on Viper ROM.... with HTC charger...
I now charge with PC or battery bank... i dont know where is the problem...
