HTC ones adreno 320 more powerful than the LG G2s Adreno 330? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a HTC One for quite a long time (2 in fact) and my cousin bought a LG G2 the day it released. Now the G2 is much newer and beats the HTC one in almost every benchmark (I know benchmarks aren't everything) but every single time I do quadrant on both phones the HTC one scores higher on 2D and 3D benchmark. And a few other benchmarks like epic citadel. These phones are both unrooted, HTC One Sense 5.5 Android 4.3. LG G2 android 4.2.2. These phones are both UK
version unlocked. Just curious

Incredible S Vs Sensation

Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy either Incredible S or Sensation. Their Price difference is 2K.
I have read somewhere that Incredible S will be stop from service soon.. Is that so??? If so, i hope the ROM development activities will be carried forward here..
So , Which one should i buy??
Cheers!!!!
Personally I'd get a sensation. I only got this due to it being on sale and I needed a phone quick. .....2k? What currency ?

Indian Rupees,, Incredible S 20K INR and Sensation 22K INR
Check the specs but I'm pretty sure sensations are more powerful for pretty much the same price.

HTC Sensation is a little bit more powerfull ( at least the processor ). The mobile itself isn't that much better than Incredible S but it has a better support. It is more recent so it gets official updates first and will probably still get more updates than Incredible S. HTC Sensation also has been a very popular phone so I guess it also has a better comunity than the Inc S. The only thing that would be making me bying an Inc S (besides the price but the difference seem low) would be the design. I like a lot the design of the Inc S and it is a little smaller.

Help deciding

Hey guys! my Incredible S has been habi g issues with the charging lately, and dust has got into the front facing camera so I'm thinking some time soon it might be time to upgrade.
I have recently been offered a few phones and would appreciate your input,
The first is a HTC sensation, also a HTC vivid, a Motorola DROID RAZR, and a galaxy s2 lte
Which one would you go for? Or should I wait until my ics completely dies? All phones are being offered for 300 except the sensation at 250

Check each forum to see how active the devs are.
Personally id go with the galaxy or wait for other dual cores to drop in price.

check out forums on each device. For me its either, stick with ur Inc S, get sensation (they will have quite.a.few.sense 4 Rome or get.the s2

Hi mate.
The evo is junk compared to the note.
Ive had both so can say clearly.
And i think chas's comment may have been sarcasm!

Note is far better than evo 3d
I was waiting for the Note 2 to replace my Desire Z, when my small regional carrier started carrying the original Note with a nice subsidized price. So I decided to get the Note now. Impressed so far
My aging eyes love the large screen, and I'm not missing the Z's slide-out keyboard like I thought I might. I have it rooted and Titanium Backup running just fine.
Mine came with 4.0.3, so I updated to stock 4.0.4 from these forums. Now looking for a nice clean Touchwiz ROM to try.

[POLL] HTC One (M7) vs Samsung Galaxy S IV

I wanted to see a visual representation of which device people in the Vivid forums are switching too. Im with the S4 :highfive:
S4 for me as well...probably use my upgrade to get the att variant...then ill sell it at close to full retail price and use that towards the international version

Neither. Something better will be out before the end of the year. Picking up the Nexus 5 and holding onto my upgrade.

HTC One all the way , I know they sometimes disappointing but im inlove their phone LOL
If I had to choose between the two phones, I would choose the S4. The HTC One's issues with battery life is my biggest concern. I am probably not going to get either phone as my contract doesn't end till June 2014. If I was going to upgrade I was thinking about getting the Blu Life One, it is half the price, comes unlocked and there is no overlaying OS on top of Android.

While the one looks impressive, after having 3 HTC phones and **** support for all 3 including the major issues devs have had with the devices I'm def going Samsung next. All HTC care about is selling devices then abandoning them, and while I still love the look and feel of HTC they have dug their own grave.

ill be upgrading to the S4 as soon as it comes out

This pretty much goes against other rumours where they were going to merge the Butterfly and One into
Be happy you're owning perhaps the last HTC phone with 3 buttons and Beats Audio. Unless this successor has 3 buttons but I don't think it will, most of HTC's phones this year are only 2 buttons except HTC First, Desire L, Desire 200 and Butterfly s.

same, I think 1080p screen and stereo speakers, for me it doesn't need to get any better than that
The MicroSD slot is good for the 1080p screen too. Can store HD videos comfortably. The phone would have been even better if it retained the waterproof capabilities of it's predecessor and if it sported a SOC 800 but it's good nonetheless.

no, what i meant is there wer rumours that the two lines will be merged as one next year. No more Butterfly probably and instead just one distinctive flagship.
The other thing that makes no sense is Snapdragon 800. Current rumours are that One Max won't get 800 for many reasons (such as HTC struggling and being unable to afford it, or Qualcomm themselves not letting HTC have it because it is to much a financial risk)

That's just rumors. I don't think that such phone will be released at least within half a year. HTC has problems with ordering Snap 800 for the current devices and most of vendors have already got their prerogative in using these chips.
well, i would not mind a 5.2" screen and snapdragon 800, i understand this Butterfly II will arrive early next year

http://www.androidauthority.com/rum...terproof-capabilities-multiple-colors-278346/
hope it also has a 3000mah battery tho
i think we should just be contented with our butterfly s, the new models are gonna be pretty much flowing out all the time..
my only gripe with butterfly s is the snapdragon 600 =S
oh i'm very happy with my Butterfly S, not looking to replace it very soon
my previous phone was a Razr Maxx HD, so this is quite a beast in comparison
i'm gonna (try to) wait till after summer next year for a next phone
by that time we'll know everything thats to know about KitKat and there probably will be plenty phones released with 4.4 pre-installed
