Dirty Unicorns (DU) is a custom ROM originally based off AOKP but now OMNI-ROM, brings you a great mix of stability and customization. The idea to start a ROM like this was purely out of boredom but later turned into a form of an addiction, a good one. We began to have fun while still doing things the right way. By doing so, we received high praise from not only our users but by fellow developers of other ROMs that enjoy seeing things done the right way. This ROM will always be free of charge without any strings attached or any of it's developers luring you into donating or any form of "pay to flash".
"Give credit and thanks where is due!" That's something that has fuel the way we do things! With that said, we would like to go ahead and credit those individuals and groups that have made this ROM possible with their original code and contributions to the Android community.....
| Omni-ROM | AOKP | ChaOS | Paranoidandroid | SlimROMs | Preludedrew | Official Testers / Translators |
Believe it or not, we are human and we do forget things. If we have left someone out of the credit/thanks list, just PM us and we'll gladly add on to the list.

It's working fine for me. Clearing the app data might fix the issue :good:

I'll try that. For some reason when I press the pictures icons it shows 0 pictures. ..it was like it was not reading the card.
another issues I'm not sure what the difference is between gapps and PA gapps but when I tried to flash PA gapps it dialed to activate during first boot up and did not confirm the activation so I re flashed without PA gapps then loaded a generic form of gapps instead.

Any idea how to get rid of this phantom notification plus sign thing at the top left corner of my screen? I have nothing when I pull down my status bar...

Next I would like to thank my team for putting up with me disappearing for two weeks to make this work for you guys. There are so many people I want to thank for making this possible. First biggest thanks to slayher, he did this first and has helped out with ALOT of bugs that he had to deal with when there was no one else here to help him fix them. He also helped me update this to mr2.5 General thanks go to birdman, b16, cvpcs, the whole cm team, peteralfonso, drod2169, ksknightmare, the irc guys, sgarriques, imoseyon, the users in this thread including avlfive and jaxidian and mikereDD which i've seen answer hundreds of questions. If I don't have you listed and you helped in some way, biggest thanks to you. Im old sorry.

Everything's awesome except there's one thing I am nitpicky about...when the phone is in landscape, boxes outline the main dock. Is there anyway to fix that and still keep the launcher? (Other than getting a new launcher; adw, etc.)

you could probably manually edit the images for it.
Can someone who has come from cm7 nightlies please tell me what is different/better about this build? I know this is built independent of CM, but I'm trying to gauge if the differences are enough to warrant flashing this and restoring all my data and apps. Thanks.

Where might I find the files for that? And any particular reason as to why you did it? Doesn't bother me that much, I'm just wondering if there was a practical reason for it.

Well.
AOSP Laucher2 doesnt support landscape by default.
When I enabled that setting, it threw some stuff off. The landscape drawable werent updated for gb, so the launcher in landscape had the froyo buttons, kida white-ish and translucent.
What i did was take the images from the portrait verison, and swap those in. The result isnt perfect, but its better than no landscape and/or froyo images

Ive reflashed OMFGB, booted it, then went back to recovery and flashed GAPPS seperately, still no luck.
Any suggestions?

[ROM][PAC-man][4.2.2][UNOFFICIAL]Galaxy Exhibit 4g

PAC-man ROM is a mash up of AOKP, Paranoid and Cyanogenmod. Their official motto is pretty fitting too, “Why choose when you can have it all?”
***Disclaimer*** I have barely tested this (too busy) so I can not attest to it's smoothness, stability, battery life, etc... so think of this as an all invited test session.

1.) download ROM and gapps and put them on your SD (internal or external)
2.) boot into recovery (TWRP it's better)
3.) wipe data, cache and dalvik
4.) flash ROM and gapps
5.) reboot and let it sit for 5-10 min
6.) enjoy!
7.)I would also recommend disabling, or changing the gravity of pie control, so the very bottom of the screen works correctly. (We don't have onscreen keys) settings>system>pie settings>trigger area>none

EDIT: as of 6/13 a local manifest is now used. This can be found at https://github.com/Teamlce/ancora_local_manifest
The first post is still applicable, but instead of syncing, with my repo, sync from the official PAC-man one and add my local manifest

Thanks for continuing on this project! You're on your way to being up there with cam, tim, and smartguy lol.

Idk if it will break anything but I would wait until an update since stuff has recently been fixed and improved. He's good about updates, so give him some time
As for system ui taking allot of memory that's probably not surprising since there is allot of color changing in status bar and visual tweaks in pac. Im not seeing this on my end though and 9.8 is not that much at all. Games can easily go 100 and lock up the phone

This is always something everybody needs to remember. The phone does NOT have enough memory to run many games that people want to play (didn't Alan Parsons say that?). It's the phone's worst weakness and it's a big one. Not only that system UI is many cases runs at 20mb or more so 9 is actually very good.

I don't have a gs4 yet but I use this Rom on my GS3,is the camera app full 13mp and does it record 1080p and 720p with little to no problems?

What icon pack is that in the O.P.?
Other than that, this is by far the best AOSP rom I have run yet on this device. Even blows Pacman out (and that's saying something!) Only been running a few hours, but she is BUTTERY smooth! Gonna download Peel next to test the IR blaster. Thanks again, OP!
Scratch that, don't care. Was trolling for Icon Packs and then I started getting crazy. Now to find some fonts to match.
Anyone know of any 8Bit Keyboards that are worth a damn? SwiftKey doesn't have any good themes.
Is it just me or does calling seem glitch, after you hangup sometimes and try to call again it keeps saying call ended and have to reboot to fix it.

Mine's working fine. Just called my local best buy, hung up and called again with no issue.

Hmm wonder what's causing it I think it only happens when the other person hangs up first not for sure I'll let the ROM settle for a bit

on G+ i saw every sunday update...
Tried to find the post....doesnt seem to get it again..
Looking pretty cool, quite refreshing!
A few places with White (or very light gray) text on white background (for example SU app, and Accounts).
Also it must be based on a slightly older version of PA cause I think Hover now blacklists more stuff by default
As a minus, I'd say that I do not like so much how the default launcher used by the rom has some limitations that go away by buying the pro version, but whatever, really not a big deal, cause same thing happens with some roms using Nova for example.
Thanks for the port!
By the way, look like there are some special Gapps for this rom?
here is the link :
http://d-h.st/k5I
found it in that thread :

haven't tried them, since I reverted to my usual rom for work, but will give it a go and report if no one did before me
Played for whole day with ur rom..
One thing i wanna say is that thx for ur hard work.ur rom is smooth and feel pleasant.. And the inspire hybrid color engine(i think this is right name )is awesome.love ur rom ..
Now about battery life i got 3hrs and 4 min of scrn on time with heavy usage in total 6 hrs from 100 to 9%.
Not bad but can be better than this.
2. In color engine there is some mismatch of colors like when we open skype the status bar turns white and few other apps does same.
3- is there any chance of getting nightlies?

I just read on Google+ that he plans on releasing a new build every Sunday unless he needs more time to properly test it then it might take a little longer

Any change log?
Hey, quick question, is it possible to disable the lockscreen blur? (looked for the option in Security, but could not find it)
Thanks
