LiquidSmooth Testing - Nook Color General

I am looking for someone to test a LiquidSmooth build, that i made for the Nook color (Encore). I have one being shipped to me and it will arrive in a few days i will test it then. But it would be nice if someone could test it before, the liquidsmooth tree is based on the CM tree.
Download link: http://www.drdevs.com/devs/teamliquid/Nightly/Nook Color/LS-KK-v3.0-2014-03-13-encore.zip
Gapps: http://www.drdevs.com/devs/teamliquid/Gapps/

Got the files downloaded, but my Nook is sitting on 16%. Let me charge a bit abd I'll give it a shot!

Sorry, Man!
ROM and gapps flashed just fine. Boot animation is totally borked. Bright lime green screen and could barely make out the words "Smooth Liquid".....went through the "upgrading android".....but never got to the welcome screen. Still with the lime green screen, I could see "process.android.com stopped"
Please don't give up on this as I would really like to use this! If you need me to test another build just shoot me a pm. Currently using Gummy 4.4.

Stuck pixels... Help

Should I worry about 4 stuck pixels. They are very small and up by the notification bar. Blue and red dots. I've only had it a week. But had to return my first 3 atrixs for other issues. This phone other than that runs perfect. They will think I'm crazy.

you should DEFIANTLY be able to return it seeing as how dead pixels are a defect from the device.
Sorry about your bad luck with the Atrix, 3 phones? sheesh! I got mine on the release date and it's been perfect.
I've got about FIFTY scattered all up and down the screen... Motorola better replace it, considering it is less than 6 weeks old... bought it at Best Buy and their policy is 30 days so I'm probably out of luck there. I'll keep you guys posted though.

I actually have a decently functioning d2att port. How to install if interested:
First make a backup
Then wipe data. You can dirty flash if you're already running cm10.1 but don't dirty flashes are a no-no.
Then flash this:
http://db.tt/p4FgJsnN
Then flash this:
http://db.tt/KoRbVtrT
But WiFi/cell service doesn't work at all yet so just understand that before you flash. Also the screen doesn't really shut off. Sort of a pain in the butt but still, its for developers haha.
Oh and also MAKE A BACKUP.
This actually isn't all my work, i just simply modified a few text files. Here is the original thread:

I've had it running for a few hours now and it seems very stable! There are some issues to address though.
1. Making folders on the home screen and adding apps to them work until I get a FC on Trebuchet. Then all my folders disappear and the first app that was placed in the folder is where the folder was.
2. Some apps FC on first boot then works fine right after on the second. For example, the camera (stock and focal) FC on first boot until I started them again. Working fine now.
3. Google wallet seems to hang while trying to select default card. :/
Those seems to be what I found so far.
Other than that! Works amazing and my IR works outta the box with Smart Remote app :good:
Will report any other findings as they appear if any.

[FIX]Proximity Sensor on Custom Roms

Earlier today @Eruditass had the same issue with the proximity sensor we've been having. I suggested adding in the proximity sensor build.prop line, but that didn't help. Instead of saying F it, he messed around with some system values and found a way to make it work correctly, but it didn't persist from boot to boot. He then made an init script, but it didn't work when it should have....I took what he did and added a line to it...instead of just sending "on", I sent "off" then "on" and it worked. Here ya go, flash away.
Directions
Be on a 4.2 or 4.3 rom that has proximity sensor issues.
Flash the attached zip
?????
Profit
Obviously, if your not running a 4.2+ rom and are planning to install one.....install the rom\gapps then the fix.....
Wouldn't install for me. Said there were invalid number of arguments.

Yes, it detects when the phone is up by your ear and turns the screen off to prevent accidental touches from the face or ear. When you move it away from your ear, the screen comes back on. In the latest PAC ROMs and others I'm sure, the proximity sensor hasn't been working, I tested the fix last night and my proximity sensor works on calls now.
EDIT: I'm assuming you're serious.

For real....it was annoying. I haven't applied the fix yet, waiting for the next flash I suppose
This was the main reason why I stopped using TouchWizMod. I really enjoyed that ROM but the Proximity sensor issue was too annoying to overcome...

SlimKat is out!

It's only a beta, but it's getting closer. In order to get Slimroms on our phone, do they release them, or does someone here have to port them? If someone here has to port them, we might be stuck, as all our devs are either busy or gone....

Since our phones are pretty outdated and never spoke of, I'm pretty sure it wont be released for this device. Someone would have to port it.
You never know though.
If I had the first clue how to do it, I would port it. I haven't taken programming, though, in 30 years.... And that was just basic.
