This tool allows you to input the desired project name, package name, app name, minimum API levels and Class name and it will generate an Eclipse project for making an Xposed Module, it will set up dependencies for you. It will then create the project and you can imprt to eclipse. It is written in Java for cross-platform compatibility and anyway if you are making Xposed Modules, then surely you have Java installed....

Thanks OP for this! Was hoping it was a plugin instead. but this will work for now I already sort of did something like this, but just kept everything as "default" and would change the names after importing to eclipse. Would really like an eclipse plugin that would automatically create the project inside eclipse. I was planning on making one just havent gotten to it. I like this jar tho

I installed Ubuntu 14.04 and i can't get Eclipse working on it, so I'm a bit stuck. I'm really sorry but you might have to wait until the weekend.

OK do this download eclipse manually and for example eclipse Kepler and configure install the ADT bundle from zip not the link may be it would work. I was having the same problem when I upgraded too

have you heared about java?
java scripts?
Start with Eclipse and the Android SDK. That'll keep you busy for a bit. Watch out because some newer vesions of Eclipse don't play nice with the SDK. Once you get that installed and create a virtual Android on your PC then google "android and java" that'll find you a million or 2 links to learn about programing in Java and using it with the Android platform.

(TOOL) HTC ROM kitchen Supports Atrix (create your own rom)

Htc ROM kitchen supports our ATRIX devices (still in beta and unconfirmed if it is 100% working).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633246
Hopefully this will help flow in some new ROMs!
KNOWN BUGS:
Porting tools
Apps to sd
please post any more known bugs for our device
Quote from original thread:
"Who is this kitchen for?
Those who are brand new to creating custom ROMs and want an easy place to start learning
Those who just want to modify shipped ROMs or someone else's custom ROMs to their liking
Those who are confused by all those scripts and complex commands required for building and extracting
This is NOT a tool to automatically turn you into a full-fledged ROM developer. ROM development normally involves work from the ground up and involves time, research and patience. I am just giving the tools to help the average person get things done quickly from an existing
base."

All you have to do there is use updater script from the ROM you use with the kitchen, e.g. if you use KP's 4.5.91 just use update script from it.

Yes we know that. But when using a system.img say the french one. when kitchen unpacks it the update-script id made. Then ask kitchen to convert to updater-script as this is only supported by cwm there is errors and rom won't boot

You do realize that in a developer based forum which XDA is (or was at least) you generally do things not because you have to but rather because you can. It's a sad some people don't get that. However, there are far FAR too many people that come here seemingly because they feel this is some kind of tech support site for them instead of going to service centres.

This looks like your device package contains some Java apps. As Ubuntu Touch does not include the Java packages, these won't build.
Look through the device*.mk files in your device package and remove all Java projects. They should not be needed anyhow.
This helped me build Ubuntu Touch for my TF300T, but it is not booting yet.
Edit: Oops, saw the "NO PORTING THREADS" just now, sorry! Won't answer here again.
