Hello,
What DPI size do you all use?
I like the 241 DPI size..

320 sometimes 300 and 268

240
But i use xposed to give some apps larger dpi than this

320 looks best

280

268 looks good for me.

Standard DPI but smaller navbar and individual DPI/layouts for certain apps (like tablet ui for chrome, I just love having visual tabs on top).

286 rom mokee4.4.2

268. It just looks right.

Stock DPI(320) with stock navbar dpi. I just can't get used to anything but stock.

Imho the stock navbar is way too thick and just unnecessarily takes up screen space

I don't use navbar or pie. I use all in one gestures app (from play store). It's very nice and useful to navigate.

LCD Density Changer The App?
I am using the free one From thE Market and it works amazing. I have it set to 180 and there is much of a change. Widgets look really small tho! Give it a shot!

Yeah, it's on the market, and here on XDA
Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm too cheap to pay for something so simple. So, I whipped out the old adb pull, notepad++, and push method.

I'm using Launcher Pro. So, the widgets are resizeable.

Whoa 180 looks great!

180 is way to small, and also doesn't function right... I would press on something and a blue bar would pop up where I was touching.

280? You mean 180? Your sig says Desire Z. 280 would be giant on the NS, I'm using 215 and it looks nice. I noticed that anything other than stock 240 results in some banding issues on some window headers, such as the gray banner on the notification pulldown.
LOL, I tried out 280 to see what it looks like and the homescreen icons are so big they're rubbing up against each other.

I totally agree with the banding but I can't stand large text and the amount of icons you can fit in the 240. I have 5 home screens (5 icons x 8 icons each).

Im pretty sure its 160 the standard DPI
Is this specifically made for tablets? I used 160 dpi and its to large, I went down and used 120 which seems really close but still off.
There is another one for 190 dpi which fits, but has some transition lag.
This as far as I could tell was super smooth even though it did not work properly on my device, droid incredible. Regular dpi 240.
Sent from my ADR6300 using Tapatalk 2
Sorry this is specifically rebuilt for the Xoom and would need to be modded for other devices
If you send me a screenshot I can try to edit to fit your device

Using Apex Pro... Portrait issue?

I thought I would try Apex on my shiny new Nexus, and when I put it in portrait, I have a lot of space left at the bottom. Is there a way to change it, or is it just the nature of the beast?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
I'll have to check when I get home tonight, but I don't think I have that issue. I haven't noticed it yet, at least.
There's another thread on this as well.
Here is an example... The grid stops... I am going to try increasing the grid number.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
Is that tablet ui?
What is your vertical margin set to? Try making it small or none.
Yeah, Apex uses tablet ui as the default... Well I assume it does as I didn't change any settings. I fixed the problem though by changing the vertical margin.

I wonder why it isn't set to none or small by default.

This worked great for me as well, wasn't happy with the look of the vertical margin at all. Now it looks great!

Change N6 screen to HD from QHD

I just dropped the resolution down using Terminal Emulator and changed the DPI and while the phone mostly looks good I have found it hard to get hotspots working with Zooper widgets. Does anyone have any advice about fixing this? Thanks
