this is nottachtrix 1.2.9b !
previously it was on nottach's own forum, now its on xda !

I used this ROM and it is very good! Highly recommended for a Blur based ROM.

1.2.9b fixed the update script for those updating rather than wiping. If 1.2.9 is working fine for you, there's no reason to install 1.2.9b.

as this rom uses aroma installer, it will ask, which kernel do u want to install during the installation, then u can choose the specific kernel for your atrix !

An international atrix user here! Ramfix kernel fixes the problem with the reduced ram after unlocking. Faux doesn't do this? If i install faux kernel, will i have 800 Mb or less?

How to Install Fantasy HD
-Download ROM and insert it in your SDcard or external SDcard
-Boot your phone in recovery mode (vol down + power+home button)
-select "install zip from sdcard"
-Select the ROM
-You can use data wiping option in AROMA or continue without wiping
-After flash process is complete, reboot the device :highfive::highfive::highfive::victory::victory:
Additional Notes:
-To receive OTA Updates just open the UpdateMe app once! You'll get registered automatically and will receive a push message once a new version of the ROM is out
-Do NOT install any performance mod look like crossbeder ! This will conflict with Fly-On-Mod.Only mod compatible is V6Supercharger
-Do NOT use any Ad-Blocking app(eg AdAway)!! An Ad-Block is already included in the Rom! Using such an app will break the Ad-Blocking
-Do NOT flash any audio mod in this rom.This will conflict with Pure Audio X
Some Tips:
-Use greenify to ibernate app and saving lot of battery ! Ex : some apps look like facebook and twitter consumes a lot of battery ! Ibernating them you will save lot of battery and more ram free
-Set Window Animations to 0.5 to fast ypur phone.. Active it in developer section in settings
-If you need access to developer options tap on the build number 4 times
-For better battery set brigthness to "auto"

I'm coming from stock, rooted, s-off, flashing from Phil's recovery. On first boot wifi didn't come on. During setup the option to toggle it on or off was missing. So I skipped gapps setup. I set aside the phone for a few mins to let things settle. Then came back and went into wifi settings and tried to turn wifi on and the wifi setup ui just kind of froze. So I decided a graceful reboot was in order so I shut down. Then powered back on a minute later and got stuck at boot animation forever. Power cycled and it repeated. So I restored from backup.
I'm away from my desk atm so I cannot check md5 of the file I downloaded or give logcat yet.

Does this ROM have transparent soft key buttons? Love Sense UI for this but prefer a stock android experience if possible, with some extras.

Requirement: Custom Recovery- TWRP is recommended
1) Make a nandroid backup in recovery before modifying your device in any way
2) Check to see what model phone you have if you are not sure and download the appropriate files
3) Be on OD2, OH1, or OK3 firmware, if you are already on OD2 or OH1 firmware skip to step 7:

ODIN- HERE
Samsung Drivers- HERE

All Samsung Firmware- HERE
4) Install both ODIN and the Samsung Drivers on your PC before attempting to flash firmware in Download Mode
5) Flash OD2, OH1, or OK3 firmware in PDA slot in ODIN
6) Your Baseband in Settings/About Device must be OD2, OH1, or OK3 do not continue until it is, you will have no Wi-Fi.
7) Download the ROM from the Download Link below. Check md5sum of the ROM to make sure it matches the posted one on the download site (try md5sum checker in the Google Play Store if you don't already have one)
8) Place ROM on SD (either one)
9) Format system, data, cache, and dalvik cache in Custom Recovery (TWRP is the only recovery I will support)
10) Flash ROM
11) Reboot
12) Wait (first boot takes about 10-15 mins)
13) Setup Accounts
14) Enjoy

Yes definitely

I extracted the 3 files and put them in v11.0, set permissions and now have the boot/shutdown animations I wanted. Thank you much, and I also want to thank you for monitoring this old thread. I have now put this great rom onto 2 sph-l720, and 1 l720t phones. All working great.

I still have it on my backup phone :good: It was a blast from the past pulling it out again. I've got the Samsung A20 now, can't even access the bootloader to root it. I miss the old days.

Yes. All of it except stock recovery, including bootloader. If you wait a minute I will finish writing the instructions.

Ok thx. Unless I missed firmware only update is best way to get full firmware to first flash muniz rom then yours? Only way I see to get bootloader.

I'm on MDC bootloader, NG2 modem-baseband, TWRP recovery, and your 4.4.2 Wicked rom with stock kernel.
Since there is no full firmware only update to OD2 only way I can see to get OD2 bootloader plus other needed items is to flash/odin muniz/other roms with these included.

Yes, that is what is needed, Odin full OD2 tar. I haven't tested on anything else... if you would like to be the guinea pig, make a backup and flash away. I don't know what will happen as I am on OD2 everything.

I'm still on NAE bootloader with all else OD2 and all is good..

I was told there was no wifi on the L720T, so I guess try it if you want. I'll have to look into compatibility later, most likely we need a custom kernel to bridge the gap.

I know this was already asked but I'm still confused. I have the sph-l720 ng2. I'm running your current version on 4.4.2. Can I just flash the 5.0 version in recovery or do I need to do something else?
I'm not extremely knowledgeable about flashing however I really do enjoy your wicked roms

No, I don't recommend that. Odin OD2 before you flash. If you want to try, please let us know what happens. I can only recommend what I did.

It is a possibility, hence why I don't recommend it. I've always found it better to be safe than sorry. That is why my instructions match what I did because I know that way is safe.

How to Install ROM:
-reboot phone to 'download mode'
-run Odin and flash bootloader (BL) and modem (CP) or flash first stock samung firmware for your model
-reboot phone to 'download mode'
-flash by odin custom recovery (AP)
-reboot phone to 'recovery mode'
-make a wipe : dalvik / art cache, cache , system
-choose zip and run the installation
-reboot phone and you are done
First boot takes about 10 min. so be patient!

Flash by cwm after flashing Pure-Stock ExtraLiteROM and enjoyed
Recommended installation step:
-go to cwm and flash pure-stock extralite rom
-don't reboot phone and flash note7 apps mod
-reboot phone

About Root & Busybox:
SuperSu binary are installed to su/bin (system-less)
Busybox are installed to su/xbin (system-less)

About EFS:
If you want to flash any custom rom it's very important to first make a backup your unique efs partition which includes your IMEI number!

Got score around 47000 in Antutu with this ROM, very laggy 3D bench, don't know why. With Audax I got almost 90000. Anyway, very smooth ROM especially with s7 wallpapers and launcher.

I love your roms on my s6, now i have a sprint s6 plus, will your rom work with my device???

antutu somnetime score not correct, your score between two rom so many diferente .
this no normal.. both them are nice rom
but for me : Pure-Stock ExtraLite Rom more clean and slim . more useful . more smooth!

Yeah I know sometimes Antutu is not correct but the difference is almost double! But it is very slim, clean and debloated by default. That's why I like this ROM.

this reason for m e too. this also why like this rom .
stock kernel +deblotaed + xposed mod !
this rom more stable .
also for ambasadii is friendly answer quickly when i want be rom tester .
that is a big reason why like this rom

i saw you put in sammy music and car mode. thats awesome. thank you for that.
im just wondering if i can debloat even more without crashing the whole phone. i tried a little bit around with orgia debloater aroma script and uninstaller app.
e.g. ant Services could be deleted with success. as did my places and my interests, samsung internet, samsung billing, samsung print service, samsung text to speech, sapa monitor, side sync, smart switch, user manual, withTV.
sry if there are some that are already deploatable, i just looked through the list of uninstalled apps on my device.
this should also not be any request or anything. i just always try to get my phone as lite as possible. maybe it helps someone

Yes, this and most other roms require Marshmallow 6.0 firmware/baseband before flashing roms.
This rom is based on Marshmallow 6.0 firmware.
