No ,both runs on different hardware.O2x uses Tegra 2 and O4x uses Tegra 3.

As for the LG Optimus UI will surely possible also because it seems LG wants to bring this new UI on all devices that will be updated to Android 4.0

in short, no. There are small differences in the code and all themes and roms have to be ported.
Hello i just bought LG p970h, it was using Android froyo 2.2, so i tried to Udapt the firmware with LG suite and thene i got 2.3.4 gingerbread, but after that i cant have ICS 4.0.4.... so i'm wondering if there are o way to have The stock ROM with LG suite for my LG or i need to do it manuelly. I am searching for a recovery to (or another way) install Xposed for my LG Optimus G Pro. I have currently only found ones for Kitkat and none of them are working on Lollipop. If any one has any information on finding a Lollipop working recovery or another way to install Xposed that would be greatly appreciated.
