No. You dont need to flash stock rom. Do you have Stock Settings.apk? If yes I'll learn to you. If not I can upload it for you. Can I know what firmware version you are running? .205 or .207?

First of all, open your build.prop file and fine for these lines.
ro.service.swiqi3.supported=true
persist.service.swiqi3.enable=1
then delete these lines and save. DON'T reboot.
Now push attached Settings.apk to system/app and set permissions as rw--r--r--. Now reboot and check if still showing Android is upgrading.
Please check and confirm.
Don't forget to press Thanks if I helped !

Stock settings.apk may not have a point for X-Reality in Display settings. So it must be replaced to a ported version.
If there is still Android is upgrading, you should have to flash stock ftf. Flash if then root it via Towelroot, then inform me. I'll guide you how to get X-Reality option without any problem

Hey man the problem has nothing to do with the zip itself. Use Rootexplorer or something to go to data/app. There you must search for any .odex files (if you have deodexed ROM). Delete those and go to recovery to wipe dalvik cache again. Now you won't see android upgrading anymore.

Yes of course. If you just delete those .odex files lucky patcher created in data/app and wipe dalvik and reboot, you'll only have to patch your apps again, no data lost

You can delete those too if you have a deodexed ROM. Did you patch a system app, or did you use freedom?

Use kamone tool to deodex the ROM aand then push them back or make flashable zipp

You do not have to update the baseband, it may be worth NOT selecting the baseband. If anyone gets any connection issues restore a .411 backup, go through the process again and this time do NOT select baseband.

the particular method is for locked bootoaders, but the point is if you have an unlocked BL u can achieve
the above in more easy ways like flashing doomkernel or so

thanks for the info, but i thought a updated baseband wont hurt anyone as i am using it on my TX while selecting LTE (preferred)WCDMA,GSM even though TX has no LTE radio support from hardware. so u know no one should have any connection problems........

There is a reboot fix .zip somewhere in the general section.
You can flash that and see if it works on this firmware.
Its specifically for fixing the reboot when editing system files bug

I have tried several methods to root my phone without unlocked BL, but when I edited system app the reboot occurred every times. It seems that to root the 1.67 without unlocked BL was hopeless……But, I have found a compromisingly way that allow u edit sys apps, root permission and CMW.

This is called a bootloop. All you need to do is press VOL UP + POWER, then connect your phone to your computer in flashmode (connect USB while holding VOL DOWN button) and flash .534 using Flashtool
Yep, just Hold Volume Down, connect to PC and flash a Stock FTF.

No just go into recovery, flash the monxdified rom zip and then clear cache and dalvik. I have done the same thing and it works perfectly fine. You can flash any 4.3 rom in this way, as you are on the same firmware.

Monxdified, iHackers and all stock based roms don't need a custom kernel (that's why you don't need to be bootloader unlocked to use them)
Just go into your recovery flash the zip. After the zip is flashed you will get an option to clear dalvik and cache.
It is always recommended to do a factory reset before flashing a custom rom, as it might misbehave. You can however try it without factory reset and then if you see that it doesn't work properly just do a factory reset and flash the rom zip again.

I find solution that can make CWM and Xposed installer working!
After follow all the instruction on my first post, now:
1. Make sure have to tick unknown source and USB debugging (Abount phone > keep clicking the build number until it show Developer options)
2. Open file (XT-lockeddualrecovery2.7.89-BETA.installer.zip) and run (install.bat)
3. While progressing, check your phone and select OK
4. Done!
5. After installing then open app (NDR Utils), select ClockWordMod and click Reboot into Recovery (don't not press volume up or down while rebooting).
*6. If Reboot into Recovery not working, then manually power off and on again, but I think still having some issue there. Sorry if not working
For Xposed Installer:
1. Download from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48484642&postcount=6846
2. Install. Then shut down your phone and power on again.
3. Done.

Shouldn't be a problem with locked bootloader. After flashing (TX LT29i 4.3 295 deodex flashable04.zip), try to flash (XT-lockeddualrecovery2.7.89-BETA.flashable.zip), then (UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.91.zip). Mmm.. and my opinion is not to upgrade to sony official 4.3 JB, because having lot of bugs and the most annoying bug is that will turn your phone off when fully charge. Maybe you can try 4.3 leak from EXR

Thanks man i.ve allready try it and i locked the bootloader again and restore the TA backup, i´m testing now with this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2657190 and yes i know about all the bugs on 4.3, personally didn´t see that bug on my phone i leave it all night charging and wake up and its on and 100% charged so there´s no problem there for me, what does really bothers me is the volume bug and low volume system, but with root and CWM installed i guess it can be fixed.
So in order to use this method I should start with rooted 4.1.2? If so unfortunately I've lost root access due to official 4.3 update

Notes
NOTE: If you want to keep data you will need to wipe camera before flashing anything (from settings->apps->all) and immediately turn off your phone (if you've tuned on wipe camera data again) and UNCHECK DATA in WIPE section, If you do not wipe camera data before flashing anything and uncheck data in wipe section your camera won't work.
NOTE: If you already have 4.3 Rom you can flash yours instead of stripped but you should check Exclude System on Exclude before flashing
NOTE: Somebody have reported that he installed the newest version of busybox by using the Busybox X app by Robert Nediyakalaparambil from playstore and lost both ROOT AND RECOVERY, And have to flash the procedure again! So think twice before updating your busybox
NOTE: if you have offline charging problems try installing this recovery
Download
FTF File (NOTE: This one is NOT stripped, you have to exclude system when flashing)

Nice to hear. Good that it's working properly, maybe updating via playstore will solve the Google Search problem.
Did you get NFC app FC?

After installing rom, try wiping cache and dalvik. Also, when restoring data, make sure you only restore the app data of the system apps, NOT the system apps themselves.

Intelligent Call feature
Has anybody tried te ported Intelligent Call feature from Xperia Z2. It has been ported to Z1. I tried to use that on my XZR but my Stock ROM is odexed. So if anyone is using that, would anyone like to give it a try to use that feature ? I guess it needs deodexed rom.

[please help] [ROOT PROBLEM] [NEED SYSTEMUI.APK] Navigational Keys Gone

Yesterday, I downloaded the app softkeyz and used it to change my Navigational Keys to something different.
But after I rebooted, instead I saw that my status bar was gone and that my keys are gone. I also couldn't change my wallpaper.
So, After comprehensive searching on XDA, I figured out it was a SYSTEMUI.apk problem. But I couldn't find a moto G 2014 systemui.apk to install.
So now I'm looking for advice, a moto G systemuiapk I'm also wondering if flashing a theme will help. Thanks in Advance!
Current Rom ?
Try flashing some different rom.
@ArtRahul
I have never really flashed a rom. But I have TWRP, what rom do I flash?

Whichever you want, pal. Try with Cyanogenmod to begin. Peek over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/development if you want

Yup, just go download any custom rom with their respective gapps (CynogenMod 12.1 is recommended though), and then
Steps :
1. Backup your current rom setup,(helps if something goes wrong )
2. Wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, System and Data, from wipe [Do NOT wipe internal/external storage].
3. Install(flash) the rom zip and gapps.
4. Again wipe cache and dalvik cache.
5. You are ready to reboot to system.
:good:
Well, flashing a custom rom isn't the exact solution @op if you haven't fixed this problem yet and don't wish to flash a custom rom, what firmware were you using?

Reflash the firmware and root it again
Or simply push SystemUI.apk to system via adb and give it right permissions.
