Ok I just realised what a stupid question "copy log to sd" is when your sdcard doesn't work...
Your phone says Can't open /dev/block/mmcblk0p17. This is the misc partition.
Since the place of the misc partition didn't change between hboot updates, the problem is not wrong recovery. Can you access your phone via adb? If yes get me the output of:
mount system
And when the phone is on, the output of:
cat /proc/emmc
mount

somethings still not right.....
i edit the post. check this, i bet you wont get into probs again. let me know.
nope still not working! you missed a t from fasboot lol, but no, tried everything now and still nothing.
Tried from my other computer and still no luck.

it works man, friends did it, why you still not work ?
Have no idea mate, puzzles me to be honest.

let me know your probs, mate,
It stops in exactly same place as before, I've done everything stated. And it just won't nudge lol, even used a different computer with sdk installed, and still does it then.
For now ill leave it be, till I can figure it out.
I've flashed back to rom before and using that now as market is stable there.
What's the idea with this internal memory then? As this rom has very little space left lol and could do with the sapce available really
sent from my custom HTC Salsa.
so, do you have cwm ? if you have its fine. i still wonder wht exactly your problem is. if you got market problem, you just go back to your stock rom, leave the chinese rom, and get back to your original rom.
I've gone back to usable rom now. Leave it there for awhile.

Hold power and middle button at the same time, it could take 15 seconds or so. Then boot into CWM and restore your last working backup. If you don't have one, doctor might be your only option. There are several good tutorials here and in the webOS nation forum.
Good luck.

Here's the link to the webOS doctor files: http://www.webosbuzz.com/webos-info...webos-doctors-touchpad-pre-pixi-veer-etc.html
You might have to use 3.0.0 first, as that is the only one that partitions or something.
Like I said in my previous posts, there are several good tutorials on the subject, even/specially for the 8% problem.
Good luck.

if you do a hard reset, no your files will not be wiped. If you do a factory reset then yes.
you can backup your files using a custom recovery like twrp
Code:
adb pull /sdcard/ C:\Backup

Hi, Thanks I manage to unlock bootloader and install twrp.
But /sdcard is empty?
Is that means all my files is lost?
except there is a TWRP folder there.
I never do a factory reset.

you cant backup your files using a custom recovery if your bootloader was locked! Unlocking the bootloader wipe /data including the virtual sdcard (/data/media/0).
looks like you did not read the warning when prompted to unlock the botloader....

afaik, if you can't boot in the OS, you need at least ADB to pull files form your phone which require a custom recovery installed so an unlocked bootloader.

How to install:
Extract boot.img from the zip and place it in ur adb folder
Reboot ur phone to fastboot mode
open command prompt and issue command:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot
Reserved
Doesn't work for me, after flashing boot.img phone doesn't boot, just boots into fastboot. Am I doing something wrong?
Did you flash the zip too, via recovery?

i was thinking of trying this have you found any problems ?
In my case I had to reflash the original boot.img, Phone just didn't boot, stuck in fastboot mode
how did you get the original boot image ? if I'm going to try I would like a backup plan
You can extract it from the zip file here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-mini-2/general/update-available-2-16-401-1-t2809200
post #4
Or you can do a backup with twrp and then restore the boot partition.

Sd card is mounted
Hi !
First, thanks for the work you did, but I've tried it tonight and SD card is still not mounted.
It's misunderstanding me, because you can see sd card in settings-memory but none of my sd card apps are starting.
Does anybody knows something about this ?
Thx !

I'm not shure what you mean with sd card apps. Did you try to install apps to SD card? Because that's not possible I think.
It's just for storing music, photo's etc.
I getting confused here, does the SDCard stop working with the new kernel build? Or do the apps installed in the SDCard stopped working?
