Anything special about this rom? Some features we will not see in other roms? Also there is no light sensor in L90 so autobrightness will never work. Or perhaps you were talking about using camera as a light sensor? Thanks for contributing to this phone, it deserves far more roms
I think about features the carbon Rom Website should help. I will add more info in near future

It has no other devices l90 D415 at the moment all the custom they have problems This only works on d405 / n and D410.

this was also my first thought to trying shinobisoft "s Tree. will try that over night, now i have to sleep, because in ~4 hrs ring my alarm clock, and i have to go to work ......

Don't worry, it's fine. I would like to develop too but I know I don't have the time and the minimum knowledge to begin and fix the bugs. So, I really admire people like you who spend your time to help the community. Good job and keep the great work developing for the D405n, unfortunetly I have the D410 and I won't be able to help you.
When this receives working camera support for D415, I'll most certainly use it

Q: Why don't I have root access after installing OmniROM?
A: OmniROM does not have an official, prebuilt root method yet, so you'll just need to flash SuperSU in recovery and you'll have 100% working root access. SuperSU can be found here: SuperSU

yeah, xplod derped the repos (my fault because my repo was named lge-kernel-sniper haha) and renamed it afterwards, was too sleepy to change it yesterday
the difference is, this one is totally cleaned up, all my derps and unneeded changes are removed and all is reworked.
also no OC's or other highly experimental stuff.
though i think my velox ones are still compatible for OmniROM

What is AOKP?
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices. The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release, and we then add the magical unicorn bytes (read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.
These are based on AOKP, my own nightly builds which are tested by me to ensure there are no major issues, I am using them as my daily ROM, My builds will have features added regularly.

Not that I am aware of, they are tested and a friend of mine is also using it as his daily rom without issue.
This project is actually about 12 builds in so ironed out any bugs I have come across before posting.

and I'v just flashed Omega 4.3 and it works but I'v never been on 4.4.2

You need to update your CWM to the newest version, it is from like 6.0.4.5 or something which has 4.4.x support or install the newest twrp for your device.

I would persoanlly look at installing ROM manager from the playstore, probably the easiest root

Hold vol down and power button at the same time for couple of seconds for screen shot, vol up and power for screen record.

Fix for back button....
go to System>USR>keylayout and change "key 102" to "key 172" in aries-keypad.kl and cypress-touchkey.kl.

Awesome, I reuploaded the build with omni's kernel. That could also be the reason. It's strange, my S1 works with the same kernel source :|

Flash as you would with any ROM. Preferably a clean flash.

People wonder why I still haven't upgraded my phone yet well this right here is exactly why! Thank you developers for continuing to support the L90
Me and @GrinningFerret managed to fix Wifi, RIL and audio. So now the only thing that actually is not working is camera, but I guess we already know a fix for that. Plus, we switched to TurboROM as CM is bugged right now.

It should work
Is there are any rom 7.0 for lenovo p90?
Installed on d405n. Gives 2 errors flashing but finishes ok. Flashed open gapps pico.. Working too. Wi-fi went down and back up couple of times but after some minutes its works flawless
Contacts not working.. Maybe because open gapps.. Making a call works though.

oF2pks has already thought of it but his project is still under maintainance, when he is ready he will make his thread.

AOSP 7 with some booster . Sometime it lags but we cannot expect any thing as its old phone with old hardware. However I love cynogenmod, gonna try xposed ver of cm12/13 by our oF2pks. Will try today.

*CWM / CM recoveries & clarification
Apparently CWM ended with cm11 and was replaced with CR extra light oem-like recovery in cm12/13:

So attached is latest official CWM 6.0.5.1 : cm-11-20160815-NIGHTLY-p880-recovery.img , before it disappears from the net like wiki/cm : https://web.archive.org/web/20161122111453/https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Development
I also added useless CmRecovery from cm12 only : CRlethalWeapon.img DON'T USE IT without p880's bootloader fastboot intense practice.
So 99% devs move to TWRP ; it uses prior fstabV1 swap with fstabV2 commonly set in most roms. This is why there is 2 different versions : ext4 and f2fs for /data (to avoid boot mounting mix). /system & /cache are not relevant to f2fs improvement.
