Firstly i couldn't unlock bootloader in my p880 .. i tried "adb reboot oem-unlock" and it gave me normal boot ...
secondly i couldn't find its stock rom (......... .Kdz)!!
please help!

You need V20a or higher Firmware to unlock bootloader. No unlock on ICS...

Depending on your region you should make your choice to get propper baseband. Please use forum search for more info...

I'm on Android 4.2.2 and would like to upgrade to Android 4.3 OTA. However, I rooted my phone previously and change the recovery to CWM.
Due to camera error and release of 4.3 OTA in my country, I got a stock recovery from one of the thread in XDA here and flash it using Flashify. However, I got errors while upgrading using OTA. After the recovery tries to flash the OTA, halfway it turns the icon red. I'm not sure what's happening as I'm new here.
Please advice.

Yes, I'm on stock Rom but removed some stock apps. Is this causing the problem?

Yes I'm rooted. Bootloader in unlocked too.
Yes the Rom has to be completely stock.
About the Bootloader: I'm not sure if you have to relock it. There was no need for it on my OneX, but it could be different on the One

i want to get some feature like the DoubleTap ,Sweep2wake,Logo2Wake,Pocket Detection, but i saw in the forum that i should install a kernel to Enable them.
what is the easyiest way to root my phone?
wich kernel should i install with best battery life?

Install a kernel that is compatible with your software version and that fit your needs. Bulletproof kernel is good place to start.

There is already many guides for this here but what you'll need to do is to:
unlock your bootloader
flash a custom recovery
flash the kernel you want to use

You need to have unlocked bootloader and rooted phone to use xposed.

don't try your phone will not reboot, no xposed untill now for P7

Most likely not, that unit does not look like a MTC unit.
You need to go into settings and find the MCU version. Based on that you can then find out if and what can be flashed.

Yes. Definitely not MTC. You cannot flash any MTCB/C/D ROM.

If you can get an updated ROM from your seller, yes.
You can also search these forums for your MCU and see if there is any custom (or updated) ROM for your unit.

yes you will lose the root and you have to flash the rom stock with fastboot and then flash the ota with fastboot.
Is safe to flash it on european version of device (reteu distribution)? Somebody test it?
