Help to unbrick Xperia Z prototype phones? - Xperia Z Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So today i wanted to unlock the bootloader for my Xperia Z C6003. From the instructions they stated that i have to shut down the phone and connect it to usb while holding the vol+ button. When i did that, the phone remained black and the computer is not able to detect my phone anymore. I tried different hardware button combinations but the phone could not power on. The computer detects it as QHUSB DLOAD driver but is unsuccessful in installing it. So i downloaded Gordon's Gate flash and it is recognized as Zeus Flash Device, but S1 tools is unable to flash this phone as it is not supported as it is a prototype (IMEI 0044). So now i am stuck with a bricked phone, anyone able to help me unbrick it? ): Help is much appreciated!

Xperia X8 is Bricked .. Help Urgent !!!

HI Everyone.
My Xperia X8 is bricked as i have tried to install custom roms in my phone. Now it is stucked at the Sony Ericsson Logo screen and is not going any further.
I have tried to flash the phone using Flash Tool but it failed. After connecting it in flash mode, Flash Tool says to check the USB Debugging mode from within phone which is not possible as it is not working.
I have also tried Sony PC Companion to repair my phone but at the time of update it says that no new update is available for my phone.
I have also tried using Sony Update Service but it also failed.
What should i do now?
Since retyping is troublesome ...
Have a look at this post I wrote up in this thread
Edit: Follow the instructions carefully. As you can read in the thread the restore worked (and I resurrected mine from the same point where yours is stuck).
The "Flash Tool says to check the USB Debugging mode from within phone" can't come up if the phone is connected in "Download mode" (keeping the back button pressed while connecting the USB cable to the computer). The crucial part is that the phone is TURNED OFF at the step where you press the back button, and that you KEEP the button pressed until Flashtool starts to flash.
And install gordon gate's usb drivers
Hit thanks button.

After rebooting my device it does not pass the Sony Xperia Logo Screen. it Keeps on looping the Sony Xperia logo.
The following steps I have tried but no success.

3. connected to computer but due to looping computer does not detect my device.

sorry if I have posted in wrong place and for my bad english.
Have you unlocked the bootloader? If not I've just had the same problem (C6603) and phone is being restored using Sony Companion software (Google search). While running on pc, switch off phone and connect by USB whilst holding down just the volume down key. Need your Google account details - essential, otherwise risk bricking your phone, and it'll erase everything on the phone and give you latest unrooted Sony software for your phone. Good luck.

Could you give more info? Which phone, what bricked the phone, bootloader locked/unlocked, what do you see in device manager on your PC?
Are you able to go into fastboot?
There's another user dealing with a bricked phone currently here, see if anything there helps you out. Link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z2-pro/help/zuk-z2-booting-anymore-restore-t3539804

So in the last days I bricked my z2 pro by closing the bootloader with a custom installed, and to solve the problem I put it in EDL mode and I used the flash mi, but now when I press the power button it just vibrates and flashes a green Led, but it does not turn on, I already tried several combinations of buttons to get into fastboot and nothing, and when I plugged the usb into the pc it shows nothing

bricked X Performance

Hi Guys,
I got given a bricked X Performance (dalvik and internal archive have been deleted) and the only feedback from the phone is when I press On+VolUp, after 3 vibrations the phone boots but it freezes on the white start SONY screen. I tried different combination of starting buttons but that's the only reaction I get back from the phone.
Sony xperia companion from the PC is not detecting any device.
I was wondering if I can try to connect using any software (which one?) trying to fastboot or enter flashmode and maybe fix somehow, can you suggest me where/which software and drivers to install in my PC?
Also, I red on the net that an extreme fix could be a hardbrick reset using testpoints, but again, I couldn't find any info in internet where are the contacts inside the phone to be used as testpoints, any clue/suggestion please?
Thanks a lot
Giulia
See if you can connect to Flash tool and reset/reinstall it: https://developer.sony.com/develop/open-devices/get-started/flash-tool/download-flash-tool/
