It would help if you told us which ROM you are referring to. On stock android you can't customize the quick settings.
If you're using CM then go to Settings>Notification drawer>Select and order tiles.

[Q] remove clock in lockscreen

I've seen people posting their home screen without the clock info in our xz lock screen
Anybody know where the settings located at?
I've found only the settings under display, owner info. I would like to hide the clock.
Any idea guys?
Normally under display -> locked screen.
But I have a custom rom and it is no longer there I see now (or I'm loocking in the wrong place :laugh

You could download a custom Lockscreen App for that

hehe, my mod is hiding the center clock that show on status bar.
Till the moment i released my mod, there was no similar mods, all of them moved the clock to the center of the status bar but it was shown on lockscreen.
Anyway, i guess peter is looking for hiding the clock that shown on lock screen itself, not status bar.
You are right, I want to get rid of the "center clock"...
Hello Peter, i was trying to make it smaller by editing dimens.xml but somehow it didn't changed anything.
BUT! i didn't try to hide it completly, if you want you can decomiple the OPSystemUI.apk and go into /res/values/dimens.xml , there you'll find many lines. The lines that care for lockscreen dimensions have in their name "keyguard" , so play with the "x.xdip"
0.0dip will make it dissapear.
Good luck!

If you're ok with a smaller clock, update to beta 4.
They changed the size of it.

Statusbar not working suddenly and icons disappeared from it.

I'm using pixel ui 7.1
Suddenly phone stuck and restarted and statusbar not showing any notification after it. Also the icons not fully shown in it. Only first row is present in statusbar..
Pls help me.
Any fix or patch to solve..??

Do you have a nandroid backup? If yes do restore. If you do not have maybe a dirty flash will help.

There's a saying "As long as a user is calm and sensible enough to read a linked post fully and sincerely, nothing can withstand in his way to obtain the perfect ROM for use".
Here's an article that can fix your problem. At least I hope so...

Note 9 one ui icon frame missing...

Hello...
I have recently updated my device to android pie which gave me one ui from samsung also... i dont like the rounded frames of icons and prefer icons as developers provide.... anyhow i cant find a way to disable icon frames on my phone... i have tried all the menus in settings and searched everywhere... before one ui you can find the setting in display setting of your device but i cant find it anywhere now...
Is it related to android pie not supporting such thing or have samsung removed the feature ?
Please let me know
*My device in indian unit
Choose different icon set

You can't remove icon frames in One UI. You can always download an icon set in the Samsung theme store.

You can change it using different themes from the Galaxy Store, or use Substratum, even better no need to root and a lot of customization.
Here, you can read it and decide
