Please make sure you have the latest HTC M8 6.12.XXX.XX firmware installed prior to installing this ROM
The current ROM base is 6.12.401.4...
A full wipe is not necessary, although always recommended to avoid issues
First boot will take approximately 10 minutes due to Art optimization
(If your device gets warm during ART optimization, don't panic, the M8's super sleek alloy body is like 1 big heatsink)
A quick whistle stop tour of flashing a custom build
Unlock your device boot loader via > HTC Dev
Flash the latest TWRP recovery image
Insure you have the correct firmware version
Nandroid backup your entire stock system or previous build
Reboot your device and copy the LeeDrOiD rom. zip to your internal memory

A few things to note regarding the un-rooted option:
1. If you dirty flash selecting Un-Rooted, all traces of SuperSU will be removed, this will allow Magisk or an alternative root method to be installed.
2. Please complete 1 full boot before installing Magisk or an alternative SuperUpser method such as PHH's.
3. Users can run un-rooted if they wish, I can confirm that Android Pay and Pokemon Go both work after installing the ROM un-rooted.
4. All tweaks options requiring root access will be removed from tweaks if running un-rooted, 90% of these options can be configured in Aroma so you are only missing out on Kernel settings, as init.d is backed up and restored when flashing, your previous configurations will be retained, so you can flash with root, set up then re-flash un-rooted

F A Q
Q 1: After I flash your ROM and reboot my device, my device keeps rebooting/bootloop?
A: Make sure you flash the correct firmware
Q 2: Should I use a task killer on the LeeDroid ROM?
Not recommended, is you really want to, use the one that came with the rom.
Q 3: Backup? What is that?
A good idea is to back up all your data and settings from the phone before flashing a new rom with a full wipe. Best app available is Titanium Back up
The best way to back up the contacts is to sync it via HTC Sync or via your gmail.
Q 4: Are Nandroid and Titanium backup the same thing? How do I manage backups?
No, Nandroid backs up the ROM and Titanium backs up the applications. Nandroid is what you do using the recovery and it makes the exact image of your ROM along with the data.
Q 5: On what occasion will I lose my data (apps, contacts etc)?
Only when you flash the rom wiping data using the Aroma installer option. When you just flash a rom or a .zip from recovery, it will not wipe anything unless otherwise mentioned.
Q 6: I was on stock (or another rom from another cook) and I flashed LeeDroid rom, now I am having some problems.
1. Try to rebooting the Phone and see if it makes a difference.
2. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik, reboot the phone and clear data of the apps causing problem.
3. Reboot into recovery, reflash the rom choosing full wipe in the installer.
Q 7: How do I flash Full wipe and what does it erase?Reboot into recovery, install a zip from sd card option, select the rom, follow the Aroma installer and select "Flash with wiping all (or something to that effect*)
Q 8: The screen is not very responsive and is lagging.
Let the phone settle down a bit after you unlock it. It generally needs a few seconds to kick up the CPU.*
Q 9: The market is not installing anything. Gives error.
Reboot into recovery and select “clear cache partition”. And under settings - applications - Manage applications - under the Market app < Clear Data>.
Q 10: My battery is draining heavily.
When you first flash a ROM this is what happens. Give it atleast one full charge cycle and it should come back to normal. If required, reboot into recovery and clear battery stats. It is advisable to do so on 100%.
Common Opinion - Heavy battery drain is one thing that you cannot complain about on this rom, for sure. The battery life is much above average*
It's NOT recommended to empty the battery, it may course a poorer battery performance and life cyclus.*
Q11: Should I run the phone battery to zero percent, and what if it does??
A: Absolutely not! Both the current recoveries are giving problems while pulling the battery up from zero percent. If the phones dies off due to battery being zero, try to reboot it into recovery, flash the stock recovery. If it doesnt, then plug it into the wall charger and leave it for as long as it takes for you to boot it. Then flash the stock recovery, charge it fully and do your stuff.
Q12: MMS Problem?
A: Please check your APN settings.*
Q13: Some games that use the motion/G sensor are not working as they should.
A: Re-Calibrate your Gsensor –> Settings – Display – Gsensor Callibration
Q14: I dont like the animations. Dont want them.
A: Go to settings - display - animations.*
Q15: How do I change the bootanimation or the downanimation?
A: System\Customize\Resource or System/Data/Local. Replace the boot/down animation.zip file with the one you want. The new file must be named bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip.

Installation
Pre-install Notes:
This ROM is based on the Android 2.3.x stock Samsung firmware from sammobile.com. Please flash via Odin the appropriate Gingerbread firmware for your region before flashing this one to avoid issues with 3G connection, GPS, etc.

How to install from stock firmware:
Skip Step 1 if you are already on Android 2.3
1. Download and install Android 2.3.x firmware specific for your region from samfirmware.com (now sammobile.com) using Odin ==> http://www.sammobile.com/showthread.php?t=30
2. Download and install ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery using Odin ==> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=15626837&postcount=2
3. Download Version 7 of ROM and save it on the root your SD card ==> DOWNLOAD VERSION 7 HERE
4. Turn off phone. Go into recovery mode by pressing and holding the Home + Power buttons. Release buttons when you see the Samsung logo
5. Once you are in recovery mode you will get lot of options on screen. In recovery mode touchscreen does not work, so use the Volume button to toggle through options, Home button to select option or confirm action, and Power or Back button to go back to the previous menu.
6. Select 'wipe data / reset'. Confirm action
7. Select 'install zip from sd > 'choose zip from sdcard' > file in Step 3. Confirm action
8. Go back to previous menu and select 'reboot system now'
Done!
How to install from other custom ROM:
1. Backup current ROM using CWM (optional)
2. Perform Steps 3-8 above

NOTE:
For Version 7, reboot is normal on first boot (after install or data wipe). I've added a script that does this to fix some back-end issues
Post install options
Optional stuffs, apply in CWM -
1. Ad-Hoc WiFi ==> see attached WPA

3. Boot animation to SD:
Create a folder named "bootanimation" on your SD and place all your favorite boot animation zips there. They will be played randomly every reboot.
4. Change RAM management values to stock (for multi-tasking), just type the two commands below in terminal. First command will obtain root, second will execute script

Well, okay. Here is the thing. I flashed the cwm for the CM7 then flash the ROM. Now, there is an new version. And i did NOT flash cwm this time and straight away flash the new version of CM7 rom.
Is it still possible to flash this? And may I know how because I'm new to this and the firmware is not the same. Sorry!

Cm7 fw based in 2.3.4, so you can flash it with this rom. Wipe data & cache before and after flashing.

Hi guys i have a Samsung Galaxy S5570L im from South america, and i flashed the firmware for 2.3.4, but my signal is not working =/, and i asume that samsung does not have unified baseband for this phone... so i cant use the 3G/HDSPA networks, until i can flash a baseband for the s5570L, if you know how, can you help me plz?

The only way to fix your problem is by flashing custom ROM for your region. You can't use Europe ROMs as they kills the 3G and GPS...

This is from the Europe 2.3.4 firmware so there is no language support non-European countries.

Try CheckFusDownloader (search XDA for it) to get chilean ROM I used to find my Claro ROM for Argentina and worked, now I have a backup. It's no good to flash european ROMS for our latin phones. It messes up 3G and GPS. For the time being you can disable 3G and phone should work fine in 2G mode. It is suggested in this post that if you restore only your amss (radio) file and csc.rfs file back in your current european ROM you should get 3G and GPS working again but with 2.3.4 firmware. I have not tried this myself yet. See this post from when I did the same as you and lost GPS and 3G on a GT-I5510L http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1106484 here kraka23 seems to have solved it

I have good news for you.. We will speak in hangouts tomorrow late here already (0.19am)
First great work, looks, feels great. I had a bit of strange item, I was unable to see any folders on my SD, I can access my ext SD with no issues but was not able to see anything on my main/inter SD, via the ROM.
So when I was trying to restore app via Tibu couldn't find the Tibu folder, it just was looking and looking. I installed my explorer pro app, and was trying to see if I can access the inter SD, yes I was able to, but I was empty. Which is strange, because all the folders were there, but not visibly. First time this has happened for me on any ROM. I am on the Firmware Required: 4.16.401.9 and have all the requirements needed to run this ROM. Just a note, but again looks and feels great.
Not sure of the strange no visibly of the inter SD....
I always format my internal storage when flashing a new ROM so everything is good on my end. One thing that I would like to see is the android L signal bar to match the Wi-Fi icon.

I just flashed the Google dialer zip from IC and everything works just fine, it has all the files necessary.

I never format, my internal, with a new ROM. That is why when I restore my apps, my "stuff" is there. Every so often I'll format my internal to clear out old files, which I actually just did yesterday. Although I have all back up on my ext SD.
Again, I've never seen this....but really like the feel and look of the ROM. Thanks.

No, cm kernels won't work on this.
There is a NuK3rn3l option in this rom in aroma.

If you get stuck at HTC Logo(splash screen) then use the power button to hard restart the device, may even take 2 times of doing this.
For me, I didn't have any issues with this, but I use default options. YMMV
It's due to the kernel configurations, some options will require this to get it started up.
If that doesn't work for you, then rewipe, reflash and choose stock kernel option.
I selected stock kernel first time around, will give it another go.

Tried all of those options and still no go on both the stock and custom kernel. I do have the latest firmware and twrp. I will try again tomorrow if I have time.

All I can do is suggest what works on my Verizon variant.
I don't suggest using latest Official Twrp, it has issues.
Search for twrp for your variant, from MdMower.
His mounts by-name partitions properly and so does my custom twrp for Verizon.
His should work for your variant, or else try a 2.7 version, as 2.8 is when the issues seem to arise with by-name mounting.
If it doesn't properly mount, then it doesn't properly install and of course won't boot as a result.
I tried to flash with TWRP 2.7.1.2 MdMower for Sprint and 2.8.3.0 but still logo stuck

It works with a properly compiled recovery.
I'm sorry that you guys don't have one that properly mounts using by-name mounting.
But whoever is compiling Twrp for m7 needs to get with the program.
Even the stock fstab in ramdisk is using by-name format.
The rom works fine, it's your recovery that is the problem.
I can't post a multi-carrier rom using block naming (shouldn't have to) and I won't anyways as all recoveries should be updated to properly mount using by-name.
I make my own for Verizon, due to the Official being crappy and not supporting it still...
Again, you MUST have a recovery that mounts the by-name partitions properly or else it fails to mount and does not install any partition, not system, not data, not boot...
I can't believe what a nightmare TWRP has become.
Please try using 2.7.1.2 from MdMower for Sprint.
Reflashing with the same recovery over and over which doesn't mount properly is never going to work, no matter how many times you try and no matter how many times you reboot.
What a pain to think I must make proper recoveries for all m7 variants, just to share a rom.
Not sure I am feeling like spending that much more energy on it to be honest.

Having said all those and considering that this is the first release of this Port, there could be features which were not tested during development stage. As
you know us, we always strive for the best and thereby making all effort to fix reported issues to the best of our abilities.
Below will be issue log. As you know, this is a port rom and you don't expect everything to work 100%. If for any reason you are not happy
using this port, you can try our LL v6.5 which still remain the best Lollipop Port around. If that did not meet your requirements either, you might want to try the galaxy s4 advance stock rom. No offence will be taken.
Issue Log:
1. Some modes in Camera might not work due to hardware limitation
2. incallui dosn't show (so can't reply to it) fix coming soon Fixed
3. Nfc doesn't work (Kernel problem)
Rom Installation:
1. Download Phronesis rom and save it to your phone memory or sd card
2. Get a good recovery. TWRP recovery recommended, 2.8.7.0. Newer versions are not supported
3. Boot into recovery, factory reset (full wipe, clean install is recommended). Make choices in Aroma.
4. Optional flash kernel of choice if you're
4. Reboot after successful install and wait for best rom in town to build. Allow about 10 - 15 minutes for first boot.
5. Your phone will reboot once after the first boot to complete customizations..
6. Sit back and enjoy
For full wipes Rom Releases:
1. Boot into recovery (say TWRP 2.8.7.0)
2. Select wipe in recovery menu
3. Select Advanced Wipe
4. From the resulting window, select to wipe system, data, cache and dalvik cache (of course after backing up your rom / data)
5. Swipe to wipe the selected partitions.
That's recovery wipe completed.
In Aroma menu when you get to option to wipe, select:
1. Select "Full Wipe" radio button
2. Select "Full wipe 1" radio button
3. Select your CSC as desired
4. Continue making other choices as you like....

InCallUI working
I replace incallui.apk located in /system/priv-app/InCallUI/ with the one in gugudas last rom(DarkLord.S7E-20160918-jactivelteskt_ks01lte.zip) set permissions to rw-r--r--, set owner to radio and group to radio,
and reboot, and it is working.
Edit. There is no sound in calls, i cant hear and they cant hear me. bummer also messages app doesnt work

1. How can I install it on my phone?
Just flash in TWRP recovery after performing necessary wipes. Note that you must have decrypted /data in order to mount system, if not please use "Format data" button in twrp before installing Fulmics ROM!2. Which variants does Fulmics ROM support?

3. I have selected US997 model during installation but my phone is stuck on boot screen, why?
US997 patch requires a v14A minimum bootloader, therefore make sure to install official v14A KDZ first and then install Fulmics ROM.4. I've changed my DPI to a lower one and some apps are not working or I get bootloop, why?
If you get a bootloop make sure you wipe cache/dalvik too. If you experience apps not working, that's because some LG apps do not support such DPIs, so just revert it to a higher one.5. Xposed doesn't work, what can I do?
All Xposed related questions must be asked in the proper thread. All questions about it will be ignored.
1. Check if Xposed is compatible with current Android version (Nougat)
2. You might have installed the wrong version: our platform is arm64, sdk is 24 for Nougat.6. Face Unlock doesn't work with screen off, why?
You may need to update to latest bootloader first. Check post #2.

Maybe it is because it was not able to mount system (encrypted?). But I formatted Data as written in description.

updated faq #1 with a note.
twrp can't mount system when /data is encrypted. in order to decrypt data you have to format data using the button called "format data" (note: it's different from advanced wipe data!). after that you can flash fulmics.
for first time, my advice is: format data with the proper button, then go in advanced wipe and wipe system, data, dalvik, cache, internal storage too and then install fulmics rom.
this has to be done only the first time.
Nice work will the us997 be added?
After installing the ROM I got stuck in a bootloop. I had another rom installed before and I'm pretty sure data is decrypted etc. I also wiped dalvik, cache, etc. before flashing the rom.
Did I miss anything? Was something not properly decrypted?
Edit: Third time's a charm I guess. Worked after trying again.

I thought this ROM is somehow connected with Last.FM, I can't get used to read it FULMICS, not FULMIAS

This is a stock based rom, based on the Original LG Firmware so it should have any differences from the normal camera software apart from those indicated in the rom's features
